Seriously disappointed. Went Tues before Christmas - the place was not busy, but the table service was slow. I guess some of the staff didn't show up. The food was just OK. This is a common stop for us on road trips, and for the most part, it's exactly what you'll expect from an Outback. But the place is clean, the staff is friendly and well ordered, and the food is quite good as well! I have little gripes with things here and there, but this Outback is totally worth a visit. Once again, our intrepid adventuring party found its way to an Outback Steakhouse. There were other nearby choices, but I can't say enough good things about the consistency at Outback Steakhouse and consistency is key for getting the little barbarian to eat something. Someone put some thought into this location. The exterior of this particular establishment was reminiscent of the Big Thunder Railroad in Disney World. Definitely not your run of the mill Outback. Our server-Ben-was attentive, personable, and incredibly competent. At least a +5 to his charisma. Finally, there were no spiders which, since this place is Australian, made me happy as, from what I can tell from the internet, Australia is home to Tolkienesque spiders and my adventuring party is done with that nonsense. read more

Dear Outback Steakhouse Corporate Team, I am writing to formally report an alarming and unacceptable incident that took place at your Glen Mils Outback Steakhouse on Sunday. My friends and I visited the restaurant for the first time for a girl's night out. Initially, our experience was positive, and our first server was wonderful. However, the situation quickly escalated into a deeply disturbing and traumatic encounter due to the aggressive and hostile behavior of the on-duty manager. During our meal, a server accidentally dropped an entire order of ribs and scalding hot macaroni and cheese on my friend. Concerned for her well-being and seeking an appropriate resolution, I requested to speak with the manager and asked for a refund. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the manager immediately responded with hostility, stating, "I heard you the first time, can you be quiet so I can talk?" Feeling uncomfortable with her aggressive demeanor, my friends and I decided to leave without eating. As we were leaving, the manager escalated her aggression, telling us, "Y'all can just get the f** out since you want to be difficult."* Shocked by her behavior, I attempted to get her name to report the incident to corporate, at which point she physically assaulted me by stomping on my foot and shoving me. When I confronted her about this, she mockingly laughed and said, "It was an accident." Her actions only escalated from there. As I was leaving, she followed me outside, yelling "You need Jesus" before hitting me with the door. She continued her verbal attacks by standing outside the restaurant, screaming threats at us. She explicitly stated, "If you touch me, I am going to break your neck." I was appalled that a manager of your establishment would go so far as to issue a death threat. When I attempted to de-escalate the situation, telling her that no one was trying to fight, she repeatedly antagonized me, saying, "Please touch me, and I'll break your neck." At this point, fearing for my safety, I called the police to file a report regarding the assault and threats. Upon their arrival, she immediately calmed down, demonstrating that she was fully aware of her inappropriate behavior. The officers were extremely helpful and took my report seriously. This behavior is beyond unprofessional--it is dangerous. No customer should ever experience verbal abuse, physical assault, or death threats from any employee, let alone a manager. It is critical that Outback Steakhouse take immediate and appropriate action. This individual is not fit to represent your brand, and I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation. I will be moving forward with my police report and expect a prompt response regarding the actions your corporate team intends to take. P.S. - They never responded back to me. read more

Went in for lunch asked to be seated in the bar area so I could watch sports. Saw they had similar kiosk tablets like RR, etc. A lot of fun since I was eating by myself and watching the tv's with sports. My server was also handling bar duties, and it was busy for a Friday at 12:30. I ordered a drink and app which the tuna app never disappoints, the Koala punch tasted like just juice. I then ordered the filet medium towards well and it was way over cooked. Honestly feel like every time I come I am getting a sirloin which my daughter gets and they look the same. 1/4 of my filet which I have never had at Ruth Chris, Morton's, Walter's steakhouse had a had a huge chunk of fat. My baked potato was tepid as well as my asparagus. We go to an Outback in MD and the filet looks much different. Wasn't a bad meal but didn't eat it all because I was hoping a server had come around more often because I would have asked for another steak and potato. I would have paid for a do over. My bill with tuna app, koala punch, wine and 9oz filet with mushrooms, asparagus and potato. $100 not including tip. Oh and the kiosks you can play on cost 2.99. read more

We went to Outback Steakhouse on a Friday afternoon around 6. It wasn't crowded, so we had our choice of seating. Ordered a couple of drinks which were good. We ordered a sirloin steak & shrimp and a blooming chicken. The sirloin steak was cooked properly, but the shrimp was salty. The potato was good. The blooming chicken was tasty, but nothing to write home about. The dressing on top, whatever it was, added a nice kick to the dish. Fries came with the chicken, and just like the shrimp they were extremely salty. Overall, Outback Steakhouse is a decent chain. It's close in proximity to my house so I'll probably be back at some point. read more

