Ordered a grub hub order and payed over 70 dollars. When I finally got my order i opened it and saw a huge cockroach in the bag. Absolutely disgusting! Completely unacceptable and will never go here or order here again.

We were in the mood for Steak and Outback was our go to, 15 minutes wait which wasn't bad cause they were busy, our server was super sweet and knowledgeable, we placed our order, appetizer came out quick, entrees took a bit of time, sadly our Steak was cooked almost well done when we order it medium. But it was okay because our server made us another one Togo. Overall it was an okay experience but can't complain because their prices are very reasonable.

Decided to have dinner here for a late Father's Day. We've lived in Upland for 19 years and this is actually the first time we ever been in here. Restaurant was very big. Lots of people customer service was good but kind of awkward. Our waitress didn't say much just kind of to the point of things gave us our menu we sat down. We went ahead and chose what we would like to get. She came back. We placed our order she brought us our drinks first our food slowly started to come out , everything looked OK Unfortunately, for the price that it was, it was not worth it. The steak was not very flavorful a little tough. Very small portions Overall it was okay but Again for the price of a steak dinner it wasn't worth it.

I've been to this establishment a few times, this is the first time I've been to this outback in Upland. We ordered filet mignon and lobster. My girl had the 6 ounce and I had the 9 ounce. The filet mignon was really good. The lobster was very tasty but too small, our sides were good for beverages I had a Stella and a shot of patron. My girl had a strawberry lemonade. There's plenty of room to sit down and enjoy your meal. I don't know why this outback has a three star rating the prices are reasonable The service is great.

We visited this Outback on February 14th at around 2:45pm knowing it would be busy. We were told it'd be a 35 minutes wait, and that's exactly how long it took. Our server was running around but took our order as soon as she could. We got the blooming onion petals since they no longer do the half order. It was just enough for the 2 of us. We tried their new Delmonico 15 oz steak and it was delicious. We ordered it medium and got the garlic butter topping. I could've done without it since it made the steak a little too salty for my taste. The restaurant was clean and tables we're being cleaned rather quickly to accommodate the crowds. We keep coming back because we always get good service for a medium-priced steak house.

Not the typical Outback building because it was built for Magnolia's Peach. Outback has thrived here for many years. Service is friendly . M-F lunch specials are good. Love the blue cheese and pecan chop salad . I am having the New York Medium Rare bar staff gets an honorable mention as making a great margarita.

Had a lunch special $13.99 which included 5 oz Center cut sirloin steak and Cesar salad. Got the free bread & butter! Everything was great! Service by Francia was excellent!!! Another successful visit here! This place is always super clean. The restaurant manager Eli is really cool too!!! See you all again soon!

Giselle has EXTREMELY HORRIBLE customer service! I called twice and twice I got placed on an excessive long hold. Angel got caught in the cross path but he was attentive and displayed great customer service. Angel went above and beyond and aI continue to try to give this particular location chances because it's close to my home. I shouldn't have to drive elsewhere for great customer service. I'm not even asking for great just good genuine service. If you're having a bad day you leave it at home or at the door. I did speak with the Manager Samantha who was empathetic and she said she would be speaking with Giselle! They weren't busy to continue to put me on excessive holds was diabolical. The fact that Giselle thought it was funny was crazy to me. There's real life mentally unstable people out here who could go inside and crash out! The world has to learn to start being kind and think about their actions and repercussions.

I don't know what happened to this Outback, but the last couple years we've had nothing but problems with take away. For a restaurant who raised prices so high, the least they could do is prepare orders correctly. A side salad now comes with about 1 oz of dressing. Seriously? The lids on sauces are never sealed properly. Every time I've ordered a sweet potato with all the toppings plus the extra offered on the site, I end up with NO toppings or like this time when it's 2 teaspoons of brown sugar that looks like it's been in an unsealed container on a back shelf for a year. The coconut shrimp used to come with 8 and apparently they've changed it to 6 while raising the price. Our meal of apps and sides came to over $100, and yet everything except the soup had issues. So disappointing!!!!!

