This location was recommended by my nephew so I knew it would be good. The parking lot can get crowded on weekend but we found a spot quickly. There is outside seating, but since it was sunny we sat inside. The interior is nicely decorated in Japanese style. Staff was very nice and did not interrupt too much but enough to keep us happy. Sushi and rolls all very good and menu is good size. My favorite are the Bentos. Will become a favorite spot. read more

Nice little sushi spot. The rolls were fresh and the service was very friendly. I got the matcha latte which they put a scoop of green tea ice cream in and the kumquat lemonade. Both drinks were okay and would probably pass on next time. The yellow tail carpaccio is probably their best menu item to try. The Philly roll was good, but the rice was a little stale/old tasting. I think since it was closer to closing time, maybe they didn't have as fresh of rice? We got there at 7:30 but weren't seated until around 8:30. read more

I absolutely love this place! They did a remodel in the last year or so and although it's a small space, it's really pretty. The staff are always very friendly and efficient and the food is delicious. My favorites are the tiger roll and the Las Vegas roll. They've brought a little sample of the chef's special to the table the last two times I've been here. read more

What an incredible sushi spot! We had stopped in after our usual spot had a 100 minute wait, and were not disappointed. The sushi quality is incredible: we tried their blue fin toro sashimi, and then got 2 orders of their salmon specials which include sashimi, a hand roll, and a cut roll. Nice sushi spot. The Bento boxes were huge, probably some of the biggest servings of tempera and largest California rolls I've never seen in a bento box. Definitely able to share it with two people if you're not super hungry. I actually like the chicken teriyaki more than the beef teriyaki, the beef teriyaki was too salty. The fish was pretty fresh. I like the salmon lover the salmon really melted in your mouth. I'm planning to come back here to try their Omakase, which was less than $40 for a nine piece. read more

The Sushi is always so fresh and the Garlic Chili edamame is amazing! We also enjoy a steaming hot bowl of Miso Soup, so flavorful. The service is excellent. We've always had the most kindest and helpful waitresses. We personally prefer enjoying our dinner at any one of the booths located alongside the far end of the restaurant. I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience genuinely pissed me off. At Orange Roll & Sushi 139, we ordered two bottles of Orion beer--and the waitress decided to pour them for us. Fine. Except she did it terribly. She poured aggressively, created a ton of foam, and instead of letting it settle and finishing the pour, she just... stopped. Both bottles still had a noticeable amount of beer left in them. Then she threw the bottles away. I'm sorry--what? I paid for those. Alcohol already comes with a heavy markup at restaurants, and you're just dumping what I paid for because of a bad pour? At the very least, leave the bottles on the table and let us finish them ourselves. Better yet--don't pour at all next time. That alone would've been enough to ruin the experience, but it didn't stop there. The service felt rushed and borderline pushy. Right after we paid, she cleared our water cups like we were done--even though we were still sitting there. She also started clearing food before we had fully finished. It honestly felt like we were being pushed out, and it wasn't even close to closing time. As for the food--it's nothing special. The fish quality is mediocre at best, and the rolls are poorly constructed and tend to fall apart. We've only really come here for the salmon skin rolls, but even those can be found elsewhere with better quality. Between the careless service, wasted beer, and average food, there's really no reason to come back. Train your staff better--especially when it comes to not throwing away what customers paid for. read more

Craving Japanese food for lunch and my usual go to is no longer around so this was the closest one to me. Huge menu, generous portion so great value for the price. Bento box came with miso soup, cali roll, salad, mixed tempura, and beef teriyaki for $17.95. Service was friendly. I made an amazing review about angel and this place is our new date place. We will never come back unless Angel is working. We had an early dinner today and this time we brought our kids to have them experience the awesomeness. The two ladies on staff not only got our order wrong but when the check came they added gratuity to our bill BECAUSE OF OUR 3 KIDS!!!!!!! I was so pissed off!!!! Luckily Angel just walked in for her shift and helped calm the situation. The owners are Korean and really know how to put flavor into all there dishes . My go to spot whenever I'm craving yellow tail carpaccio & rolls . I came for a solo lunch and might have ordered a little too much, I had the broiled green muscles, the steam shrimp shumai, and the Omakase. Everything was great and I would come again. I took a a star down, because although the food was great and the service was friendly, they tended to forget I was there. Many times my waitress would chat with the table next to me and skip my table completely. It took a really long time taking my order, and as it was my lunch hour, I was pressed for time and had to call over for help a few times. Also, the Omakase included a bowl of miso that I never got. It was after 2pm so not lunch rush hour anymore. With that said, when I did get service it was very polite. I have gone to this restaurant for the past 12 years before they even had renovations done. Since they have updated the place they changed out all the workers and staff and they are very rude and unprofessional in the service industry. This last year I have went to this restaurant 8 times to give them a last chance, they have forgotten I even made a reservation making me sit outside for 30 minutes at night and no they won't take initiative to go and ask if u have been helped even if ur right in front of their face they will ignore u and simply won't inquire until YOU bring it to their attention . I have had them forget whole rolls and sides even when I ask if it's still coming out on multiple occasions. They seem to only be worried about their online orders coming in. And in terms of the quality of the food it's changed over the years nothing tastes the same and they are adding so much fillers to rolls it's disgusting. I had the calamari last and it had no smell or flavor and seemed to melt away into nothing, it seemed to be frozen or just low quality compared to the other 9 years I've had it. The environment may seem nice and relaxed which it is but the service and quality of food are not enjoyable any longer. I miss the old staff the two Korean ladies (one short hair with glasses) (one long hair always in ponytail) just seem to never care which sucks because i used to really like this place. read more
