    Eel bento box (~$18)
    Sarah A.

Got the eel bento box and upon opening the container, I was quite disappointed in the size of the eel. It looked so small in the compartment that it was in and also in comparison to other photos I've seen online of other eel bento boxes. I've ordered bento boxes from Osaka in brooklyn before and was always satisfied with what I got. Besides the size, it was tender and flavorful. A bit too much sauce, but I just brushed some off and ate it with the white rice. I do love that it comes with a generous portion of popcorn chicken, a full California roll, and miso soup. For ~$18, I'm not sure if I would order this bento box again unless I'm really craving eel.

Came back to try different items on the menu. Had the squid appetizer with crab meat and ordered platter E which had a combo of rolls including salmon, spicy tuna, California, rainbow, eel rolls. Crab appetizer, I prefer the temperature to be either hot or cold, but that's my personal preference. Dish was warm. Rolls were good sized and variety. Service attentive when needed. Was decently busy.

Pros: - staff were very nice and friendly - I like that they have booths with curtains for slight privacy but also open tables and a sushi bar area - very spacious towards the back, I also really like the interior design - they don't use too much rice to make their rolls - the avocado looks fresh and the texture is creamy - omg the toro just melts in your mouth - the portions are decent for the price - the food came out relatively quickly Cons: - staff didn't seem too well-versed with the menu but they do have a pretty large menu - the seaweed in the rolls are very chewy Comments: - came on a Saturday around 1PM, I think it may have been during their soft opening, they didn't have some of the stuff on their menu - the music volume was decent, from what I heard, they played a lot of older kpop songs

I didn't expect there to be privacy booths, but I loved that they have them. I came here alone and enjoyed that privacy booth. You can close the curtain and press a button whenever you need service. They also have open seating if you prefer that. They start you off with a complimentary small soup. I got a mango matcha drink and it tasted really good. For my meal, I had the curry pork bento box, and that was my favorite. It comes with rice, sushi, your choice of protein. I recommend the bento boxes. I also tried a few sushi rolls: the Love Roll, Snow Roll, and OMG Roll. I ordered the mini wagyu torch toro don as well, and it had a slight sweetness to it. It's a nice spot and I recommend for introverts.

I took my brother for his birthday here for lunch. The food we order was satisfying and savory. The service is a little lacking thou. They did not come over to refill my tea and didn't come to check on us. The food presentation was great thou. My bro and I loved the dishes we ordered. The price was a little pricy thou. We were excited for this new location, although they have other locations. They lost one star for being pricy and for the lack of attentive service. But otherwise, I do recommend this place for its food and decor and you do get a private space (cubical type seating).

good flavor and portion size. there are private booths which is nice for privacy. ordered a variety of items and they are all tasty.

I came with a friend to celebrate my birthday. The place is very spacious and clean. It is newly opened. The staffs are very nice. They gave us a booth. The sashimi is fresh. The yakitori is great and the portions are huge. Price is reasonable. Will definitely come back.

My brother and I were looking for a restaurant nearby to sit and cool off. We were welcomed into our own private booth, it has cool lighting and a calming presences. We had three rolls of sushi, a veggie tempura and beef fried rice. It was our first time trying authentic sushi, I have to say everything was so filling and tasteful. The service was kind as well. Would definitely recommend!

I came here to throw down on some seafood and that's exactly what we did. I found out about this place because one of my favorite TikTok foodies posted that she came here when she was visiting from Chicago. It was also my friend's birthday so we figured we'd check it out. If you come with a group of 4 or more, including the birthday person, they eat for free, which is a pretty nice perk. This place lived up to every bit of the hype. We did the $125 option which includes lobster. If you have people in your group who are on the fence about spending the extra money, just remind them it's only about $35 more and that's basically the cost of one lobster anywhere else. Here you're getting unlimited lobster. The food literally just kept coming. At one point we were running out of room on the table. One thing I really appreciated was that the staff noticed and started putting multiple items on the same plates instead of bringing everything out separately. It sounds small but it actually helped a lot and showed they were paying attention. The drinks weren't super strong but they definitely weren't weak either. If you love seafood, come hungry and bring a group. The vibes were great, the service was on point, and we left absolutely stuffed.

It's honestly a seafood lover's dream. I highly recommend coming with a large group so you can try a bit of everything. They also offer an option to pay an extra $45 to take your leftovers home, which is absolutely worth it. I ended up with so much food that my fridge is still full. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others.

I ordered the Fried Branzino, which came on a sizzling cast iron platter. The server poured warm sweet and sour sauce all over it. This also came with a side of fries. The Fried Branzino was the whole fish and impressive looking. The Branzino was satisfyingly crispy, tender, flaky, and well seasoned. The sauce was nicely balanced and full of bold flavor. I've been coming here for years, and the quality of the food continues to keep me coming back. During this visit, I ran into a recurring issue with my lobster. It was carrying a large amount of roe, which I was actually happy about because I enjoy it and didn't want any of it to go to waste. However, the roe deep inside wasn't fully cooked during the initial steaming process. I had to go back and forth with Ash and the kitchen staff several times, but they remained patient, attentive, and committed to making sure everything was cooked properly. Ash, one of the managers, provided excellent customer service throughout the experience. While I was waiting, he kindly offered me a complimentary cup of New England clam chowder, which was absolutely delicious and very much appreciated since I was starving. Before leaving, I also ordered two more 2 lb. steamed lobsters to go. I explained my concern, and the staff made sure they were thoroughly cooked before packaging them. Both were perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. I truly appreciate the team's dedication to customer satisfaction and their willingness to make things right. Ambiance: This place has a nice ambiance, definitely very "New York" -- dark (you can't see how dirty the floor is) and loud music (maybe too loud). We sat upstairs (we had a reservation) and of all the people on the top there was a party of 4 (us), a party of 8 (all dudes celebrating something) and the rest of the tables were on a DATE - which I thought was funny. Service: We were served by Ann-Marie who was so delightful. She was kind, super nice, and took the time to speak to us (which is basically how we figured out she wasn't a native New York City person). She gave us good food suggestions and we were very happy with our selection. Food: Here is what we ordered * Steak Frites: My two boys got the steak frites and I have to say the steak was awesome! I had a bite of each of theirs and they each ordered it differently (one Medium Rare/Medium and one Medium) and they both were prepared PERFECTLY. The fries were overflowing. * Caeser Salad with Salmon: My wife got the salad with Salmon (they only have a few salad options) and she enjoyed it. * Prawn and Crab Risotto: I got this and I have to say it was VERY bland. I wouldn't get this if you are looking for taste. I had to put salt and pepper on it to make it have any semblance of taste. Value/Price: I would say this is not over priced but it is not cheap either...bill is attached. I would recommend it to folks who are looking for a good place to either go out on a date or a family type meal.
