To be honest, the first time I came here about a year ago I wasn't a fan at all. I had ordered their version of orange chicken and it was way to sweet. But, I have a rule before I rule anything out I'll go at-least 2 times. Tonight, after an IKEA run we decided to try it out again. When we first walked in, a waitress had walked by and told the manager the roof was leaking. I'm a nosy person, so right after we sat down I was starring up at the ceiling but we couldn't find this leak. We put our name on the list, 25 minutes and then walked to the bar and waited. My husband ordered a Kirin Ichiban and I ordered a Twisted Whisky Sour. My husband loved his beer - the whiskey sour was not sour, in fact that was probably one of the strongest liquor drinks I've ever had. So strong I didn't finish it and contemplated leaving it at a unclean table. When they called to say we were ready to sit... we got to sit at the rounded booth. It was just 2 of us but we felt special. Our waitress was very polite and friendly. We ordered the Chang Lettuce wraps, they were good- BUT we're not lettuce wrap people. We made such a mess . Then we splurged on the crab wontons.... holy amazing!! By far the best wontons I've ever had! Simply amazing. Our main dishes were the Mongolian Beef with brown rice, the garlic soy sauce was top notch and my husband raves about the dish. I had ordered the Chang Spicy Chicken... it was sooooo good! Considering it was around 2 PM and not busy service was a bit slow, the first drink I ordered (peach sangria) had vermouth in it so it wasn't the best, even the bartender stated (After the fact) that it was not a popular drink, they were nice enough to replace it with their fabulous Mai Tai. My appetizer (firecracker shrimp) was served to me twice because the first one was cold and as they put it "made incorrectly" but he knew it before he served it to me so this was not per my request .. I did end up with two. I added the second one to my chicken Pad Thai which I ordered as my main dish...but they brought me out chicken and shrimp Pad Thai and charge me for it. All in all I guess I would give them a six out of 10 on this day but I normally love P.F. Chang's. I miss my lynnwood, WA location a lot. read more

First, the good. The food we had was delicious. No question. Everything was hot and fresh. Everything was packaged neatly but....no spoons for two soups? The place was not busy btw. On to the entrees, soup was sour but had little spice. The kids meal literally had three blueberries and two mandarin orange slices (which was the fruit "side"). I've been going to PF Chang's for years but I feel like it's really going downhill. The food just doesn't taste the same and the service is awful. I really hate that now you have to ask for their special sauce rather than them just making it right there when they greet you. The last time we visited the Millenia location really set the mood for not ever wanting to return. We were there for I believe 1.5 hours that night and not because we had great conversation and didn't want to leave. We were sat almost immediately but our server didn't come by for 15 minutes. When he did, he took drink and appetizer orders (we got soup) and didn't return for about another 10+ minutes to take our food order. After taking our order, I don't think he ever came back until he brought the food about 20+ minutes later. After bringing the food I asked him for something, he said "right away" and then went to another table and just started to clean it. He was doing this for a long time, not getting what I asked for, and it turned out our dishes had come out cold so at least I was able to easily find him and let him know. He did fix this, bringing out a warmer dish, but again he didn't come back to check for probably about 20 minutes. Between having to wait for him to come back to ask for the check, then to get the check took forever. Every time he did come back during the entire dinner, he smelled like he had just lit a fresh cigarette (which I'm pretty sure is what happened and why he kept leaving for so long). When I called the manager at the store he tried to blame the Uber driver, which made no sense cause the bag and food was sealed. I will never eat here again. Was here for a lunch meeting and was able to be seated immediately with a party of 6. Nick was our server and he was awesome. We were able to have fun while there and it made it even more enjoyable. Most of the group had bowls for lunch, but I opted for wonton soup and dumplings as my meal. I am a huge fan of their wonton soup since it was water chestnuts, shrimp, and chicken in the broth with the wontons. It is rather filling and I enjoy the cup every time I order it. I opted for steamed dumplings and they came out perfectly cooked. I don't do the sauce with