My husband and I came to PF Chang's on a whim. We started with an appetizer, the dynamite lettuce wraps, and they didn't disappoint! When our food came out some pieces of my Mongolian Beef were very undercooked. The waitress came to check in and immediately reported it to the manager. This staff was amazing! Not only did they bring out a whole new dish but they also removed the meal from our bill. We also witnessed meals being comped because there was a longer wait. The manager and waitress were so professional. We LOVED the service here and felt really taken care of. This place knows how to treat it's guests, there's no wonder the lines out the door! We've gone here several times in the past few months after never really going. They keep sending bogo deals and it's not too far from us. This last visit was a weeknight and there was no wait. I was glad since it's been weekends with long waits. Makes sense of course. Just much more a fan without having to wait. I really enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken on my last visit and prefer the brown rice. I have also gotten the Pad Thai and the Kung Pao Chicken, both of which were also good. We've had good service and like the rewards program and birthday coupon. read more

I will start by saying that everything about the visit was average or below average. The food: Average. I had the Ma Po Tofu, which was the best part of the meal, and we also ordered a spicy tuna roll to share-- I LOVE sushi, and I've been satisfied with less than great sushi, but this roll was gross. It had green onions in it (what??) that were BROWNED and it did not taste fresh. My bf got the padd thai and said it tasted weird. I tried it, and yes--it was strange. Not like anything was spoiled, but it didn't taste like padd thai that we had ever had anywhere else. We shared avocado rolls with the family, those were pretty good. I ordered a peach boba tea and was told they were out of boba to make it with, so I stuck with water. The environment: it was loud, had music pumped in and seemed off for a supposed upscale place. They dimmed the lights while we were in there and it became quite dark. The service: Our server had to be reminded to bring beers, drinks, and packed up my leftovers and then proceeded to drag the bag off the table and drop it on the floor. She was a nice girl, but it was a weird experience. Again, not really something you're expecting at a place where you're spending 20+ per person. I mean, it wasn't terrible. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and we got to spend time with our family which was the important part, but I will not return to this location. I waited and waited and waited for a server/bartender to help me but no.... There is a point you just think its time to move on to another restaurant across the parking lot and hope for better service, and I reached that point. So apparently some things change! Haven't been here for awhile. Always felt like could count on good family time here. Presentation and portions were both lacking tonight! Several recipes must have changed as nothing like old dishes. Crispy honey chicken was small pieces of crisp chicken in past and delicious and tonight was few large pieces and all breading and no honey flavor at all. Also had sweet and sour chicken and Chang's chicken and disappointing. Appetizers were dynamite shrimp and chicken lettuce wraps. Everything looked like thrown last minute onto plates. Lacking presentation. Waitress was asked to make sauce several times and finally brought back some that was so hot none of could eat it! All hot mustard....not edible. Overall not worth the price. They are surprisingly expensive for any of their entrees. And the price is not worth the quality. The chicken and broccoli was good don't get me wrong but not worth the price especially compared to another Chinese food restaurant. The white rice was not that great though. We order through the website for delivery, it took about an hour. Okay that's reasonable but only half of our order was delivered and it was cold. We had to call three times to get ahold of the Manager. Brian the manager was rude and was unwilling to get our food delivered again. He insisted that we come and pick it up. After a 15 minute conversation with this rude person he finally refunded our money back on our credit card. You would think after the pandemic that they would be pleased they have people eating at their establishment it just goes to show you some places are just ungrateful. We will never go into that restaurant again. I will be calling the corporate office on Monday morning and reporting Brian. read more

