I had some gift cards, so I decided to stop in. We visited on a Friday around 4:00 p.m., and it wasn't very busy. I'm not sure if they were short staffed, but we were seated in the bar area. We were given two small plates for the shareable bread, but both were dirty. One had a piece of napkin and crumbs on it. We brought it to their attention, and they promptly replaced the plates. The service was just okay, and the food was fine, but the overall atmosphere felt flat. It was a lackluster experience. We only came here because the birthday boy picked it, Haven't been in forever. The food: How can steak be dry and rare at the same time?!? I thought when I cut into it that I had a good steak. Nope, they definitely are serving up some frozen pre packaged junk. Next, I ordered a Gator cocktail that looked really cute, but that's where it ended. I swear, there was no alcohol in it and it straight up tasted like a kids sour apple juice, what a scam. The Mac and cheese, how can you mess this up so badly?!? It tasted like hot macaroni salad left out at a picnic during a heatwave. We had about 20 people, not one person liked their meal or had a protein that was anything close to edible. The salad, sweet potato, bloomin onion, and raspberry cheesecake were the only food items enjoyed. Staff was great, I'll give that. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The manager walked around constantly standing over tables asking if everything is fine like she knew the place was a wreck. Today my family and I visited Outback, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. Our food came out cold, and the salad was spoiled and completely inedible. To make matters worse, our server was nowhere to be found for most of our meal, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. We explained our concerns to our server, but by that point the experience had already been ruined. As we were leaving, the owner followed us to our car, apologized, and then handed us a gift card that was already expired, which only added to our frustration. I really don't like to leave negative reviews, so I am really holding back when I give my opinion on this establishment. I haven't eaten here in a LONG time, I've been to one or two out of state while traveling for work, but this location easily could be 10+ years. So when we decided to take the kids out to dinner we figured we would switch things up and give this a go. Boy was that a mistake... the staff were very friendly and all, place was clean. However, my wife and daughters had to keep their jackets on it was so cold in the restaurant. The music was BLASTING to the point it was difficult to hear one another, and the food was really sub par. We had an app of the loaded cheese fry's to start. The fry's were overly salted to the point you could see the shimmering salt crystals glisten in the light reflecting off of them. I ordered a ribeye, medium. When it came to the table, it was luke warm at best and clearly sitting beneath a heat lamp for too long. My oldest daughter's chicken was over cooked and dryer than the Sahara, and the wife's pasta dish was incredibly watery and under cooked. They did a good job on the kids chicken fingers... but that was basically the only thing that was as expected. Overall disappointed in this visit, and will not likely be back anytime soon. Barely any bacon on it the steak for dinner and my husband got the steak and shrimp combo wasn't bad. We both ordered a loaded, baked potato and all the toppings were on the side and there is no bacon in any of it. bathrooms are a little bit rundown. This is our go to spot for a decent steak and really good sides. Some days we just order their Caesar salad to go. It's 11$ and feeds two and is absolutely delicious. Love how they put the dressing on the side so it does not get soggy it also has a ton of shredded cheese. Came here with some family for my grandma's birthday. I arrived shortly after everyone else so I didn't get our waitress' name, but she was wonderful! For my drink I had the Bloody Mary. It was very good! We started with the Bloomin' Onion. You can't go to Outback and not get the Bloomin Onion. Tasty as always. Where to begin...I always try to find something positive to say about everywhere I go but I really just can't this time. From the food to the wait times between visits by our waitress to the general disinterested demeanor of most everyone, there was just really nothing positive. I went because I'm a Dine Rewards member and had a used reward. My Bride and I waited to be seated for quite a while even though the place had only scattered tables filled. Ok, maybe they were short staffed, a somewhat common occurrence as of late. But, the server seemed very disinterested or distracted. The food came barely warm and the steak was underdone. Potato was almost cold as was my other side. I couldn't finish I was so disappointed. And, when I gave my number to redeem my reward, it wasn't reflected on the bill because the server never entered it. Meanwhile my wife myself and my kid are standing directly infront of her the entire time.We couldnt sit on the couches bc water was dripping in from the ceilings everywhere and with drip trays on seats 12 more minutes go by more walkins sat before us and I asked for the manager, was sat immediately. No manager came. Got sat, our waiter was ok, not sure why he told us he was on medication (a few times) but anyway had send all silver wear and the apps plates back they were dirty with stuck on food crusties even the waiter was surprised and showed a bus boy to bring into kitchen. They used to have a beefy cheese dip for appetizers now they took it off, they should bring back some kind of dip for appetizers like Applebee's n other chain restaurants do. Their fried shrimp in appetizers is. Bit spicy, and the blooming onions we got was way too salty. My husband and I usually get the ribeye steak. And it's more than enough to share for two people. I had my entree delivered and the guy who dropped it off was very nice with a smile Unfortunately, ai ordered filet mignon with a lobster tail which I was so excited to eat...the lobster tail was wonderful but the filet mignon was well done and I had ordered it rare I was able to dunk it into my sautéd mushrooms which are to die for My grilled onions and asparagus were yummy so the dinner was a success as far as I was concerned We have had food delivered many times and never had a problem before so I will continue to have my food delivered by Outback read more

Been coming to this Outback location every few months for a few years now. Always consistent food and service. Downside is that it guess busy early and fast. Plenty of parking. I went today for their 15.99 steak and lobster tail. It was cooked perfectly but...but...the price wasn't 15.99. I was told it's actually 16.99 in NY. Not a huge deal but still feels a smidge like a bait and switch. The wait staff was nice and very attentive. That's always huge for me. Even the manager stopped by to check in. Working In healthcare and learning tonight that my Job and schedule and now I'll be overnights, my job as I know it are changed until further notice is what made my Husband and I order take out to begin with. Obviously I was in no mood to cook. We know with this covid crap everyone's tensions are high so let me out there out there. What we originally ordered it would come to about 45 ish dollars. We get there and the manager comes out (Jillian) is her name' sweet as pie by the way. She explains that our food order was given to someone else on accident. We're humans and we're not perfect and we are Distracted. And honestly there are more things to worry about than a simple mistake. Legit it's not life or death. Well let me tell you all. Not only did she own it and was open and honest about it up front. The two orders were pretty identical except one thing. She gave us two options take the order as is or wait. Few minutes for the right one. We opted for the latter as waiting is okay. She offered us soft drinks while we wait. Not only that we weren't charged extra and she was so thankful we didn't tear her head off and for being understanding!
