AAA said the driver was told what I needed, A cable on my rear axle, pull forward 6 feet while I was supporting in reverse on my car. The guy gave me an attitude, said AAA doesn't pay us any money at all and this service is a recovery not a tow, not covered by AAA. AAA said he should have pulled me out! He made some lame excuse about some sporadic ice on the road and tried to shake me down for $200. I think the owner was complicit because he spoke with him on the phone for 12 minutes, the driver never did tell me what was discussed. I was pissed. Luckily the owner showed up from the car in front of me. I actually had to push him out because he was stuck, then I drove out. I never got a call and was told later that day the car was ready and was upset to find out that the cabin filter was replaced without asking first. Had to argue to put the one I put in myself back in the car and was still forced to pay the labor to do it as well as the labor to put the old one back in. I decided to give them another shot and to my surprise they don't want to take my car because they are "too busy to deal with checking things and asking if I want this done or replaced before just replacing" ..... what?! I thought he was joking but was serious... what kind of service is this. Just rude, petty, and unprofessional for a service business. Don't go here unless you want things replaced without getting notified until being asked to pay for it. Will be taking my vehicles elsewhere.