We went here for Valentine's Day,what a disappointment. our appetize's were Blooming onions and Coconut shrimp . We haven't been to an outback for years, the shrimp I remember were butterflied and coated in delicious coconut. These came on a plate as if I just pulled them out of a bag no butterfly , no little coconut . When it came to our main course, we both fillet and lobster tail with loaded baked potato. first, the baked potato wasn't open properly and as far as loaded, we were lucky to get a spoonful of anything on it. After you ate the "loaded" you still had a large portion of the potato left. The so called "Filet" tasted boxy to me, like they just pulled it out of a box. it was cooked properly to my instructions. The problem was it wasn't a "Filet", I've never seen a flat filet. I will say the lobster tail was cooked properly but a very disappointing size. the dipping butter was over salted . i will say the waitress was very quick and Friendly. Too expensive of a night for this poor level of food. I spent the next few hours on the toilet and overdosing on Tums. I will never return and would recommend Wawa over here. At least you can usually see them making your food. read more

I went to Outback on February 15 to celebrate my birthday with a party of 13. Out of 13, 8 orders were incorrect, not to mention the pasta was served cold and dry. The waitress after a few minutes seemed to be frustrated all because she couldn't handle a party over 2 Ijs. Then to top it off one of my guests order her steak medium well and it came medium rare with blood still dripping. When she ask for it to go back and be cooked more, they brought it back on the same lettuce that had blood stains on it. The manager who worked that night was not very courteous when spoken too. Customer service poor. And then after I made a complaint and the assistant manager contacted me and I responded. Never heard back from him. I don't know this doesn't sit well with me because it messed up my celebration and I never had a problem there ever before until this. I guess good help is hard to find. read more

I remember when I was younger and Outback was AN OCCASION. The Outback in Springfield, Delco was it. Now as an adult, no Outback location or experience ever builds up to that. The food here is nostalgic (bloomin' onion!) but nothing out of the ordinary. Steak was ok, and the potaotos and spinach fine but nothing i would want to go out of my way to try again in the future. My husband, sister, and her boyfriend came here around 7:00 pm on a Friday night. It was not too busy and we did not need to wait to be seated. We took some time to decide what we wanted and the waiter started out by being kind to us. We ordered our food (I got a strawberry kiwi-rita, potato soup, and the Bloomin' chicken sandwich) which came out reasonably quickly. Everything was still hot and delicious. The only complaint I had was how the waiter treated us at the end of our meal. He seemed annoyed by us and rolled his eyes when we asked for separate checks. Whenever I order curbside pickup the order is never correct. Forgot the bloomin onion and there was no honey mustard sauce with my chicken tenders. Also the bloomin onion is extremely greasy. I used to really like this location and would eat here regularly, but recently the service and quality of food has really gone down hill. read more

Everyone's good was amazing especially my salmon but the staff needs to be replaced. Employees are actively yelling across the floor at each other, walking up and down the aisle having personal conversations. They ruined the entire vibe. Let me be right "up front" about our experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Glen Mills. First, we were seated right away and met by our waitress (Alexa) right away. Just like the Amazon Alexa, whatever we asked for, she was very pleasant and had an answer. Case in point: I didn't see my favorite item on the menu (the Wedge Salad), so I asked Alexa if they still had it. She said unfortunately they did not, but she said "let me ask my manager". In about a minute we we greeted by the Manager (Tom). He was the nicest guy and super customer-focused. He said they no longer carry the heads of lettuce to make the Wedge Salad, but that he was sending one of his employees across the parking lot to the Acme to get a head of iceberg lettuce to make me a Wedge Salad!!! And please know this was during a thunder storm. We were blown away (not by the storm, but by this customer service)! Unfortunately a few minutes later Tom/Mgr came to our table with a bag from Acme that had mixed greens as he was told by the employee he sent that Acme was out of iceberg lettuce. He was so apologetic (which was astounding because we would have never expected this level of attempt to make us happy). A few minutes later Tom/Mgr came back with a house salad and a Gift Card for a free Bloomin' Onion for a future visit! My 11oz sirloin and baked potato were delicious as usual. My wife tried the Bloomin' Burger which was quite tasty as well. We finished off our meal by sharing a Chocolate Thunder from Down Under which was over-the-top yum!!! So when you combine the tasty food and outstanding Customer Service we will definitely boomerang back to Outback Glen Mills in the very near future!!! read more

I was a solo diner and even though the place was nearly empty as we passed 2 seater booths after booth- many in fact, the seater was clearly annoyed with a solo diner and wanted to seat me in the back. And... My Mohito which was ordered with my appetizer arrived after consuming my appetizer so that was a long time. When it arrived the mint was not crushed in the drink as is the norm but it was floating on top. After I crushed the mint myself the drink was okay. My server was friendly, pleasant and attentive.
