    Down Under Trio
    Christina A.

Went to Outback for lunch after our original plans fell through. Our server was great. We started out with the trio which was great. Loved the boomerang mozzarella sticks. The cheese fries were delicious as well just wish they were a tad bit crunchier. Enjoyed my sirloin and coconut chicken, which were huge. My husband had the chicken sandwich which he said was good only complaint is he wished there was more of the sauce on it as there was very little. The boomarita was fun, loved the boomerang. Surprisingly the drinks actually had alcohol in them and weren't just mix. I feel Chaim restaurants like this can give you more juice than alcohol.

    Crazy Delicious Coconut Shrimp!!

Got stuck in this closure on Route 80 traffic jam and needed someplace to unwind for a bit. Haven't been to Outback in forever so figured I'd check this one out. The subliminal messaging in their tv commercials must be doing their job because well, here I am Lol.    And here comes the complimentary Bread too plus let's start with an order of their delicious Coconut Shrimp which just happens to arrive perfectly right after Drinks hit the table. Now we're talking about the main course and I don't know about you, but I'm Shaking Hands with Sirloin Steak, Lobster Tail, and Asparagus. Want some melted butter for dipping? Yes Please And Thank You.  YUMMMMMMERS !!   Everything was totally spot-on, service was terrific and timely and you really can't ask for anything more than that. Had a great time and hope you did too. Hey, let's not make it forever until the next time we visit the Outback okay. Sure do wish everything in life went as smoothly as this. Come And Get Your Munch On!!

Prime rib, mixed vegetables, sweet potato . hubby had the filet mignon and lobster , asparagus and potato. So delicious

The service was awesome! Alex was very attentive, he was there every time we looked up didn't skip a beat. When the food came the filet mignon and lobster, prime rib melts in your mouth it was so good. We will definitely go back!

Went here first dinner, pretty of two. Took about 5 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge us awkwardly standing, waiting to be seated. Waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, giving us his recommendations. The food, pictured below was okay, middle of the road. My porkchop was delightful, couldn't finish it as full as I was.

Down Under Mule- DELICIOUS AND REFRESHING BEYOND BELIEF!!!!

After not having been to Outback in many years, I've now been there twice within the past few weeks and can say that I am very impressed! The FIRST time back (in late June) was pretty good all around, but there was just a hiccup or two such as no silverware. Our server was really nice and the food was outstanding! I'm a tough one to please with steak but I was blown away at how perfectly cooked and flavored my filet mignon was! To drink I had the Down Under Mule and baby, it not only kicked like one but was incredibly refreshing and on point. Left feeling really happy after experiencing a definite improvement in every way here. ***4/5 this visit*** BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!!!! HAHAHA (BUT SERIOUSLY). Let me tell you about the stellar experience we had last night (7/14/21). First, shout out to PAUL, AKA BEST SERVER EVER HERE!!! He's engaging, quintessentially on his game, and is just an all-star player. He made our experience, and the fact that our food was perfect just made the whole experience outstanding. Definitely an asset to this establishment so he deserves a raise and kudos ASAP!!! :) It's people like this that raise the bar on customer service and set the standard for excellence. THANKS PAUL AND WE HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN SOON!!! ***5/5 THIS VISIT*** OUTBACK, KEEP IT UP!!! DEFINITELY A NEW FAVORITE!!! WITH GRATITUDE, LAUREN AND FAMILY

Located by a strip mall setting. Good location right off the highway. Food was good and the service was even better. Great wait staff, from the hostess/host to the waitress and bartender. All were very attentive.

The food is average that you would expect from a chain restaurant. The prices are reasonable and service is good.

The meal came with a baked potato, steamed vegetables, and two dozen steamed clams, all washed down with a cold bottle of Briar's root beer. Pub 199 feels like walking into a natural history museum inside a hunting lodge, surrounded by taxidermy and rustic decor. The service is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the prices remain very reasonable. If you enjoy classic New Jersey spots with character and reliable food, this is one worth visiting. If you've been here, feel free to share your experience or leave a review.

People were very jovial and families were celebrating together. It used to be cash only, but they accept credit cards for a small fee. The price of food is incredible! My husband and I both got porterhouse steaks which were cooked perfectly! They came with veggies and baked potatoes for only $32! Full bar, excellent options and it feels like home. We drank the Sangria & the Double Oaked & Rye Manhattan. It is worth noting that the complimentary bread was very good, in particular the onion bread, which we asked for more of on the side. The Capital Grille (Parsippany, NJ) - A Deficit-Healing, High-End Haven…read more After a brutal afternoon at the Wind Creek Casino tables in Bethlehem where the cards refused to cooperate, my girlfriend and I fled east, ditching our original steakhouse reservations for a local gamble: The Capital Grille in Parsippany. Arriving around 5:00 PM, I was acutely aware that my attire screamed "gambling casualty" rather than "fine dining enthusiast." Mercifully, the staff showed elite restraint, ignoring my casual wardrobe with absolute grace. The hostess greeted us warmly, guiding us into an upscale, immaculate dining room. Looking around, you could see the floor staff moving with the quiet, focused intensity of an orchestra tuning up for the Saturday night rush. Our server, Carl, was an absolute professional. He navigated the menu with the kind of photographic memory that makes you wonder if he moonlights as a memory champion. We kicked off with appetizers: a rich, comforting clam chowder for her and the glazed thick-cut bacon for me. Both were exceptional. For the main event, I ordered the 22oz bone-in ribeye with porcini rub. It was prepared to absolute perfection, hitting that elusive, beautifully seared sweet spot right between rare and medium-rare (a precise temperature the culinary world calls Pittsburgh rare, or simply a perfect Kona sear). It easily tracks as one of the top three steaks I have ever had in the area. Because my girlfriend doesn't eat meat, she pivoted to a spread of sides, ordering the creamed spinach and the Sam's mashed potatoes (a decadent potato casserole). While the presentation was flawless, the flavor profiles didn't quite sweep her off her feet--a minor blemish on an otherwise stellar culinary run. The ambiance is fantastic, though you might want to pack a light jacket, as the indoor climate control was set to "meat locker. Yes, the bill requires deep pockets, but fine dining is a realm where you truly get what you pay for. The house always wins at the casino, but The Capital Grille felt like a massive victory. We will absolutely be back.