Passing though the town and finding this restaurant near the hotel . Ordered Singapore noodles, plenty of noddles, countable shrimps and chickens, barely any vegetables but lots of small tomatoes which is interesting . It tasted very sweet and tangy ... growing up in Asian neighborhood , this is certainly Americanize- asian food , not so-called signature noodles . Not authentic for sure . Had lunch with my sister there last week. Gave me the option to pay by scanning code. Had a weird feeling about not doing it but since I have trouble with my phone camera I gave my debit card to waitress. She was gone with it for some time. My bill was $68 and I gave her a very generous tip of $20 cash. Two days later I received notification from my back that I had a fraudulent cbarge of $77. Had to close down my card and issue a new one. Now, I understand why it's always a good idea to pay through the scan. I definitely will not be returning to PF Change! Not a happy customer! Looks like the reviews for this restaurant are all over the board. Maybe we have just been lucky, but all of our experiences at this location have been good, maybe not great, but overall I'd say good. We tend to visit this place a little later in the evening so much of the crowd has died down and maybe that's why we have always received such good service. We normally order the lettuce wraps and trio of sauces for an appetizer. During our last visit we tried the Dinner for two and liked both of our selections. My husband likes the whole chili peppers in some of his dishes and is always pleased that they will add them to any of the dishes on request. Since we dine a little later, our food comes out fairly quick and it's always hot. We have never had a complaint about the taste of anything we've tried so far. There is nothing special about their hot and sour soup, I would say it's average compared to most places. The only request that we had to make was for a spoon. It seems odd that many places don't give you a spoon, especially a place like this. I don't do well with chopsticks :) The restrooms could use a little more attention, but it may just be they had not been tended to due to a busy night? It was ladiez night and I was feeling fine, it was ladiez night, oh what a night!!! (Oh what a night)! I have not been to PF Chang's in forever but honestly I missed it!!! This was my friends first time and she really liked it! It was SUPER packed on a Friday night so we sat at the bar, which was totally fine for us. I tried something new and got the orange chicken! It was wonderful however, my all time FAVORITE dessert: fried bananas and ice cream was EVERYTHING (clap, clap, clap)! Defiant the highlight of the night. Omg! The warmth of the fried bananas with that cold ice cream had me screaming "people had enough? GivemesomeMORE!" PF Changs is a little high scale vs. chillin ladies night. More of a special occasion type feel. Overall it was a great atmosphere and great food. Service was meh... (hence the 4 stars) but overall it was a good time! read more

Overall let me say we really enjoy P.F. Chang's normally but last night was not my favorite meal there. We ordered the egg rolls which were good, however when we put them on our appetizer plate we noticed the plate they had been served on had a puddle of grease on it which was not appetizing. Our food came out quickly and it was very good. Our server was very nice, however he made us feel rushed. I've never been asked if we want to take a look at the dessert menu while we are actively still eating. When we said no, he immediately brought the check while we were eating. My husband was even taking a few bites still when our waiter started to clear our table. I've not had an experience like this before here (and they weren't that busy) but it's made me not want to go back for a while. read more

I met someone for lunch at the Keystone location today around 11:30, which was about a half hour after they opened. There was one other table sitting down when I arrived, but they filled up rather quickly. We were seated within seconds and before we could even open the menu, our server came over to take our drink orders. We ordered quickly, and our food came out piping hot much faster than I've experienced recently at Pf Chang's. Our lunch-sized portions were plenty big, and even after skipping the salad/soup, I still wasn't able to eat all of it. My new advice: come for lunch, not dinner. You'll get great food, excellent service and it's a bit more budget friendly. Win win! read more

Our entrees were the Kung Pao Chicken and Honey Chicken, and both were really bad. The kung pao tasted like day-old frozen chicken nuggets tossed in a pasty sauce with no flavor. Curb side service makes takeout even easier. While in Indy working, I had the misfortune of enjoying the torrential downpours on Halloween night. The rain is the very reason all of the Indiana rescheduled Halloween for Friday, Nov 1st. Yes, you heard it right, Indiana changed Halloween to a dry day. Moving along to the real reason for the review. I was hungry, it was pouring and yet many of the Keystone Crossing restaurants were packed. I could not bring myself to fight with an umbrella and dry off just to have a meal. So, I pulled from the hotel parking garage and drove to PF's and my server brought it out. It was that easy. I recommend placing your order online. It is the sure way to request everything you want from utensils to chili paste. It is also worth mentioning that on Halloween they were offering 20% all online takeout orders. Great food, curbside service and a coupon... the perfect trifecta!! read more

We normally eat in but got food to go. It is pretty consistent. The flavor is good, but the portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller. Though we like PF Chang's we have gone les and less each year, as we have seen the prices go up and portion sizes go down. When they first opened and for years, you could share dishes. But now, they are individual servings. I don't mind that so much except those individual servings seem to be getting smaller and smaller, and more expensive. read more

