Visiting the area and found OUTTA BRONX on yelp. I had a craving for wings and fried pickles, so that's what I ordered. The Asian wings and fried pickles were delivered promptly. However, the two sides of ranch dressing were not delivered. It's kinda hard for me to eat pickles with no ranch dressing and wings without ranch (or blue cheese dressing). So I knocked off a star. I must say the cook on the wings was perfect (crispy), and they were freshly prepared (still hot when I got them). I would have liked the wings to have more sauce bc I could barely taste the Asian sauce on them. The pickles were also good, but really salty. I probably would have been able to escape some of the salt with the ranch dressing I ordered (hint, hint, that's why I asked for it). If I return to the area I may try a sandwich option and some fries. Please note, I will ask for ranch dressing just because I feel it is owed to me.Lol! read more

This place caught my eye since I really love New York and have visited many times. I went a little bit ago with a friend. This place has such incredible food! I got a large meatball sub just because that's what I like. When I got it it was actually very large! I was full about 3/4 through the sandwich. The meal was not very expensive and tasted phenomenal! Wowwwww... I drove 25 min for this place and it was worth it. My sandwich was delish, ingredients were fresh, bread was fresh, fried pickles had great flavor and on point. This place is amazing! The staff was so friendly and made me feel really welcomed. It was my first time here, and the recommendations were right on the money. I got an empire steak sandwich and some Tex fries. It's what dreams and rainbows are made of. Came back with some friends. Everyone loved this place! Ordered the Mediterranean Salad through Grubhub while at work. Delivery was on time with no issues. When I opened the salad, I noticed multiple pieces of fabric/hair on the salad in various spots. Not small pieces, rather large and very very noticeable. At this point, the salad was deemed inedible. I could practically wear there salad to an ugly sweater party with the unwanted toppings of "delectable" fur. The other ingredients seemed to appear fresh; But I can't speak to the taste as the salad is currently taking permanent residence in the garbage bin. A refund was issued from Grubhub. I'll keep my clothes shopping and lunch endeavors separate in the future while I order from somewhere else. read more

Our #1 hidden gem in Arcadia! The food is phenomenal, fresh and filling every time we come. Jose is an absolute pleasure and his enthusiasm about the food and overall positivity is part of the reason we continue to return. We have tried something different off the menu every time we visit and we are never disappointed! The sandwiches are authentic, and reasonably priced, we always leave in a food coma with a smile on our faces. Walked in, guy at the register was finishing his meal, sandwich and fries while closing other guests out in line. He was wiping his hands on his apron and then proceeded to buss tables, all bare handed and then went back to the kitchen to cook food & was still eating his food. Wow, just wow! The food was frickin phenomenal. We were there early on a Sunday morning so the place was almost empty. The owner Aziz took the time to get to know us and after he found that we had driven up from Florence to check out his deli and couldn't make up our minds he offered plenty of suggestions, and when we still couldn't decide said not to worry, he'd do half samples of orders so we could check things out. The pizza fries were pretty good but the Big Tex fries were amazing. The entire time we ate the owner kept checking back to see how we were doing, and he was a great guy to talk to. But again ... the food was AMAZING!!! I told him I'd be back to try more as it's a good day trip up on my motorcycle and my wife punched me for suggesting I'd go without her. read more

I want to try every sandwich on the menu. This is one of my go to spots if I want something quick, tasty, and nearby. The fat stack is is a solid 15/10 definitely would get again Nestled inside the French roll is a hot link, beef brisket, cole slaw, French fries, and a sauce that I cannot seem to remember. What a great combination of flavors and textures. Don't come here if you're looking for a healthy and light meal! This is grade A coma inducing food and I love it! I want to try out their fries next time and the rest of the sandwiches. Definitely gonna keep this place in my arsenal of lunch spots! Clean interior, staff is friendly and the food is fresh. Don't understand why people are complaining about the location and it's surroundings? It doesn't affect the food quality and if you're really worried about the area, don't be. Another great meal, I just love this place. The service is always awesome, you can tell the owner really cares about his product and his customer. I ordered the black and white turkey sandwich, which was delicious and the turkey was not over processed like so many other places. The bread was fresh and the portions were huge! My husband ordered the Big Tex fries (brisket) and he really enjoyed his as well. The restaurant was clean, prices are very reasonable, and we are always treated like special guests. Well what can I say about this place that's the sandwiches were hands down the bomb and the Baja fries were something out of this world and the wings were amazing and so crispy ordered lemon pepper and an order of hot with jalapeño slices these wings are hands down top 5 in the valley and just maybe the number one contender and in route to take the best for the best wings in the valley only down fall place is kinda small parking lot kinda small but the food speaks for its self I'll be returning to this place thank I'll for the great hospitality and the amazing food read more

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile. I ordered a Ruben and my husband had a Philly cheesesteak. The sandwiches were average in size and kinda expensive in my opinion. Nothing unique about the products. I actually think Arbys tastes better and half the price tbh. Also, the restaurant was very small and super hot. Maybe the ac was broken? I'm not sure. This cozy restaurant was fairly busy and we perused the pastry case while waiting in line, lots of tempting treats. My friend ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes which are topped with blueberries. A lot of their menu items have pork in it, but they were good about substituting. The burrito usually has schreiners chorizo, hash browns, cheddar, sunny egg and chili oil with side of salsa verde. I asked for avocado instead of the chorizo. We brought our own drinks so didn't order any. We grabbed a table on their patio since the sun wasn't over our heads yet. It's nice out there and I think they have some fans going to keep the air flowing, and there was also a natural breeze. Our food came out and they were plated beautifully. My burrito looked good, but it had too much hashbrowns and also there wasn't any chili oil, which was a bummer. Maybe they normally put it on the chorizo so they forgot to add it to my avocado. The egg was runny which I like: The salsa verde was delicious; I love cilantro and it had great flavors. I tried the pancakes and they were fairly rich but I liked the tart lemon flavor and the blueberries, one of my favorite fruits. This is a nice place to meet up (small groups) and I'm glad I visited again.

We liked all the reviews about fresh and unique sandwiches and those reviews were accurate! Ingredients were fresh, quantity was plentiful and the bread outstanding. The potato salad side was delicious and, yes, fresh. The dirty chips were fantastic, too. Not sure why there are so many comments about their prices being high. We felt for what you get for your $, the prices were quite fair. The service was outstanding, as well. The young lady behind the counter could tell this was our first time from us studying the menu board up on the wall so hard. She quickly jumped in offering very helpful, information filled suggestions and recommendations. I look forward to coming back to Boards & Brews if we are ever in the area again.
