My sister and I stopped in for a late lunch while walking the Vegas Strip. We walked upstairs and were seated. The first thing we noticed was that it was hot. Mind you, it was March, so the outside temp was not too bad. It felt like the AC was set to 80, which doesn't work for two middle aged women lol! We mentioned this to our server and she adjusted the air. We could tell in about 10 minutes as it started to cool down. Thank you! We both ordered salads and shared a chicken quesadilla. My wedge salad was delish! Fresh ingrediants and yummy dressing. We also enjoyed the quesadilla. The restroom is just outside the restaurant on the same level as it is shared with other businesses. And be sure you ask for the door code from your server before you go;) I forgot to take down my server's name but she did a great job! We walked in during lunch and it wasn't as crowded, maybe 10 tables filled. Matt was our server. I liked how he asked us if we've ever dined at that location on the Las Vegas strip to which we replied no, however we did have one back home in Hawaii. He said if you're familiar, prices were different and the menu looked a little different too with new items. We received the bread and our drinks first and placed our order. I ordered the Queensland pasta and my hubby got the crispy bloomin chicken with their seasoned rice (local boy from Hawaii needs rice ). Our server paid attention to details and explained everything to us so we didn't feel confused. Minor detail, he forgot to bring my to go box, other than that, he was awesome! Our waitress must have been new and knew nothing! Our $14.99 promo lunch ended up costing each of us almost $25. It was not fun shuffling dirty dishes on our table because the young girl obvioiusly did not know it was her job. It was hard to even get her attention and when asked if we wanted more bread, we said yes but never got it. Our side of a sweet potato ended up as a Russet one with a dollop of sour cream and a tad of bacon bits instead of a fully loaded sweet potato. Besides, mine was only luke warm. Our entrees were very good but she forgot to bring us our salads. Our bills were not what we expected and she explained that it was how she had to add on the "petals." My friend order the sirloin steak special and got just a piece of meat on her dish. No side. No salad.No nothing! Be very careful of your wait person when at the Henderson Outback. We visited on Sunday afternoon, with a party of two, to have a snack and watch football and it was a nice experience. The place is kind of hard to find, on the 4th floor above the Coke Store. We sat at the bar and had Onion Petals and Coconut Shrimp, both were well prepared and tasty. The bartender was outstanding, he was prompt, professional and friendly. It took visiting Vegas multiple times to eat at Outback for the first time and it really surprised me. I had the Ribeye medium and my girlfriend ordered the center-cut Sirloin medium well. Both steaks came out cooked pretty well and seasoned just right. We tried each others' and agreed that the ribeye had much better flavor which was likely due to the rendered fat. The sides were somewhat hit or miss with the best being the baked potato and the ceasar salad. The baked potato was cooked nice and soft with just the right amount of seasonings and toppings and the salad added the necessary freshness to compare to the meaty steaks. On the other hand the mashed potatoes had an odd flavor and texture that wasn't really appetizing and the mac & cheese lacked cheese. It tasted like some cooked pasta with shredded cheese sprinkled into it, not much actual sauce or creaminess. Overall the experience was still good and the service was spot on. I don't typically review chain restaurants unless they're REALLY good. I'm also not typically a big fan of Outback. However, I had a great experience at this location and felt like it was worthy of being shared! I tend to avoid chain restaurants when traveling, but my husband won a jackpot at Casino Royale downstairs and was offered $150 voucher here with it. We couldn't pass up a free meal! Our experience was so good! First, this is an awesome location on the strip if you're able to sit near the window. It's a perfect view of the Mirage volcano. We sat at the bar, but were still able to see the volcano erupt. The service was great! The host and the bartender who waited on us were so friendly. When it comes to a reasonably priced full-service meal on the Las Vegas Strip, Outbacks Steak House is a safe gamble. Although, I had been to the Showcase Mall location a few times, this was my first check-in at their Casino Royale outpost.   When my brother and I did a recent staycation on the Las Vegas Strip, we were up to eating dinner in a restaurant that was reasonably priced and served good food in an attractive environment. We chose Outbacks.    The Casino Royale Outbacks is located on the upper level of the casino, and near the Harrah's-facing entrance. In contradiction to the casino downstairs, the restaurant is relatively calm, cozy, and dimly illuminated. It is a world onto itself from Casino Royale.    When we ascended the staircase, the hostess greeted us right away. She took our name and within a few minutes led us to a booth. Throughout our meal, the customer service was on the eight ball. On the subject of customer service, there were none of those sneaky fees snuck onto our bill.   