Amazing food! We stayed at the Fairfield right next door and didn't wanna go far so we ordered pick up. The thin crust pizza was great but I highly recommend their Caesar salad!! I haven't had this good pizza & salad in awhile. The inside was perfect when I went in to pick up they have an entrance to the left for to-go orders. True to order time as well. I was meeting some coworkers for dinner next to there hotel. Several seats open at the bar and the bar tender was more concerned with washing glasses than serving people so I waited 20 minutes for service only after flagging him down. My other 2 came and they also had to flag bartender down from his dishwasher. I asked for a menu and he said "oh I thought you were just drinking"! Horrible service and NOT what you want to see at any establishment. I asked for another adult beverage and he gave attitude. He was not interested in his job and our party ended up leaving. Just a horrific attempt at service. If your bartender can't handle a dull mundane task because there wasn't many people there..... he needs to get replaced ASAP. Horrific behavior in the service industry. Won't be recommending or visiting anytime soon. Our party decided to leave early and the bill would have been "exceptional" for those involved. Flagstaff has no shortage of pizza establishments! Hello, it's a small college town after all! But wholy moly get me another Guacatony! I thought I had died and gone to heaven after tasting this one. More about that part later! This place is not your average Italian restaurant which is what I love about it! Talk to me in "Mexic-alian" because that's kind the vibe Oregano's brings to the table. Yes, it IS that unique flavor and twist ...Hence my delight when I tried the Guacatony! I also love their humor and play on words! Unique food and good humor....I'm all in! We had slight wait for a table so we hung around a packed bar it was no problem, but I would highly suggest making reservations (only through the App NoWait, not through the phone) if dining on the weekends. This place gets busy! Service was five stars the night we dined here with our party of 4. Our server explained that some items might take a while but since we had our sights and stomach on completely indulging ourselves, we thought everything was perfectly spaced out. Just had to make sure to take deep breaths and loosen the belt buckle each time our next dish was brought to the table. Starters: Pablo Picasso Mexico salad (5/5) Moist and tender grilled chicken, cheeses, lettuce, cilantro, crunchy toppings, with a mildly spicy Chipotle ranch dressing! Guacatony (5+/5) but really rates as a perfect 10. Omg it's been 2 weeks later and I'm still having withdrawals. Super thin crust with parmesan and spices topped with a WAD of Guac! Each piece can be shy or outrageous in spreading that deliciousness like frosting from tip to top! Main: Pizza (5/5) Hubby and I split a half mushroom and half meat pie with a super thin crust. The flavors were so good and fresh. We were in pizza heaven. Unfortunately we didn't try our guests dishes but from the looks it appeared to be delicious and they agreed. I believe it they had a Pesto Penne bake and a Shrimp scampi dish (Lady is a Scampi) the names of the all of the dishes are hilarious! The portions are generous too! Dessert: We needed this one like a hole in the head but oh yeah, that Pizza cookie...Lip smacking good. Plus they can half it if you can't decide on just one flavor! Naturally, we had to try two kinds. Half Pb chocolate and Half Salted Caramel with ice cream all inside a 6" pizza pan! If you take nothing away from this...Just come here and try that Guacatony...If you're not a fan of Guac, you're probably not a friend mine, but I'm sure they have a ton of other great options as well. I stayed at the Hampton Inn and this restaurant was conveniently located in the same parking lot. The food was very good. I came here with my boyfriend and we ordered a sausage deep dish, wings, and mac n cheese. Deep dish pizza was very delicious. Wings were good and I loved that it came with free chips on the side. The mac n cheese was my favorite. It had the right amount of cheesiness and a bit of spiciness. The service was great too. Our waitress was nice and checked on us often. Stopped here for lunch and glad we did! Let's start with the food - very good! I had the wedding soup and in addition to the marble-sized meatballs, it included one baseball sized meatball! And they were moist and tender. The soup was very tasty. My wife had the gluten free pizza and it was also quite good. But along with the food is the ambience - it's the 1930s! The restaurant is filled with pre-war memorobilia that's fun to look at. And the music is pre war as well! The service was on-point, so the whole experience was a five for us. read more

Orega NO ... terrible experience water dripping down from the air conditioning vents and from the lower parts of the ceiling , transparent serving dishes half full of stagnant water perched on the dividers between booths and water dripping onto the floor above walkway where food is served . Waited at the door for over 30 min while many tables sat empty clearly visible from the front entry way , the hostess was also charged with clearing the tables and her enthusiasm was so low it took her nearly 10 min for her to clear a table right beside where we were standing by the front door where we were eventually seated , the server delegated to our table was very young and seemed very over whelmed and distracted .. customers kept piling up in the entry way as the dinner service continued to lag , keep in mind it's practically below zero out today so every time the door opens a sub zero wind chilled our table it's occupants and food , we ordered two larger Caesar salads , two menu pizzas , one deep dish pepperoni, and a round of drinks the drinks took 30 min to arrive at the table and the food took over an hour and when the salad was served the server neglected to give us any silverware so we ate the salads with the serving spoons the lettuce was drowning in cheap Caesar dressing and there was about a pound of hard parmesan cheese on each plate , the pizzas arrived and the crusts were burned while there was still raw vegetables on the top , the deep dish was semi cold and the cheese was not fully melted there was large chunks of layered pepperoni inside it like a fist full of pepperonis had just been haphazardly thrown into the crust , our drinks remained empty after the initial serving . After I paid the bill and as we were walking out of the establishment the server came running after me rudely accusing us on not paying the bill .. $135 later and you have 7 very dissatisfied customers .. we will not likely be returning to oregaNO's any time soon read more

It was a short walk across the parking lot from our hotel, and the reviews seemed good, so we gave it a shot. An hour before closing on a Tuesday night, and we were told the wait would be 40 minutes. We later found out it was actually less than 10. We were told that we could order from the take out desk, and the food would be ready within 20 min, so we did that. My friend and I ordered shrimp scampi. Do not order it! The noodles were some type of macaroni, and it was dry. The shrimp was cooked well, but the pasta stayed in the container, inedible. My grandson ordered a kids slice, and we needed 2 napkins to degrease it. My husband said the chicken parmesan sandwich was ok. I'm not sure what happened. Maybe we just got some sort of left over food, but we won't be back. By far, the worse food of our trip. read more
