Took 15 minutes for our server to greet us, and another 10 minutes to get something to drink. 2. We asked for medium on 2 of our steaks and they were medium rare. 3. We don't eat in-restaurant so maybe the situation is different if you're on site but the past few times we've ordered take out or doordash at least part of the meal has been inedible and they always "forget" the bread. My experience was good. The manager honored my Yelp blooming onion. He was super polite and professional. There was also an issue with our ceasar salad. I originally ordered the 2 tacos but the server asked if I wanted to 2 or 3 tacos. I asked if the 3 tacos comes with salad though, she said that both come with salad. I opted for the 3 tacos. When the manager came with our order, he did not have the salad. He said he was going to double check on that but then he said he would bring the salad right over. I was definitely confused but either way I got my salad. Thank you to the nice gentleman. My food was good. The fish was fresh and my mashed taters were great too. My caesar salad was delicious. Sadly, this is the second time I had a bad experience. The first time the food was made incorrectly. I ordered the steak medium rare. They made it rare and then it appears they slapped it back on the grill and gave it back to me medium to well. The service though was good. The regular bartender that works during the weeks is very friendly. Yesterday, I gave this Outback another chance. Nope, the server didn't come back and check on the food. Yet again the steak was too rare for medium rare and she forgot to bring the shrimp I ordered with it. I asked for the manager who essentially did not do anything but apologize. Did he ask to replace my steak that I DID NOT EAT. No. Who wants to buy a steak to just take home and cook yourself? Tonight dinner was not a very good one. We dont usually eat out this late, and wont again, esp. Here. Service took longer then usual. Surprisingly the food was actually really good for my 1st time visit to an Outback Restaurant. I was hesitant because if I'm gonna eat steak, I want it to be a steak house that offers awesome cuts and great quality and taste! I normally love going to Mastro's, and Mastro's it wasn't but for being local and a Family restaurant, it wasn't too bad. The food was really tasty and well done. Funny enough I was craving a bacon, potato, cheddar soup and they served it which was a plus for me!! A little too salty for my liking, but still really delicious! The steaks were cooked accordingly and accurately which was a plus as well!! We went to celebrate a birthday and I was glad they do accommodate to big parties! The waitress we got was nice but too slow for my liking. I had to ask her several times during 3 different instances and each time she would forget ‍ so that was disappointing. Overall the wait time wasn't too bad for a Sunday night and the food was cooked to our individual tastes. another slowly firing location. during a bit quicker on this valentine's day. it was slow, terrible seating, overall a terrible experience at this outback. We picked up our order to go. We ordered the chicken on the barbe and a chicken Caesar entrée salad. The chicken on the Caesar salad looks like strips of shoe leather and if that was even 3 ounces of chicken, I would be surprised. The least expensive ingredient item in th salad is the lettuce and they didn't even bother to add enough lettuce to make it look like it was entrée. The chicken was extremely thin and overcooked. The mashed potatoes were a 4 ounce ice cream scoop size in a to go container and ice cold. I paid three dollars extra to get a full size piece of the cheesecake. The staff who assembled our order somehow missed that and gave us the dessert that came with the three course special. The person who put together our meal should've paid attention to what they were putting in that bag and made sure that everything looked good. if they were the consumer who just spent $50 on two meals would they make sure that they got what they paid for and would be happy? The food was pretty good steak was cooked the way I asked, the issue I had was the soup was cold, on a positive note the wings were delicious. You should definitely taste the shrimp. They also have the best chicken wings, everything taste amazing, and it tastes just right. Order off the app, and taste their delicious bread once you get it. You can't go wrong with this restaurant. Here with my wife at Outback Steakhouse in Upland, & I must say the Service was amazing with our server Sam & Manager Devon. Unfortunately the food was not up to par. My wife ordered the Crab Legs and nothing but crumbs we're coming out. I ordered the 9 oz. Sirloin medium. It came out well done. I also ordered the Mac & Cheese, & that had a different taste to it. Our server Sam helped us as much as he could, I would come back just for him and the Manager Devon, which came over to our table and offered us a Salmon Plate with Shrimp and Rice. Me and my family just went there for my dads birthday, and the main reason I'm writing this review is because our waiter Logan was awesome! The food was good, had a few problems but nothing major, and Logan took care of it all and fixed any issues. We went to upland outback on Monday 10/09. My wife had two dinner tickets for $30 each for a fundraiser. We could order chicken or steak, two sides, and a drink. I ordered chicken, broccoli, rice, and a coke. My chicken was very, very thin, probably about 1/2 inch thick or a little bigger. I was shocked that it was so thin. It could have been a child's plate. The broccoli was abundant and good, and the rice was tasty. My wife ordered top sirloin, broccoli, salad, and a drink. She said her steak was perfect. A 5 ounce top sirloin medium rear. She also ordered broccoli which was abundant and good, but her salad did not get delivered until the whole meal was ready. The service was okay considering the salad came late. I have been to this location many times, and it has always been ok. Today I ordered takeout for my family. I was missing an entire meal when I got home. It's Mother's day, and it was my wife's order that was missing. I live too far away to drive back and get the missing food, so we shared what we got. This Outback I have rarely ever had any problems with. Unlike other busier Outbacks around, such as Ontario, this location wasn't as full, which probably resulted in the service being a lot better, due to them not being rushed. The manager Eli Fierros is super friendly and helpful, the servers and bartenders are super friendly too. I enjoyed chatting with them about sports and baseball. The food was super well prepared as well. The Bloomin' Onion was amazingly crispy and well seasoned. The caesar salad and potato soup was also very enjoyable. I got the 9oz. filet, which was very well cooked and super tender. I got a scoop of ice cream for desert, which was super delicious as well, so overall the food was very good. I also love the interior of this place, since it is an older location, it retains the classic 90's look I love finding in places today. I hear that it is because the building is tied to historical facts, and is ordered to be kept as original as possible, which I think is super cool.