Main dish, sesame chicken bowl, was delicious. The sangria was amazing. The chocolate soufflé left me unimpressed. Soufflé should be light but this was heavy, thick, and cold. It was like eating frosting with a little less sugar. The raspberry sauce was okay. The vanilla ice cream was the best part of the dessert. OK. First time at a PF Chang's. Came here because I was looking to steer away from the classic hole-in-the-wall chinese places that I typically love. I just was the mood for a classy vibe. Let me be honest, coming from a funeral and dressed to the 9s didn't make me want to go cheap. The decor is enchanting. Not that any of it is unique, I still love it. I'm trying to name another Chinese chain as famous as PFs but cannot.... It was lunch, and at keystone...so it was swamped. I went to the bar and he bartender was phenomenal. She was so attentive to all guests and I got my food within 15 min of sitting down... Overpriced, yes. Especially on the cocktail side....so i had a beer. They had some Asian styled cocktails which encourages me to me to come back when I'm rich. Food was decent. The tofu in the Buddha was very intriguing. I thought it was mushrooms most the time. There is a saying that if you have a high end shopping mall, you will find a P.F. Chang's close by, and the saying holds true for Keystone Mall. This Chang's always seems to be busy, especially during the weekends, so it is highly recommended to make reservations. This is by far one of my favorite chain restaurants because when you go to any Chang's, the food almost always tastes the same. One of the best things about this place is that they are very gluten free friendly, and they go out of the way to make sure that there is as little cross contamination as possible. Even the plates are different shapes and the sauces come out in different colored bowls. There is a wide variety of gluten free options, and there is no up charge for it. The service is generally fast and friendly. When I am in the more for Americanized Asian-Inspired food, Chang's is my go to fall back. read more

The recipes also seem to be stuck in time and haven't been updated in a decade. I ordered hot and sour soup, Mongolian beef with brown rice. Mongolian beef was decent. I wish it would have a bit of sauce- but it might be my personal preference. Brown rice was poorly cooked. It was so hard. I was afraid I would break my porcelain crowns! One of the most lack luster experiences I've had in a while. All started well, got a drink at the bar and got our table while waiting for so easy friends. As I make my way thru my scotch I notice something at the bottom of my cup. After closer inspection... 3 gnats... Bugs.. Or something. I walk over to the bar and my waiter sees me. I tell him and he's like oh my... Go back to your table and ill take care if it. Few minutes later he comes over and asks what I was drinking he s bringing another. The drink finally shows up after 5 or 10 minutes... Bug free. Says the managing partner and manager are here one of them will probably stop by. They never did. Dinner comes out and everything is tasty.. Until we find a chicken bone in our chicken fried rice... Really? The bills come and they have charged me for my replacement drink.. Already paid $12 for the bug filled one. Not to mention they charged us for another tables wine. Good thing we caught it. Only took him another 5 minutes to correct it. Overall... The food was mostly adequate but the service and details just sloppy. Bugs in the drink and bone in chicken and we still paid full price for everything. Eh We come here for large family dinners. This is not my favorite Asian place and I do not get the hype. The lettuce wraps are good and a crowd favorite. We thought the dumplings were alright. I ordered the salmon, I felt it had a bit too many greens w it and needed a bit more glaze. I also ordered the Brussels sprouts. Normally I love Brussels sprouts but these were not good on any level. We have been sitting at this table for 1 & 1/2 hours and still have not received our food. I don't know if the kitchen is short staffed or what the excuse is for the delay. I do know that a wait this long is unacceptable no matter what the restaurant situation is. I just know that based on this experience, I will not return to this or any other PF Chang's. Customer service matters. If you are short staffed, the limit the number of people you seat. No excuses. This is the longest I have ever waited for food, and I eat out a lot. read more

