Wish I could be more positive. I go there once a year and it reminds me why I should never go. Whether seated or take away, several things are ALWAYS missing or incorrect. Yesterday spent almost $100 on curbside takeaway, and a tip, and they can't be bothered to check the bag. I should have checked it there. It is always wrong and it felt light but I took his word for it. There I am checking my hot food in the cold parking lot. No fries. Given fries when I go back in. They have seasoning on them, ordered with no seasoning. Get home, Wings are dry fried, no sauce even though I double checked my order because I feel like I am going insane, I ordered medium hot sauce. No sauce on wings, none on side, no Ranch or blue cheese dressing. Grilled shimp ordered with no season salt - has season salt. Grilled sirloin ordered medium well, Truly rare. I butterflied it and cooked in in my George Foreman grill. I am better off at McDonalds! And its cheaper. read more

Omg! Worst Outback dining experience ever on 9/6/15. Upon arrival we were warned that they've beeen losing power all day . We should of left upon hearing this but we were starving and drove in from Queens. We were a party of three, All food was delayed. We ordered a cheese fry appetizer, a double cheeseburger, a filet mignon steak dinner and a outback steak dinner. Cheeseburger meat was bad. My gf's daughter who lives on burgers said theres something wrong with the meat. We all took a bite. Meat was bad , we returned it to the manager. My filet mignon was also bad, dry, overcooked and smelled bad. We paid and left hungry. Never again, and we advised our friends and family to do the same. Whatta waste of time and money. read more

Went to outback for the first time yesterday with my boyfriend. They had Great service, great food, good prices . I started with the French onion soup which was on point. Then had a "grass fed" burger with fries which was also very very good. Overall really nice restaurant read more

Went to the Outback this past Saturday night. We were a group of 6. Just a few small problems such as my husband's steak was supposed to be medium rare came very well done. He returned it and then it was raw. Sent it back again and it was fine. Two of the baked potatoes were cold but it was fixed right away. The manager came over right away. Frank was fantastic. He apologized for the problems with the steak and took the whole meal off plus an extra percent for the cold potatoes and our group being so nice about it. I have to say, my meal was excellent! I was a bit leery going there as the last time my steak was so peppered to death I could not even eat it. This time I told them no pepper and it was perfect. I'm glad I gave them another chance. I was happily surprised to view Outback's website and see that they were advertising a special of steak and lobster tails for $15.99, but the fine print said, prices may vary by location. I called to make sure they hadn't run out of this special and also to confirm the price. I was told that they did NOT in fact have this special and didn't know when or if they would ever have it. Then they said that the "prices may vary by location". I was told that the least expensive steak would be $17.49, BUT, HERE'S the catch, the steak in the picture, shown with the lobster tail is actually $32.00 and that's without the lobster tail. Looks like false advertising to me!!! On top of that, the host (male) that answered the phone also said that the AARP discount was 5%, not the 10% shown on the website as well. I asked him to confirm that and he came back to me and said I was right. This isn't the first time this restaurant has done a bait and switch. read more

Met entire family here to celebrate my sons 10th birthday...15 people in total and service was better than most 5 star restaurants! The first table they had for us was a little tight for the crowd and difficult for the elderly in our party. No sweat they let us sit tight have some drinks and apps while they arranged for another space for 15...for those of you that have ever been to an outback on a Saturday night, you know this was a difficult task! But they did so without even being asked and rearranged us bf apps even arrived at the table. And then the waitress was fabulous and attentive. And most impressive, every meal was delivered for all 15 of us at the same time with no issues at all, not even one! Excellent! Thank you for a great meal and great hospitality!!! read more

Came in for the Lobster and Steak and wasn't disappointed. Great food and service. My wife and I weren't sure if we could finish an appetizer so our waitress suggested onion petals in place of a blosssom. It was just enough to start with and we still had room for dinner. This place has a wait time of 40 to 50 min. Even though they tell you 15 to 20. Also beware that the restaurant has its regulars that will skip you even though you came before them. Food like any Spanish food but not worth the wait. Go to Cheese cake, Vincent clam bar restaurant or Bacci. read more

Had dinner with my Dad and a friend one night last week, the service was okay, young waitress, trying to get her act together, didn't hold it against her because I remember my early days, but she could not remember one thing, always delayed delivering something, the food was fair, meat over cooked, crab legs cold, thin and still not cleaned properly. Will never go back to this Outback or any others for that matter. Very small servings for the amount we paid and I don't eat a lot of food in one sitting. read more

One of our favorite places, we are here a lot. I have to remember to check in next time. Anyway, the one word we like to use to describe this Outback is "consistency". Every single time you come here and order your favorite meal, it will be exactly the same as it was last time, and you have to give them credit for that. Also, their filet mignon (Victoria's Filet) is very, very, good. Actually, it rates up there pretty close (okay, not that close, but close) to Houston's, which is my absolute favorite of all time. Once or twice it wasn't up to par and they gave us another one with no problem. Yes, the food can be salty at times. Most restaurant food is. That's why the food at restaurants is so good - because it's loaded with fat and salt!! (If you didn't know that, sorry to burst your bubble!). I rated it 4 stars because it is not quite on the level of other places I've been, but it is excellent, every day food. Enjoy! read more

We go to outback steakhouse often on a Friday night when i dont feel like cooking. Its a great place to get a decent meal without spending a lot of money. The people are always friendly and some of the waitresses remember what we like. We love getting served by both Joanie and Kimberly both friendly young girls with good work ethics. read more

Yes it's a chain but I have never gone wrong at the Westbury location. Was in South Carolina for vacation and just got the worst steak ever there. Contacted Outback and they sent me vouchers, thanks I do appreciate you doing the right thing. Used them in Westbury. We are regulars at this location for years. Yes it gets busy but we go early. The manager always checks in and really asks how everything is going. Not just a quick hey hows it going and walk by. Really stops and asks. One time a meal was delayed. I didnt even notice but the manager proactively explained what happened and apologized, he gave everyone a free desert. I didnt ask for anything. I wish I could remember his name, sorry (maybe frank?). Will continue to visit this location. Always get a good server as well. read more

The blooming onions were way too oily.....not my kinda taste. I also had their new crab cakes and were tasteless!!! I couldn't even eat one of the 2pieces it comes with. We got seated very quickly and our waitress was very nice. I do not want to say any names but, she was very forgetful. She messed up on every order. Everyone makes mistakes but, it was very annoying it was every order. Our drinks were messed up, I was missing a part of my salad, and my mother did not get her lobster tail.
