We usually go to Olive Garden every week and the reviews on this place always swayed us away from trying the place. However, we decided to give it a try tonight and I'm glad we did! Micole, not spelled Nicole was probably the most sweetest and accommodating server we've been served by in a long time. She's like one of those small town diner servers that has regulars request her. She paid special attention to not just us but all the other tables she was serving and there was never a wait or mishap. She genuinely went above and beyond. The food was better than expected and the restaurant itself is actually really unique and makes you feel like you're in flagstaff or something. At first, I noticed they didn't have something like a kids coloring menu, but even better, an Etch A Sketch and real pizza dough to play with. Yes it's a chain. Yes you've probably had better Italian food, but there is something about this particular location that I really like. Chicago style Italian food hits different and this place has flavor in its sights! The pizza is always yummy but the cooking staff really does pasta well. Ordered the diablo shrimp pasta! SO good. It was pretty spicy, but the bread and shrimp complimented it nicely. For dessert, a pizza cookie is a MUST. Can get a little crazy weekend nights--sometimes a 30-45 minute wait, but there's lots of shopping across the street to pass time. read more

Oh yum! We've been wanting to try Oregano's for some time now but never seemed to have been able to make in until last Friday. It was about 4:30pm and we decided to go for an early dinner since we knew it would be super busy as it got later. We were right! When we got there it didn't look full but oh it was and we waited for about 15-20min. We were seated off to the side and the place was full. We put our order in right away. Both my girls ordered off the kids menu. One got the chicken tenders and the other ordered Mac n Cheese. We ordered the garlic bread with cheese to share! I seriously could've eaten this with a salad and called it a night. Lol! We wanted to try the pan pizza so we built our own. Our girls food came around the same time as the bread and they dug right in. Our pizza came shortly after and our waitress noticed that the Mac n Cheese wasn't really touched and asked if it was ok. My daughter said she didn't like it, didn't have much taste. She asked if she could replace it but it was ok because the chicken tenders was enough for both of them. My husband and I both ate one slice of the pie and just couldn't eat anymore. Chicago style is very filling! It was delicious and we had lots of leftovers. When our bill came I was surprised that our waitress had taken off the kids meal but I was grateful. Just means extra tip for her!! Can't wait to go back and try a sandwich or pasta! Went to the downtown Gilbert location for my birthday Pazooki and the guy was so rude and unhelpful so I called the Queen Creek location and the manager Logan was more than willing to help solve the problem. Even with their new policy in place Logan was more than willing to make sure I will left satisfied for my birthday. Logan is the definition of providing great customer service!!! I'd like to start off by saying our waitress Payton was amazing. It's been a long time since we've had exceptional service, so it's nice to know that some places have great people. Me and my wife decided to try out this restaurant, and we were amazed by how fast the food came out and how delicious it was. They have televisions playing classic sitcoms which was super nostalgic and reminded me of my grandpa. The restaurant is decorated to bring you into the mid century of the 1900s. Our server Michole was the best. She was fun, inviting, and very knowledgeable, she made our first experience a memorable one. This is long overdue, but a few months back, we visited Oregano's for the first time at the Queen Creek location and Michole was our server. We loved her! She was super personal and patient, answered all our questions, and made us feel very comfortable. My family and I have been back multiple times since but our experience with Michole really stuck out. The food is delicious, great sized portions, and the atmosphere is awesome filled with eclectic decor and black n white classics playing on the tv. I absolutely love it here! read more

I love Oregano's but for whatever reasons haven't been there for about 6 months. Today I ordered takeout. Order of lasagne and the Vino Bambino salad. Holy cow! This is our consistent go-to family dinner night out restaurant. The food is always good, the service is always good, and the vibe is always warm and cozy. We consistently get the garlic bread for an app. And our go to pasta lately is the stuffed rigatoni with the diablo sauce (you can sub sauces, when we realized this is opened up a whole new world haha) we add either the chicken or meatballs to it. Our other favs are the diablo pasta with chicken, the big beef sandwich, and the bbq chicken pizza with jalapeños. My son always gets the kids ravioli with butter. If you love chicken parmigiana, you can have it 2 ways here. Both are delicious. Either in a sandwich or as traditional way. The service is alway friendly and great. The ambiance of the restaurant is old world Italian Grandma's house with all the tchotchkes. read more

Good food, great atmosphere to be in, kind of gives vibes of an old 50's diner and Grandma's house with all of the cha-chi's that are everywhere. Like my wife's grandma's house. Lolz. Anywho the Chicken parmigiana sandwich is delicious, the way the present it with the Garlic bread and sauce, mmmmmmm. I want one now. Speaking of the garlic bread, yeah it is bread with garlic butter and cooked, but get it with the melted cheeses and, OMG soo good and then paired with the sauce, love it!! I have not found a good chicken parmigiana sandwich since a local Italian restaurant closed in Hermitage, PA. This is a close second but when i say close i mean close. The pizza is good, really a fan of the thin crust. It is like a cracker but it is huge so there will be a lot for 2 people but 4 would be ideal. My son and i got the pizza and it was cheesy and delicious. All together this place is great, makes me feel like I am home again. read more

extremely busy location, friendly staff everywhere / one of our plates of food was cold The other one was crazy salty the salad I had was very good. Evidently you get garlic bread with your meals but we never got any and why they only get three stars. Having bus personnel, carry 18 glasses stacked together is not only dangerous. But she had to stop and rest in front of our table because they were so heavy for her and the top glass filled with silverware. I've tried this place 3 times now and each pizza I've had was loaded with salt. Their thin crust pizza looks the role but it lacks sauce and is too salty. The stuffed was salty and the sauce on top was almost a tomato paste consistency. Not very appetizing. At this point I'll stick with Rosatis when I want a pizza that kind of resembles a taste of home. read more
