It's been a while since I paid P.F. Chang's a visit. When we were here, we were delighted to see new items on the menu and we tried out the new five course meal menu. We started with a taste of sushi which is basically a tasting sample of a California roll and tuna roll. After this, we had our favorite chicken lettuce wraps, which were spectacular as always. Our entrées was the Chang's of Spicy Chicken and Salmon Miso. We finished with the butter cake, dessert. I waited about 10 minutes for a soy cup then another 10 minutes for soy. We ordered lettuce wraps that never came to the table but showed up on our bill. Ordered the beef with broccoli and it was mostly spring onions, maybe 4 pieces of beef and very little broccoli. It simply isn't worth the premium price point. Veterans Day lunch 11/11/2025, Metairie location. I brought a friend and we had a great experience from the minute we sat down. Sydney was terrific, attentive, and kind. I started with egg drop soup, then Mongolian Beef with white rice, exactly what I hoped for, tender beef, great sauce. The first thing I want to say is that this is a STAPLE place that my family and I go to! The food is absolutely delicious! I have nothing but great things to say about their egg drop soup, chicken lettuce wraps, Mongolia beef, fried rice, and noodles! Phenomenal every single time. The only reason that I give this restraunt a 4 is because of the sushi. I ordered it for the first time last time I went and was very disappointed. He spirit and energy was something every restaurant should have and value for sure. Despite how many tables he serviced, he made it his business to take more time explaining dishes and even gave great suggestions for food. We came in shortly after lunch time and the food was hot and fresh! The ambiance was nice and chill and so was the vibe. Went to celebrate with some friends for a birthday dinner. The atmosphere was great. The vibe was nice. The restaurant was clean and so was the restroom. Our server, Cody, was a pleasure. He was very attentive and patient. He was knowledgeable about the dishes and what he didn't know he did ask before responding. The food was really good, especially the appetizers. We were there for lunch and previously they had a good lunch special - they still have a lunch special but it's a little different we started out with the lettuce wraps which were always good. for the main we got the kung pao Brussel sprouts which were really good, and the lunch special beef with broccoli. this came with rice but you can add lo mein (for an extra charge) as well as add soup or salad for an extra charge - we added the mandarin crunch salad. the beef with broccoli was one of the best dishes we've had the food was good, and this was coupled by great service (shot out to Daisy). overall great experience read more

He provided a great overview of the menu and made recommendations according to our tastebuds. It was like being at a 5 star restaurant. Red flags should've been how dirty the tables and the floors were. Asked to look at the menu while we were on a 15 minute wait. This was right before 3. She handed us the lunch menu. My teens got to look and got their mind set on what to order. Got called for our table, hostess grabbed a rag on the way and wiped the table. There were crumbs all over the cushions so I asked her for the rag to wipe the seats. We are regular customers at P.F. Chang's, unfortunately today we came to have lunch me and my wife and found out that they changed the dynamite shrimp plate, they still have it, but it's not the same as before, looks different, smaller shrimp, and it tastes different. I heard that they have a new CFO and he has changed up a lot of the entrées and the food options. I hope that they can reconsider and put back the same menu that they had before. read more

The food was all pretty tasty. We ordered the wonton soup (sharing size-bowl), two entrees, and combination fried rice. We opted for the entree rather than getting two kids meals because we thought we might get more, but sadly it wasn't a whole lot. We did have food to take home, and it was all delicious. The service was great, and the food came out really fast. The server even told us that she wanted to put our appetizer in before taking the rest of our order because the entrees have been coming out before appetizers. She was not lying because we got our entrees a couple of minutes after receiving our appetizers, which made for a very crowed table. PISSED! I frequent this restaurant a lot but they dropped the ball tonight (Mon 12/16)! Maybe you all had call offs or something but that should NEVER interfere with customer service! No one had on name tags so I can only describe the employees. Whichever white female with long black hair you all had taking "curbside" orders around 530p was a bit overwhelmed. I called back and stated which parking spot I was in #8 but she called back saying they couldn't find me. She then asked me to pull up by the door which I did but only to tell me that they mixed me up with someone else and to pull into yet another spot that opened up closer to the door. I obliged although I still had yet to get my 1 order of rice! I pull into the closer spot then she comes back WITHOUT the rice to tell me to come inside and pay! I'm livid at this point bc why even offer curbside tonight if no one can bring it to you?! Once inside a white guy with glasses rudely asked my name after a few minutes. I asked him did you stop curbside and he makes up some foolish story of having to order online. I expressed that's not true bc I've literally called a ton of times. He just shrugged and brushed me off! This is unacceptable and I will contact a higher up.
