Sandwich was Ok but small for the price- Jimmy John's little better sandwich of same name and you get more. My hubby and I loved this place! He had the Chipotle Chicken hot sandwich and I had the BMT (basil, mozzarella, tomato) hot sandwich on GF bread. Both were super great! I even got a second BMT because I rarely find yummy gluten free food, and I thought id relish the moment. Great atmosphere too! Super cute and bright on the inside! Still a great place to eat. It's my husbands favorite Mac n cheese. I always get the americano. We recently started my son on a gluten free and dairy free diet and was so happy to see the options for him. I ordered him a gluten free wrap with no cream cheese. Decent sandwich shop. Interesting offerings, I had the mac n cheese with the spicy andouille. Tasted good but they are skimping on proteins. Hardly any andouille sausage and mostly noodles. I sent an email to Jackie asking about one of their soups. I expected no details. Instead she replied: "Our soups are Chef's choice. The only way you would know what ingredients are in each soup is to ask day of. We don't follow recipes...they are made fresh, from scratch and will contain what the chef thinks is a good combination. Most Black Bean soups are spicy in nature, and typically will contain Mexican spices. If I am making it, it will certainly chili powder and cumin. Once again, it's up to our chefs so it's hard to say." So it appears, not only do they have amazing food, they have people to match. Jackie might even be as good as their grilled cheese sammies. The new location is fantastic and finally meets the standards of the high quality of food that they have been shelling out since day one. Stopped here a couple weeks ago after hearing that their mac and cheese was pretty good. Boy, was it ever! I ordered to go, getting a large order of the traditional mac and cheese, a large order of the three cheese chicken mac and cheese, and the Americano panini (hold the mayo). Total came to just under $20. Took the standard 7 or 8 minutes to wait for our order. Everything came out piping hot, and upon arrival at our house 15 minutes later, was still very hot. The panini was delicious. A great blend/ratio of meat and cheese. I could have used a few more bell peppers, but that's nitpicking. The three cheese chicken mac and cheese was fantastic and a very large portion for under $8. The traditional mac and cheese was delicious, though perhaps a tad on the salty side. Still, for around 5 bucks for a large portion, it's hard to complain. I'm thinking I'll run here the next time I'm in the mood for "fancy" mac and cheese, as opposed to Noodles & Company (good, but a bit bland) or the gouda mac and cheese from The Chancery (delicious, but too pricey). I stopped in hoping for a burger, which seemed likely since this appears to be a custard joint. Instead there are sandwiches and bowls, all which seemed oddly matched with custard. I ordered the pork bowl which was exactly as appetizing as its descriptive name: a bowl of rice, some beans, a few chunks of shredded pork and glops of barbecue sauce. I know microwaves are common in all restaurants but I watched my meal go from the fridge the microwave before it was served. It even came in a microwave bowl with a lid, served on a metal tray. And just like every microwaved leftover meal I've eaten at home, parts of the food were hot, others stone cold. I ate it, picturing myself at home wishing I had gone grocery shopping. I'm left puzzling over what to call the leftovers of leftovers. Left-leftovers? Forgot to mention: I swore I'd never eat at an "eatery". Pretty darn good, but the Mac and cheese fell flat. The menu makes it seem like you'll get something special, but when it arrives you realize you could have made some Kraft at home. My sandwich was delicious. I had the Americano which has chicken, roasted red peppers, cheese, spinach, and garlic mayo. I'd suggest that. The atmosphere is nice and clean. We recently had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding catered by out and out. They really went above and beyond and did a fantastic job! We had approximately 50 people, and we ordered buffet style barbecued ribs, pulled pork, BBQ chicken, macaroni and cheese, strawberry salad, and we had the custard bar for dessert. Everything was delicious! The staff was professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend them! We certainly would be willing to use them again anytime. As a sidenote, and a very important one for my spouse and I, we have food allergies to gluten soy and dairy. Out and out catering was able to accommodate our food allergies and were very knowledgeable about all the ingredients in their food. The communication for setting everything up was great. They were initially located at the former dairy queen which has now been leveled and cleared out and a new modern building is going in for Out and Out.
