This small establishment may be small but some LARGE flavours are coming outta that kitchen! Table service is not available here(a good way to keeping their costs down) ok so the "rundown" is you enter(if you're alone you grab a chair/seat after you order, if two or more people, one of you grab sum seating an hold it) ok go up to the register, order, pay, give them the name the order is under, grab a seat and wait for your name to be called! Now about the food well it's pretty straightforward tacos are yummy, nachos are a must to eat, burgers are delish, cilantro potatoes if you're having breakfast(or if you're like me potatoes anytime anyday!) avocado toast on whole grain bread yes please! What put an egg on it oh yesss please! You get the picture? Good food no fuss or muss, good people watching and very local. Jus be warned if you're craving O.W.L. at 2am yeah they're open but you'll have to fight for space from the "bar crowd"(I personally love this place after the bars!) Close to Royal Oak and on the way from people coming home from clubbing in the D this place does not disappoint! They are new so there will be growing pains. Seating is limited, but this was Onion Roll Deli before and well it isn't a big footprint. The food was decent yet a bit pricey. I ordered the nachos and the bacon burger. The burger was delicious and good to the last bite. The nachos too were good but would of liked to see more poblano in the cheese sauce, more jalapeños, and for sure some salsa. They were a bit pricey at $9, but the fresh chips made up for it. The nitro cold brew wasn't anything special though they will let you sample it, which I appreciated. read more

Was excited to eat here because it looks fantastic from the outside, awesome design. They were busy so I think this might account for what happened. I ordered the nachos, the chips were soaking with grease and hard as cardboard; I almost broke a tooth and choked. I ate 6 hours ago and continue to battle nausea from the oil overload. I don't understand some of these high reviews, but to be fair, I only came here once and ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Perhaps, I should have ordered tacos or something else. The fried chicken sandwich was fine, but it didn't really hit the spot. It was just plain and seemed like slightly elevated cafeteria food. The fries were decent. Me and my friends went there for a late post concert pick me up , its very small and cozy but they make the best tacos and burgers ! The employees are very friendly and they provide fast service !
