Came to this location for a quick lunch with the hubby. Seated instantly. Shorty after being seated was greeted by our super awesome waiter. FANTASTIC waiter. Took extra care of us and his whole section. Answered a few of our silly questions with joy.lol. Did not have a chance to fully finish our drinks as they were always topped off once half way. A great Italian stop for everyone! Nice decor with a old school theme. Service is always friendly and on point. Ask for some dough for the little ones to keep them entertained while you browse the many selections to chose from. I recommend the Diablo shrimp with a sausage. Ordered catering plates for our Christmas party. Called a few days before to place the order and the manager was very helpful and make the process easy over the phone. When I arrived on my selected time slot, the staff inside was very polite and helpful as well. They even offered to help carry the food out for me. We received complimentary breadsticks and good quality utensils, plates etc. Our party loved all the food. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of catering. I am very upset and I always tell myself never review when I am upset. But when you want assistance, for someone to take care of your issue, and blame gets handed off, I feel compelled to say something now instead of later. I always loved the food at Oregano's, and so does my wife. But tonight I talked my wife into getting Oregano's via doordash and I ordered the Dark Alfredo with chicken. Well, I got pasta and chewy chicken, with about a tablespoon of alfredo. Might as well said HOLD the alfredo. I mean really? Who orders an alfredo dish and doesn't want sauce? So I called Oregano's and well... I ordered it through doordash so I had to take it up with them. Ever tried that? I get more response from a busted up block wall. I finally got a promise of a refund, for MY dish, but we had issues with doordash before and had a promise of a refund we never received. I know it was asking a lot, but if Oregano's would have sent someone with a container of sauce, they would still be enjoying my hard earned money once a week, instead of well, NEVER. On principle. I am very disappointed I will not enjoy their food again, but wrong me once and do not own up to it, fooled me twice. Never again. Doordash either. Too disconnected from making it right. read more

I woke up with a case of the Mondays this morning. I felt gloomy and tired the whole day, and found it difficult to stay awake in my classes. I felt defeated and was looking for a cure. Luckily I was saved, and I'm not talking about the Lord. Walking into Oregano's I was greeted by a friendly staff, heavenly smells, and a welcoming environment. I was soon overwhelmed by the vast amount of meal choices and the comfort of the booth seats. On top of that, their water tastes like they caught it fresh, straight from the roaring streams of Fiji. Once again the service was great. Our server, Nicole, was very helpful and checked up on us quite often. The bus boy, Nathan, went above and beyond from his duties. He recommended the chipotle ranch sauce to go with my pizza and it was heavenly. He also got me a plate and cleaned our table with absolute precision. I am now on my way home, and the whole car is stuffed and satisfied, bumpin Richer by Rod Wave. In conclusion, my Monday is starting to feel a lot more like a Friday. read more

Feel like you're going to slip in the restaurant and service is slow two hour weight times for not the greatest food. They need to step their game up and pizza. forget about it. 45 minutes for a pan pizza that's not even the greatest and undercooked every time. If you're hoping for traditional Italian food, this is not it. The waiters and chefs are generally accommodating, but I haven't found that menu item that I love and come back to, despite having eaten here many times. The portion sizes are huge and really shareable. The garlic cheese bread and pizzookie are probably my favorite items here. I am still trying to find an entree that I love. The Chicago Style pizza was a disappointment to my mom and I when she visited here (from Illinois). Again, everything on the menu has its own flair, so it's hit or miss for me. I usually just go with the Bollo Pasta and add veggies I want. It's the safest bet for me. Ordered pizza from oreganos for dinner. Got their numero-one-0. Pizza was ready when they said it would be. Took it take out, still warm and fresh when we got it home. She is very friendly, personable and constantly moving ( something you don't see from a hostess at many restaurants) she seems to be very knowledgeable about the restaurant and the e food. We went by yesterday for lunch and Cheyenne was our server. She was super nice, prompt with the deliveries, kept my drink refill before I asked (that's a biggie for me) and she ensured everything was just right. Offered us a to go box AND drinks to go! I am visiting Arizona all the way from Wisconsin. This was my first time back to Oregano's since 2021. The food and service has improved drastically since my last visit.