Marcus was very welcoming and made sure we were very well taken care of. It was our first time here and he made sure we understood all the options & the foods we were ordering. He welcomed us with warm bread and a side of butter, perfect to get our taste buds rolling. We ordered the sirloin and rib with potatoes and the sirloin was juicy and delicious. The outback burger came with crunchy fries and it was full of flavor. The shrimp and chicken fettuccine alfredo was tecture rich and with the right portions. The sauce was creamy and delicious, some.places make it dry ornsoo watery, thins was spot on. Although the chocolate cake looked amazingly delicious we had no more room for dessert. The place was very clean, the tables were well kept, the restroom was clean and everyone was very down to earth. I liked the casual attire and the comoderie of the place. Defiantly will be coming back, and when I do, I hope Marcus is our waiter, he made everything smooth and on point.

Outback Steakhouse is great for steak lovers and seafood lovers!! The Upland location has plenty of dining tables and a full bar. Kangaroo Krush Drink: Vibrant tropical mix of rum, mango and a kangaroo garnish. (LIMITED TIME) NEW! REEF AND BEEF PLATTER - perfectly cooked Victoria's Barrel-Cut Filet® Mignon. Comes with grilled shrimp and sea scallops with lemon butter. NEW! TASMANIAN SHRIMP & SCALLOP PASTA - so flavorful! So creamy! Love that it has sautéed mushrooms! SIGNATURE BONE-IN 18oz RIBEYE - marbled, juicy, tender and melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. CHOCOLATE THUNDER FROM DOWN UNDER® - An extra-generous pecan brownie topped with rich vanilla ice cream, our warm chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings and whipped cream. From the top-notch customer service to the fantastic food, this is the perfect spot for a group gathering or date night!! It was such a fun and memorable dining experience!! Kudos to Kimberly, Alfredo and Juan!! Definitely coming back again!

We stopped by this Outback on our way home from a Vegas trip. We thought we would just get some basic steaks and fried food. Boy were we surprise when we arrived! The facade of the restaurant had a grain bin attached (Maybe it was some other restaurant before???, see attached pricture). That was pretty awesome. The service was awesome! The steaks were WAY BETTER than we thought they would be. It was a great, and a chicken-friend onion is always a great idea! About 5 minutes from the 210 , if you are on your way home from Vegas. Worth the stop just to get a picture in front of the restaurant, and a quick tasty piece of meat! And a fried onion.

    Wedge salad. Yummy

Went for a late lunch. Early dinner. I had lunch sirloin steak, my husband had the ribeye... both were good as always. Just a little too salty. BUT the main attraction was/is "Francia" , our server snd bartender. She was handling it all. I was watching her go back-and-forth, taking orders for the food and the drinks and then going to make the drinks..... what a gal!

Service was slow and inattentive the whole time, from seating to when they were around to take our order or drop off an item, they were never friendly or courteous. They seemed annoyed having to work. This location of Back Abbey in Upland is in the Colonies area, in the same plaza as Albertson, European Wax Center, and Massage Envy. When I pulled up I was genuinely happy that this location was much larger than their original Claremont location. They have tables, a bar area, and a large outdoor patio. There were many tv screens for the sports fan. I actually liked the décor and had positive hopes for this place. When I looked at their menu I was happy to see the menu grow since my last encounter with their original Claremont location. Once again, I was excited for the business and genuinely wanted to support them. I was narrowing down what to order and I even imagined coming back to try other items. My boyfriend had the Back Abbey Burger ($20) and I was mistakenly excited to see the beer cheese so I got the Soft Pretzel ($10). We also shared a Pomme Frites (half $9/full $11) and went all out with the full cause it's a better deal. My boyfriend also got a Coke ($4). I was asking the waitress about the sangria but their version doesn't have edible fruits, so I was less interested. Honestly if she was more friendly I would have gotten something else. I just got water. THE ONLY THING WE ENJOYED IS THE POMME FRITES. I remember liking these from their Claremont location. Fresh cut and super crispy as they double fry it in duck fat. Yummmm. My boyfriend said his burger was okay but he didn't like the aged gouda which affected every bite of the burger. Ugh now let me get to the pretzel. The saddest pretzel in all of the lands. I was soo excited for this... anddd COLD BEER CHEESE!! Whatttttttt??? Honestly I wanted to ask staff if it was meant to be cold but they were no were in sight. We were waiting sooooo long to wave someone down for the check. If service was faster at least I can be annoyed and leave and get over it. They were so slow it left me to stew in my annoyance of the unsatisfying depressing pretzel. Also, neither the coke or the waters were refilled. When we were FINALLY able to wave someone down, it was still a while to get the check. We also for a togo container FOR THE FRIES. She can see the majority of the pretzel was uneaten and I made it a point to say I didn't care to take it togo. Of course she didn't care to ask any follow up questions. Food being bad is one thing... I could have always came back to try the duck confit or steamed mussels like I intended but the service made me soooooooooo miserable waiting around. I don't have time for this.