Eaten at various PF's over the years... a few times at this location The steamed pork dumplings were mediocre at best... and the pad Thai ( added shrimp) were gummy, thick and overcooked. I asked the waiter if he had served this fish before... he said yes and I asked him to look at what he served and proceeded to try to separate the noodles and couldn't. This was my second time trying P.F. Chang's at Keystone. The first time the wait was too long so we didn't end up eating here. Tonight was a little different. Being Mothers day we made reservations for 6pm knowing that this place get's crowded. We arrived at 5:55 and checked in. We were told they were running behind and that it would be just a short wait. 30 minutes later we were still waiting and others around us were also in the same situation. I finally went to find out what was going on. Looking around there weren't any open tables and you could see that it was still going to be a while. The guy at the hostess stand in front of my who also had a 6pm reservation was complaining and they gave him a pretty poor excuse. I asked him how much longer and he said it was still going to be another 20 or 30 minutes. I then just handed my pager to the hostess and said I'm done and not staying. I then went to my Open Table app and made a reservation at Sullivan's Steakhouse next door. I walked over and upon showing up at Sullivan's I was promptly seated. I would suggest that P.F. Chang's management go over and talk to the people at Sullivan's or Maggiano's and learn how reservations actually work. The only thing that I could think of was the Seinfeld episode where Jerry goes to rent a car and made a reservation but they didn't have any cars. Apparently P.F. Chang's knows how to take the reservation, they just don't know how to hold the reservation which is the most important part of the reservation. Will not come back to this place. This is our FAV date night spot. I would highly recommend signing up for the membership program. As long as you go at least once a year, it's such a gift. We get free entrees with one entrees, access to their $13 deals and you get a birthday entree, truly, the PF Changs rewards programs treats me better than some of my exes (thank u, next, amirite?) Need a PF Changs fix but can't bear the thought of dealing with this location's seemingly every-present "45 minute wait" at dinnertime? Do yourself a favor and make a reservation online! That's what we did on our last visit and it was brilliant. We avoided lingering in the non-existent waiting area and being hit with chilly blasts of freezing cold air from folks coming and going through the doors. While you're making that online reservation, I'd also recommend doing yourself a favor and checking out the nutrition info online before dining! I was ASTOUNDED to see that the crispy green beans with sauce have 103 grams of fat! Um, yikes. There are some dishes that are tasty and nutritious -- so its worth a peek! This location also offers a super simple take-out option! Call and order in advance and pull up to the side of the building and give them a call to tell them you're there to pick it up! They run it out and save you the trouble of finding a parking spot! NICE, right? Frugalista tip: Sign up for their Warrior card online before dining (its free - similar to a myPanera card). So yea, it's a "fancy" chain Chinese. I had not been here in a few years but I remember my first experience having one of the best service experiences I have ever had so I was happy to go with some coworkers one night after work. Our server was nice and while it wasn't the experience I had the time before it was perfectly fine with me because my coworkers and I were super chatty and didn't mind being left alone. She was friendly and attentive to an appropriate level though so kudos to her. I really had no idea what to order so I just went for something I knew I wouldn't mind, the sweet & sour chicken. I thought it was delicious, the chicken was seriously the perfect amount of crispy under the sauce. Mmm, I want some more now. It didn't reheat super well so I'd recommend eating it all here if you can. I also had a couple lettuce wraps and those were tasty too. I love that you can get brown rice here! I also enjoyed a mojito that was good but maybe a smidge overpriced. One thumbs up from me they have a 2 person prix-fixe menu that seems like a great deal. Normally, my PF Chang experiences are consistently good. Yesterday was the exception. I had the Ginger Chicken with Broccoli (gluten free) and my fiancé had Beef with Broccoli. My chicken meat was tough. Very chewy and way too salty. And if this makes sense, the dish was actually flavorless. The broccoli in both dishes was almost raw (we love raw veggies, but really wanted these to be cooked more). What an amazing experience at PF Changs today! My long time friend and I went for lunch there. As we got there I realized I didn't have my discount coupon. I spoke to our server Adriana Zimmer (Great Server), and I told her about the discount and described the details of the offer. She was very kind and checked with the manager Deanna who was on duty, and she came out and spoke to me. She said she couldn't offer the discount I mentioned, BUT she offered an alternative option for me that was just as good! How often do you get that kind of service? Everyone was So Kind and courteous to us. I'm no one important, but I honestly felt like we were VIP guests. The food was phenomenal and my friend and I enjoyed it immensely. Our drinks were never empty and the service was exceptional. I've always had a great time at PF Changs, but this was one of the best experiences yet.