them and just use the soy sauce on the table. We were in and out as our time permitted without any problem. I asked to give me another table please and she said if you don't like it you can leave and come back in 30 minutes, or more,and that was after we waited for 45 minutes,even though another table in a better location got available!!so at the end we sat at the table next to the kitchen!The table was disgusting and not clean. Sometimes I forget that PF Chang's is reasonably priced and offers a tasty meal (with sometimes leftovers). We went for a friend's birthday this past weekend and had an amazing experience. It was mostly due to our server Gabie. She was so fun, entertaining, and attentive. What a great personality she has as a server. I ordered a bowl of Hot & Sour Soup and shared the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. You can never go wrong with the wraps, as an appetizer or as an entree. They're so flavorful and it feels like you're eating light. The Hot & Sour Soup could have been a little more "hot", as in heated up more. It was a bit tepid, and I like my soup scalding hot. I'd probably stick with a regular rice or noodle entree next time. The soup (the bowls are BIG) and shared wraps ended up being a LOT of food and I was really full afterwards. Gabie also brought us Banana Spring Rolls to share for dessert to celebrate my friend's birthday. They were delicious! A great tropical combination of bananas, coconut, and pineapple. read more

What happened to P.F. Chang's? This used to be a great "date night" type restaurant. Fancier than your normal Asian restaurant with the higher prices to match, but it was OK, because you got food that tasted fresh, different and special with great service and a high end atmosphere. Unfortunately, not anymore. Let me start off with the positives... the food is still pretty good! They nail the flavors on all of their dishes from something simple like Sweet and Sour Chicken to the items on the dim-sum menu. Service at this location is VERY hit or miss, but they generally have pretty decent servers. The bad... the restaurant just looks worn out. It needs a good refurbishment, fresh paint, non chipped furniture, updated lights, etc. Menus are sticky and dirty and are the style you get at a TGI Friday's... not a supposedly higher end asian restaurant. Seaters looked sloppy - were they wearing their own clothes? Do they even work there? Who knows. The ugly... This location seems to be incredibly understaffed or mismanaged. Being quoted 20+ minutes wait for a party of 2 on a Tuesday night at 10pm when only 1/4 of your tables are full because the "kitchen is behind". Then when seated, being reminded again that it will be a while before you see a server because "the kitchen is behind". 15 minutes later when you are finally greeted by a server and you see two tables near you just leave before they get food and are reminded again that "the kitchen is behind"? You think at that point you would have had a manager check on you, apologize and get your drinks? Nope. Very glad the service was good this time or else this would have been a 1 star review regardless of the quality of food. I miss what P.F. Chang's used to be, unfortunately it keeps going down hill every time I visit. read more

This was by far the worse experience known to man. My daughter completed a online order that was suppose to be ready at 3:00pm and get to the restaurant only for them to give us the wrong order. It's storming outside had to go back in there after waiting an hour for them to try and blame me for taking the wrong food that they gave me. I drove a hour away to pickup food for my birthday and they gave me a hard time because they gave me the wrong food. I'm so freaking upset and will never go there or recommend them to anyone. I use to love this place and now I will never come her or recommend it again. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. We had reservations for a large party on a Saturday evening and were seated promptly. The staff were excellent, our waiter was prompt friendly and very attentive. The restaurant was busy, however everything was executed perfectly. The food was delicious. We ordered spring rolls and lettuce wraps and pork dumplings as appetizers. We had the Kung Pao chicken and pork fried rice both were great. The restaurant was clean and ran like a well tuned machine. All the staff were friendly and professional as well as accommodating. I hadn't been to a PF Chang's in over a decade, but my mom wanted to go so we went to this location and it was wonderful! I've been back 3 times since and am never disappointed. Sem is an AMAZING host! He always gives me great suggestions (even things not on the menu) and always makes coming in such a welcoming experience (which isn't the case for