I often don't review chain restaurants, but I just love coming here. Yes they're often busy, but there's a reason for that. Prices are always reasonable and I've never been disappointed in the food. I like their pastas, sandwiches and deep dish pizza. My favorite is the Bollo Pasta. It's angel hair pasta with their delicious marinara sauce. I often as meatballs to it. We've been here a handful of times. We are not fans of this location. Perhaps because of the neighboring hotel, there is often a wait. Nowait wasn't much help because our wait was 20 minutes longer than the app estimated. We love the guacatony but it was incredibly salty. Service was mediocre. We eat here probably way too often, but it's close to where we live and the food really is. just so good! Plus, I feel like one meal feeds me twice at least! You can't beat that! We've done mostly take out lately- the Italian stuffed sandwich is a go-to and you can't go wrong with a good pepperoni pizza. The kids love it too! Even the salads are bomb! We were kind of bummed to find out the other day that they are no longer doing alcohol to go...we were hoping to sip a bellini at home! Those things are one of our favorite "treat" drinks. Well friends, I was ready to add a local Arizona chain to my favorites list. And yet, I'm not racing to come back. We waited about 40 minutes on a Saturday night and checked in on Yelp and put ourselves on the waitlist (cool). The entrance area is pretty small, but they have chairs and sometimes bring out pizza bites to eat while you wait. They also have mints and fortune cookies. We had the bruschetta which was good, but not out of the park. The garlic was a bit out of control and I'd like a bit of balsamic, but I wasn't complaining about the portion sizes after waiting forever. The pasta was fine. I wasn't amazed. I love the kid meal options and prices ($2.99-4.99 including drinks!). If I ever find myself back here, I need the pizza cookie, but otherwise I'm rating a B. read more

My family and I were passing through Flagstaff. This restaurant was close to the hotel we stayed at. We used their online portal to irder our food which was ready at the time they stated. All hot food items were hot and salad was cold like they should be. They give very good portion sizes which can be sharable and for the five of us, we were all full and had some left over of the entrees. We ended up getting two kid's slices of pizza, The Coop De Ville Jumbo Chick Parmesan, a house salad and Hakuna Puccata ( i like the name). Food tasted great. We read the great reviews about Oregano's and decided our big group would try it. Unfortunately our entire experience felt like the opposite of everything we read. We were told the pan pizzas take 45 minutes and the stuffed pizzas take an hour. Totally fine. We've dined at other pizza places that have similar cook times. We ordered a few appetizers that were decent. We knew our group's food would come out at different times because we ordered 1 pan pizza and 2 stuffed pizzas plus several extra entrees. Some parties got their food while we waited for our pizzas. At an hour, the 2 stuffed pizzas came out, however no pan pizza to be seen. As we dug in, the one stuffed pizza was missing ingredients, which after waiting an hour to find this out is extremely disappointing. Again still no pan pizza in sight. We called the manager over and showed the stuffed pizza that was missing the ingredients we ordered and asked to cancel the pan pizza since it was 1.5 hours after we had ordered it (and it made no sense that 2 stuffed pizzas that take longer were out first). The response to our wrong pizza was "there's no way I could dig through the pizza"...which I understand. However waiting for an hour for the wrong pizza is not okay. Then our server came over and expressed frustration towards us because we cancelled the pan pizza and decided we weren't going to order anything else. She stated "your pan pizza has been sitting in the window"....which begs the question...why wasn't it brought out? She also asked "so you just want me to throw it in the trash?" To which put us in an awkward position because 1. It wasn't our fault it wasn't brought out. 2. There was no need for that pan pizza to take 1.5 hours. The 2 pizzas were taken off our receipt, however the experience and response of both the manager and server was appalling. I've worked in the service industry for over 10 years and never once treated a customer the way we were treated today regardless of how complicated things were. Hopefully this review will cause you to look into other pizza places around Flagstaff because on the off chance your hour long pizza was wrong and you get treated poorly for THEIR mistake, then I feel extremely bad for you. We will never return and wish we had the experiences people expressed online. read more
