My party arrived before I did. They ordered my Dr Pepper and Water. I asked for an extra bread when I arrived. They brought it out quick and it was warm. Food arrived and I was happy with what I ordered. I have not ordered a steak in years. My steak was on point and super tasteful. The manager came by the table and he asked if everything was good. He also asked if we needed anything else. Good to see manager stop by. The server was very nice just didn't stop by our table unless we called.

I was honestly pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I came for Mother's Day dinner on Monday. Our party was a total of 5, and we were immediately seated. It was nice and quiet inside and our waitress Erika greeted us quickly. She was nice and attentive. As far as the food goes, I got the ribeye and shrimp with my steak cooked medium rare & mashed potatoes and broccoli as my sides. The steak came out just how I wanted and everything was tasty. The shrimp were pretty small tbh and it came on bread that was so dark that everyone asked what it was lol. It was still good though and I cleaned my plate. My mom and grandma also cleaned their plate and said it was very good. I believe my grandma got chicken topped with cheese and bacon and my mom got a well done steak. My brothers both also got ribeyes and enjoyed it. I'd be down to go back!

I took myself out on a date for a birthday dinner and this year, I opened to have some steak. Outback was awesome, quiet (at least when I got there ). I sat at the bar and was happy to have my dinner there. The bartender was attentive and really nice, it was great service all-around from the reception. I got great suggestions for food, and they indulged me with my request on how I wanted my pasta, and everything was delicious! I don't know why I never stopped here before to eat but this is on my radar now.

The food and service were good. A small amount of salt and pepper were added to the steak for flavor, but the coconut shrimp with light breading were super from the start.

So, my hubby and I went to this Outback location. This was not our first time at this location but the food was a huge MISS. The service was fine (no problem there) but the food NEEDS IMPROVEMENT! Our free Bloomin Onion appetizer was overly greasy which made it hard to pick up and the batter kept falling off. My entree was better tasting (grilled chicken and hot spicy shrimp) but the dessert was a BUST! For $10, you are expecting the dessert to make you feel euphoric AND to look like the picture (which is delicious to look at and mouthwatering). NOPE! That is definitely...NOT what we got! Look at the photos....NUFF SAID! This is what was brought to our table...IT LOOKED DEFLATED and missing at least TWO LAYERS!!!!! Where is the rest of my dessert ‍ Tim Tam Brownie Cake was a disappointment and a FAIL...it didn't even taste good. HARD PASS!!!!

If you're like me and haven't been to Outback Steakhouse in a really long time I'd say lunchtime is a good time to try it. Was in the Copperfield area with my husband and noticed Outback haven't been to one in years. Decided to give it a try...waited a couple of minutes to be seated they had just opened so I imagine this was the hiccup since there was at the time only one table sat. Once sat our waitress came over, she had the biggest smile and took care of us right a way. Brought us some tasty bread and butter. Ordered drinks, they serve Coca-Cola products and sweet tea--they do have alcohol. Hadn't had a blooming onion in forever so we ordered one, next time if we come to Outback going to have to ask for extra dip because one little cup is not enough. Also, it probably would have helped if I'd let my waitress know how much I drink Coca-Cola because it was tough eating with lack of beverage. Blooming onion is fried so really needed a drink. We didn't want anything heavy now the lunch menu has a few offerings some slightly cheaper, less calories and probably just enough for someone not looking for a heavy midday meal. I called my meal a snack for $11 because it was small for the price -- good -- just small. Everything was good, overpriced but understandable do to supply issues and trying to pay staff to work. However, $3.19 for sweet tea/sodas is kinda high in my opinion. Waitress was super sweet, hostess greeted us with a smile, the food was good and restaurant clean I just guess I was bothered by the cost. Lunchtime plenty of seating no wait!

It also felt like a third space of sorts, because I was hanging out with a well connected friend, and everyone who came in was a who's who of the Houston restaurant/nightlife scene, and gathered for what turned out to be an unplanned hang out. They were hosting a vinyl swap night, so folks were coming in to peruse the many boxes of vinyls, and a DJ spun classic r&b tunes. I hear that on some nights they make space for a dance floor so people can show off their best two step in the space. The drinks were great and well priced but the wine selection is what got me. I was told they were inspired by Japan's many vinyl listening bars-- having been to many across Japan as well as many NYC imitators, this place actually impressively comes close. Regarding the food, the Frisée Salad was pretty good, well dressed and flavorful. The chicken sandwich was okay. The batter was crispy and flaky but it had no flavor. What made it a lot better was the coleslaw that brought a great deal of tang and moisture. The steak was not quite for me. It came on a bed of sauce that was flavorful with fresh veggies but it did not go well with the steak. Perhaps chicken would've suited better. The steak itself was dry and quite chewy. For dessert we had the carrot cake tres leches which was decent. The carrot cake flavor was there but the moisture from the cake was not fully spread in the cake. Overall nothing here was bad but with the plethora of restaurants in the Houston area I can't justify recommending or returning.

Located in Midtown this cute spot offers good music, fine food, and great ambiance. The mood is set with a soundtrack of classic hits playing in the background, and let's not forget about that bathroom, it's wild! I mean, I got a whole "duolingo" French lesson (the language of love) while washing my hands! Things like that definitely set this place apart from the rest. I was greeted warmly from the second I stepped in the door! While I waited for my party to arrive I sat at their bar area and ordered a Pineapple Mule served with a smile. Right off the bat I connected with James , one of the waitstaff who also happened to be serving our table. He was so the BEST! Hands down the most awesome waitstaff I've ever met. He made our time there special. I felt like I've known him for years, and he knew just how to connect with each person in our group! We all fell in love with him instantly! Tonight (likely due to the Valentine's Day crowd) the meal was pre-set for every guest. This meal included bread, salad, and Collette steak in their special sauce, with fries. There were dessert options as well, from which I chose a key lime pie. And an assortment of after dinner coffees. What blew my mind was that they came around and offered more food to us after finishing our first entree plate! I wasn't expecting that, and was pleasantly surprised. Parking for this location sits right behind the restaurant, a parking garage that is free. Because of the number of shops and restaurants around (an especially since this was Valentines weekend) parking can be at a premium during certain points of the day, so think about that when coming. There is also street parking available too. Seating for Medium Rare is offered both inside and outside (patio). The price average for this place is moderate, and folks can dress up or down. It is a beautiful place for a girls night out, date night, celebrations, brunch, etc! I had a wonderful time here! An amazing experience for sure. P.S. they give you Bazooka gum at the end of your meal! That brought back good memories for sure! This was my first time coming, and it won't be my last. This place is definitely worth checking out! Enjoy!

My bone-in ribeye came to the table rare when I ordered it medium rare plus and specifically asked that it not arrive underdone. The refire came back cold, and worse than the temperature, it had almost no flavor. From a steakhouse known for dry-aging its own beef, that was the hardest part to understand. My wife's crab cake arrived buried under a heavy sauce when she wanted to taste the crab. The brussels sprouts were billed as crispy and showed up soft and soggy. The cheesecake closed the night as flat as the steak. Two things kept this from one star. Our server was attentive and professional all night, and none of this falls on him. And the space really is beautiful. But the room gets so loud at peak that we could not hear each other across the table, so even the atmosphere works against you by mid-evening. Four hundred dollars for two people should not feel like a total waste, and this did. Two stars, and we will not return.