When we called ahead, no one mentioned they were only serving a limited St. Patrick's Day menu today. Nothing from the regular menu was available. My daughter ended up eating plain fries the whole time because there wasn't a single kid-appropriate option. It felt misleading after being told it's family-friendly when we called prior to coming. The place was packed. The line was out the door, and we had a long wait. Inside was uncomfortably hot and stuffy too. I was eyeing the Cottage Pie but asked the server about peas (not a fan), and she said it might have a lot, so I passed. My wife ordered it instead since she doesn't mind peas and surprise, zero peas in it. She said it was just okay, nothing special, so I guess I didn't miss out. I went with the Irish Nachos instead. They were fine, but the house-made potato chips were underwhelming. Crispy but not flavorful. The standout was the lemon pepper wings. Those were actually really good. Green beer was a fun thematic touch too. Atmosphere is lively for the holiday, but for a regular visit or even future St. Patrick's Day? Probably not coming back. If you're planning to go on the big day, brace for crowds and waits. And for fun, here's a limerick summing it up: There once was a pub in Upland so grand, For St. Paddy's we joined hand in hand. But the menu was slim, Kid options were grim, Just fries for our lass, what a bland! The heat made us sweat, lines out the door, Cottage Pie? "Peas maybe." We weren't sure. No peas in the end, Wife said "meh" my friend, Nachos were fine, wings we adored. Green beer was cool, but that's all the cheer, Average at best, won't return here. Three stars is the call, For the holiday thrall. Fun once, but not every year!

I would definitely eat my fair share of this dish. My only quibble is the "other" stuff oveshadows the lamb by a lot. I always thought with mixes like this it should be 60% protein and 40% other stuff. This is getting into serious Chinese stir-fry territory into the 33/67. That's one of the reasons I don't like Chinese food as much as some, because the meat seems to be lacking. The service was good. The woman behind the counter took my order competently and got the food out quickly. The one customer concession they lacked is the one that usually annoys me in that they sell cans instead of a fountain drink. I found myself in that limbo again where I was thirsty after my first can and I had to decide if it was worth it to pay for yet another soda. Lastly, the ambiance was good. There's ample space here without feeling crowded to the tables next to you. I definitely get the sense you could relax with a book here after your meal. But, overall, even though the food tastes great, the lack of equitable protein for the price and the lack of refills on a soda make this place only okay. If u ever come back I think one or both of those aspects would have to change.

For our entrées, our group of four ordered one Wagyu Denver Steak and three Crown Roast Pork dishes, which have become our all-time favorites. The Bone-in Iowa Duroc Smoked Mignon of Pork was grilled and glazed to perfection with the restaurant's signature Smoked Pepper BBQ Glaze. We ordered it cooked medium, and it came out juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The Roasted Corn Succotash complemented the pork beautifully. Every dish was outstanding, and the service was equally impressive. Our server, Kim, was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile, making our celebration even more enjoyable. Of course, no birthday celebration here would be complete without the Cinnamon Bread Pudding. Freshly baked and served warm with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and cinnamon sugar crisps, it is simply irresistible and the perfect ending to any meal.