Outbacks Steak House is much more than steak. Their quality meat transcends to mouth watery burgers. From years of dining I learned that steakhouses quality burgers. I was set on having a burger. However, when I perused the menu, my eyes were drawn to the chicken sandwiches. A nice aspect to the Outbacks menu is that it lists the calories of all the food on the menu. The lesser calories persuaded me to order the Blooming Fried Chicken Sandwich. At $16.99 it included house bread with butter before the meal and fries with the meal. Choosing between grilled or crispy, I asked our waiter which one he preferred. The crispy won. I was impressed with the sandwich. The crispy chicken patty was sumptuous and flavorful. The bloomin onion seasoning with the bloom sauce distinguished the chicken sandwich from the competition. The tomato, onion, lettuce, and pickles exemplified the savoriness. Complimenting the Blooming Fried Chicken Sandwich were thick savory French fries. With the meal, I ordered the bottomless Coke. Our waiter refilled our glasses in a timely manner.   It is a safe gamble that I will return to one of the two Las Vegas Strip Outbacks. The last time I was at this location there was a lot going on. But, I'll always return because I generally always have good service here. It's located inside the M&M world building on the MGM side of the strip. It's upstairs and has some scenic views if you get a good seat. We stopped in for lunch on the 3rd day of our trip. This Outback is located on the Strip. No parking, and it's hidden up the stairs from a casino! Our server was Steve and he was chatting us up the whole meal and was awesome. In Vegas during the time of Covid... a strange place to be. Most things aren't open - the Casinos are still trying to figure things out and dining options are limited. So that's how you end up at an Outback Steakhouse in Las Vegas... the chains were one of the few reliable options available. The food is not surprising or any better or worse than what you'll at every other location of this ubiquitous steakhouse. We were able to get a table quickly with proper social distancing so that was nice. When I checked in with Yelp there was a deal for a free Bloomin' Onion. Our server hadn't seen this before but was extremely affable about bringing the free app - no problems. The bread, the pasta, the salads, the steaks... all OK and familiar. What made this meal more enjoyable than most I've had at the Outback was our fantastic server. He was busy but not stressed. He handled the new Covid protocols (no menus, masks, etc...) with aplomb. He was personable and really just overall terrific. The great service made a meal I was really sort of not looking forward to into a pleasant evening. This place is a bit hard to find... we had to enter a casino and go upstairs. And I believe they only serve beer or wine. It's in a very mid-strip location so probably best to call ahead during normal times. read more

We were at the Outback Steakhouse at the Casino Royale location on the Las Vegas Strip for the first time with my wife and father. The steaks were great but the service from the waitress was disappointing and we left feeling let down..I wrote a complaint on the website because now I was a rewards member. I didn't think much would come if it but within 24 hours, I received a response from the manager Alyssa Trabert. Alyssa wanted to make things right and offered us a full refund and invited us for a meal on them. I was really impressed at how Alyssa handled the matter and we left Las Vegas feeling so much better about the Outback Steakhouse at the Casino Royale location on the strip. I really respected how professional, kind, warm and sincere the Alyssa was in dealing with the matter. Our complimentary return meal was amazing, the new waitress was so awesome , the manager Alyssa Trabert was so accommodating and generous. it was our last day in Vegas and the Outback Steakhouse made it very memorable in the best way. We will definitely recommend the Outback steakhouse for their amazing steaks but more so the way the manager Alyssa treats customers, I would come back to Vegas just to see her and say hi. We tried to dine at the Casino Royale location back on August 31, and I'm still irritated, so I guess I should review. I had a broken foot, and was using a collapsible wheelchair because I couldn't walk while traveling. We were greeted, asked if I could sit in a regular chair and I said yes. They then took us to a booth, and said they'll move my wheelchair to the front waiting area. I asked if I could collapse it and keep it with me, because I want to keep an eye on it and they told me no- it's a fire hazard and needs to be out front. The front waiting area didn't have ANY greeter when we first walked in, so there was not constantly staff available to keep an eye out (they do have to leave to walk guests to their tables). I did not feel comfortable leaving my only means of getting around unattended. We were told we could leave then, if we couldn't let them take the chair. I asked what they would have done if I couldn't get out of my chair, since I was basically just told to leave. She finally explained that there ARE wheelchair accessible tables, but not available at the time, so I'd have to wait an hour. It really wasn't very busy, so I'm not sure if she just didn't want to be bothered or if she was being honest. Particularly since she didn't offer me a solution, and rather just asked us to go. I wouldn't have minded a wait, but was already feeling unwelcome and ready to move along. We really only went there out of nostalgia, from years ago when we were totally cash poor and Outback was our favorite decadent treat- and we could watch the volcano show. In just a few months of being in a wheelchair, I learned to appreciate the businesses that try to accommodate and really don't appreciate those that make life extra challenging for people in a rough spot. I realize I should have written this review a long time ago, but it's been eating at me how dismissive the staff were and how little they cared to help. read more
