Delicious! We had their coffee, mimosas(4), chicken fried steak, and steak and eggs. Everything was delicious. Service was great, the atmosphere was great, even the GM was on the floor taking to customers and make sure everyone was taken care of. Interesting and fabulous biscuits and gravy if you like a little spice. I was shockingly surprised at how yummy these were. The eggs Benedict were good as well. Maybe not the best but still good. Their banana French toast I am iffy on though. The French toast itself is great but the Carmel syrup does almost give it an overly sweet or shall I saw a false or processed taste. It tasted like the Carmel sauce you would buy at the store in a jar that's cheap and nothing to offset it which just makes it far too sweet and far to much of the artificial taste for my liking. On the flip side unused the Carmel sauce in coffee that week as I couldn't eat it on the French toast more then a couple bites and it was fabulous in my coffee so it didn't go to waste. I will return for the biscuits and gravy and maybe try the lemon curd cakes instead of French toast. Overall it's a place worth trying and returning to for sure. The people working there are extremely nice and they do make the best bisque ya and gravy I have had yet as the pepper adds a unique spice that works beautifully to tweak a basic dish into something special. I'm generally not one to give one-star reviews, as it's mostly people just overreacting to very normal things, but we did not have a good experience here. We called to order-in -- which I feel like is a pretty standard request -- and were told that our food would be ready in 10 minutes, and we arrived in about 15. We asked if they had a table for us and they said, "no, we actually don't really do dine-in orders, but your food is ready now," which was confusing: we were trapped in a brunch catch-22 of either waiting for a table while our food got cold, or taking it go, which wasn't our plan at all. We kinda just stood there for a minute, then ended up asking them to box it up. The food itself was pretty disappointing. The hollandaise sauce on my Avocado Eggs Benedict was really watery and bland, and it was supposed to have feta but there was like one tiny piece of cheese in there. It came with a side of hashbrowns, which were weirdly greasy, yet also undercooked. Not great. Overall, it was just a very unpleasant experience for the $50+ dollars we paid for our food. Surprising, too, since I've had some positive experiences in the past at the Arcadia location. Blah. read more

I just called to ask if they have gluten free bread, she told me no, which is fine. I have some allergies and I asked if they use oil or butter to cook the eggs, she told me they use milk, which doesn't make sense. I repeated my question, "what do they use in the pan to cook the eggs?" Then she hung up on me. Very rude. Will not be going there today. It was my first visit- ordered to go to take to the park with a friend. When we arrived and opened our bag we had no plastic ware or napkins which made eating caramel French toast a chore. The chicken sandwich was not crisp and the bread was soggy. I was supposed to have a side which was missing as well. When I called, they were very friendly and offered to send me a gift card refund which I thought was nice... however they never did. $32 for two semi-fair breakfast entrees was too much for me. I was visiting Scottsdale and met a friend here, and we loved the environment and the coffee as well. The place was clean and the jelly was good, but it stops there. Service was slow, and the food was terrible. Ordered the whining pig omelette with a side of bacon. There were a lot of hash browns but they were undercooked and flavorless, the omelette was burnt and dry, and the bacon was more like stale jerky. The funny thing is that the server asked if I wanted crisp or regular and I said regular. Makes me wonder what I would've got if I ordered crisp. The coffee was decent but I went there for breakfast, not coffee. The worst part was it was expensive. There are better choices in the area like Oink or Perk. Sorry won't be back. read more

I used to frequent the Arcadia location back in the day before all of these others opened up. There were always long lines and the food never disappointed. My last few experiences with the Scottsdale location(beautiful views though) and this one have left me extremely underwhelmed for what they charge for breakfast. The customer service is great. But for example, I ordered pancakes to go and when I got home, one of the pancakes were undercooked. Bacon is good though. And it cost me $15 with tip. (Yes, I tip on to-go orders). Stopped by here on a weekend trip to get some breakfast. Everything was amazing! We had the fresh squeezed orange juice, cold brew coffee on tap, steak and eggs, and country fried steak. Best benedicts my husband and I have had in awhile in Phoenix. We tried the traditional benedict (cooked perfectly, flavorful and thick slice of ham) and the Hatch 5 benedict. The Hatch had well-seasones and moderately spicy green chile. The pulled pork was also seasoned perfectly and cooked well. Pair the benedicts with sweet potato tots, and its a perfect match!
