Our Sever, faith, was such a gem. She was so nice and attentive. I ordered the 6oz outback cut with loaded mashed potatoes and a house salad. And blooming petals for an appetizer (always delicious!). The seasonal drink was a "platypus punch" that was delicious and cute. Came with a little "egg" to keep. We also Had a Carmel skillet cookie for dessert, but it wasn't warm. I'm used to the cookies being warm in skillets

The food was good. I wouldn't recommend the chili, its super salty. The manager came over to apologize because other customers complained about it too. They stayed on top of our needs and had good service.

Outback customer service is unmatched!! I super appreciate the call I received from the restaurant. They were very apologetic. I'd definitely be back!!

We had a weird experience at another location and that manager provided us with some credits to come back. We decided to check out the Chandler location instead, and was pleasantly surprised with the service they provided. Our waitress Jacklyn was attentive, friendly, and overall a great addition to this location. My fiance was shocked at how good his filet mignon tasted. It needed a bit of A1, but it was cooked well & very tender. The drinks were very consistent at this location, and we highly recommend the smoked old fashioned. My only suggestion would be to not burn the coconut flakes on the coconut shrimp. I was unable to taste the coconut because they over fried them. However, all of the food and drinks exceeded our expectations.

It was my husbands birthday and he wanted steak . Went and got him a nice spread which includes Kookaburra Wings, bone in ribeye, ribs. Sides were salad ., chili., Mac and cheese and fried mushrooms. This will feed us for a few days. Great food.

Service was good. Chicken was very tasty. Little dry but very good still. I came before and had it and loved it. I would recommend this.

Tried the $14.99 menu. Was bummed that the steak is $20.99 now. Got the chopped blue cheese salad which was an add on of $2.99. Nothing is a bargain anymore. Food was fresh and tasted great! The bread is always good.

Went here for lunch. In a word the meals were horrible. We ordered their famous blooming onion. It came drenched in oil. The outer onion pedals we're ok but the whole thing sat in a pool of fry grease. Wife had the lunch size outback chicken with a a side of Caesar salad. The chicken dish picture in the menu looked wonderful. Hers was terrible it was about 3 inches long and super dry. It sat on the middle of the plate with absolutely nothing else. Looked like a tiny raft in middle of a lake. It tasted bad and appeared to have been prepared long ago even though we were there in the opening hour. My so called potato soup looked like lumpy school paste. Seemed prepared with chicken bullion and corn starch. I could not finish it. Waitress was good and was polite. The decor was dated but clean thus the stars We will never return

We ordered curbside a few days ago, seamlessly on the app. It said it was ready at 4:30pm. I showed up at 4:40pm and waited patiently as the sign indicated to "wait in the car." I also had a sleeping toddler with me which is why I chose curbside. At 4:50 I began calling the restaurant and nobody answered! Eventually a nice gal answered and said she'd let the manager know I was waiting. At 5:05pm someone finally came out and brought the soups and app we had ordered. Clearly they had been sitting in the bag awhile as no sooner than I put it in my car and attempted to move the bag from the front to the back, a soup steamed through the bottom, spilling on my floorboard. It was a poor experience all around.

I have to say our visit this time was perfect. Perfect food and service. I'm always afraid to get a steak here because pretty much always it's over cooked. This time I ordered the ribeye first time having this cut. Asked for it to be cooked medium rare to rare and came out just how like it, it's probably the first time ever. My husband got the twin lobster tails just like always. We also ordered the fried mushrooms as an appetizer, very good with their dipping sauce.

At one point, we even asked ourselves why we don't come here more often and not just for special occasions. The only con we could come up with? Parking can be a bit tough--but easy solution: valet. Music is always on pointe and I would never change the look or ambiance of the place either. My last trip here though I had to ask about why the menu had stopped changing as often since we were one of two parties there in the middle of happy hour and there was a large framed picture of a bartender with a bunch of signed notes on the bottom of it beside me at the bar. It turns out that one of the oldest curators and bartenders of the bar and restaurant had passed from a drunk driving incident and I had not known at all! Gosh I was so disappointed in myself that I had ever complained about not having a new menu to try after that...but at the same time it was amazing to hear so many great anecdotes and to learn so much more about him and the history of the bar itself while dining this time. I had a lot of fun times at this bar - including remembering the first time I met that bartender and sharing that memory with the staff that told me their story. They also shared that they would be coming out with a new menu very soon and some of the new items and ideas that would be rolling out so I am also very excited to go back! New food menu tomorrow too?! What?! I was almost tempted to back today to get more of their amazing dishes from the main menu!! Thank you Cat for the amazing hospitality! The location has a quaint, house-style feel with beautifully manicured grounds. The large doors were open, allowing a lovely breeze to flow through, a welcomed touch. There's also a convenient parking lot right next door, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant offers a variety of seating options: outside patio, high-top outdoor seating, inside bar seating, and traditional indoor dining. We arrived in that sweet spot between lunch and happy hour, so the restaurant was quiet and relaxed, exactly how we like it. Drinks My Blue Hawaiian ($15) was absolutely amazing, it really hit the spot, and I was still feeling great when we left! My husband ordered the Pizza Port Chronic ($5) and said it was a nice, refreshing change of pace. Our Server Andrew Andrew greeted us immediately, walked us through both the food and drink menus, and was genuinely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He was the highlight of our visit. Exceptional service. Appetizer Butter Board & Bread We started with the Butter Board ($14), served with toasted bread. The butter itself, whipped with ricotta, herbs, and what I believe was a honey drizzle, was absolutely delicious. My only note is that the bread edges were toasted a bit too dark for my taste, leaving a slightly burnt crust flavor and aroma. Entrées I ordered the Seared Scallops ($48), which were plated with white potatoes, purple potatoes (possibly ube), and sausage over a rich sauce. Unfortunately, the purple potatoes had a burnt taste that was off-putting, and I wasn't able to finish much of my meal. My husband, on the other hand, thoroughly enjoyed his Grilled Striped Bass ($48), beautifully plated and well-executed. Final Thoughts While my entree missed the mark this visit, Andrew's outstanding service and the overall ambience more than carried the experience. The space is gorgeous, the concept is lovely, and I can absolutely see returning when the seasonal menu refreshes. In my opinion, it's worth a second chance, we will be back.

Hubby ordered rigatoni with Bolognese and steak meatballs. I didn't taste it, but he really liked it. My son ordered Caccio e Pepe pappardelle. I tasted it and it was very yummy. I had the meatball ferris wheel which is literally a little ferris wheel with little bowls with a different kind of meatball in each. The Ferris wheel ended up just making it harder to eat, but I do think the novelty of it is cute. That said, I was super disappointed. I liked the steak meatball pretty well and the arabbiata was yummy, but the rest were mediocre for me. I love meatballs but, honestly, I've had meatballs that I like better elsewhere. My bread was also over-toasted, making it kind of like a hard crumbly rock. Our server was very nice and quite friendly, but both my husband and I noticed that she actually boxed the food at the two tables near us for those people, but for us, just just dropped off boxes and a bag at our table and left us to do it ourselves. I don't mind doing it myself, but what made us different from the other tables? All in all it was good. The pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked and sooo good and the Saganaki was also delish. The meatballs, not so much for me.
