Unfortunately, the food didn't start off great. My strip was very tough and full of gristle. I let our waitress know, and when she came back, I asked if she had mentioned it to the manager. She said she had, but wasn't sure if the manager was coming over. I asked her to please let the manager know that I'd like to speak with them directly. ​A few minutes later, the manager, Eileen, came to our table to check on us. I explained the issue with my steak and also mentioned that my wife's ribeye was quite dry. Eileen immediately stepped up to make things right. She offered to have my wife's steak redone and immediately took my NY strip off the check, promising to address the issues with the kitchen staff. I really appreciated her attentiveness and quick action to resolve the situation. ​On our way out, Eileen checked in again and asked us to please give them another chance in the future. Thanks to Eileen, a frustrating dinner was turned into a good experience. We really appreciate a manager who cares about customer satisfaction, and we will definitely give them another try!

A very nice girl brought out the food, forgot the drinks and condiments so had to go back in, we thought we had everything until we got home and realized there was no bread for the alfredo as well as the mushrooms I order(my FAV side) so I was super disappointed with that. The food overall was OK, my son LOVES the chicken tenders(which are more like nuggets, he always wants two orders) just sad that every time something is missing from our orders.