all of the servers). This particular PF Changs seems to be really busy catering to all the locals and vacationers that crave "Chinese food" (insert massive eye roll). It was poppin at dinner time on the Saturday we were here. Our table ordered the usual PF Changs type fare - Chang's BBQ ribs, Northern dry rub ribs (one of the better items on the menu), lettuce wraps, kimchi fries (pass on this), shrimp fried rice (how do you mess up fried rice?), honey crisp chicken, kung pao chicken, Chang's spicy chicken, kid's lo mein, etc. Everything tasted the way it should... that basic, standard Chinese-American food taste but slightly a little better. Our server was very nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed and busy. I probably wouldn't return only because if I wanted Chinese-American food, I would just go to Panda Express. I love almost everything on the menu at P.F. Chang's and they are consistent from location to location. We always eat at the bar, especially for lunch. Asian inspired twist on classic cocktails, great sake and beer selection plus full bar. The spicy chicken soup is a favorite of mine, but had the new Mongolian potstickers today which were very tasty & infused with definite notes of Chinese five spice. The hot and sour soup was also good, and their Ahi tuna poke bowl is delicious and packed with many different piles of goodness. If you haven't been to P.F. We enjoy coming here. The foods is usually really good. Usually seated very quickly and then you wait. Servers seem to be a little slow here however, they are very nice. Food service can be slow too. We've experienced it once and noticed it at other tables when visiting. The drink are OK, it's hard for someone to make a simple order of a pinch of ice and not a cup full of ice. Overall: Went yesterday to an early supper around 4 pm. Very good service and meals were 50/50. Food: 3 stars- Decided to forgo my usual Kung Pao for tuna sushi and wife got Chang's Spicy Chicken. Sushi was good and fresh with non colored ginger (a plus) and fresh wasabi. Cleared out sinus and didn't even know I had any issues:). Wife's meal was subpar. Several pieces of chicken had tendons and inedible plus there was shrimp mixed in (glad we are not allergic to shell fish) but not what was ordered. Taste just wasn't there. End of meal no fortune cookie provided, but I know what it would say "You are adventurous, you will travel to OTHER restaurants" Service: 4 stars- Greeted on arrival and seated immediately. Server was there within 30 seconds and took our drink order (waters all around). Food delivered hot and quickly. She checked on us several times and delivered check and cashed us out expediently. This is the worst experience I had today at A Pf Chang at Millenia Mall. We arrived at 8:45pm and we were told that wait is 30 min which turned into 1 hour. The gist was very rude, and said in the beginning that they were all booked and could not seat us at all for the night. I explained that we were platinum members but he did not care and was wanting us to leave. I looked around the restaurant and there were many tables open not cleaned but ready to be cleaned but the bussers were talking with each other hanging out and the male host showed no interest in helping us getting a table. I thought it was all about proving good customer service which we are used from this location but we were met with the worst customer service and host was very rude and had an attitude every time I spoke to him. One hour later he offered us a table close to the bathroom so I refused especially there were many other tables open and did not offer any of them to us. When I suggested to be seated at one of the other tables I was told by the same host that it was impossible and the only reason we are waiting is because we can only be seated at the table by the bathroom. The table by the bathroom was open for over an hour and the host did not offer it to any of the reservations prior to us he sat everyone else in good locations and offered us the table by the bathroom an hour later. We were tired and hungry with a 2 year old, this is unacceptable. We ended up not seated anywhere, so we left one hour later 20 min before the restaurant closed without being attended to with no food, we were left hungry for the evening. This treatment horrible no one should be treated this way. I hope no one else will be treated this way, it's a shame we love the food but I doubt we will go back. read more

Placed my order online for a pickup and it was very smooth to place online. It mentioned it would be available at a certain time I was about 5 min behind from the time they gave and I still had to wait for my food a good 10 - 15 min. Which is fine but I would of hoped it would of been hot not warm. I mean that would make more sense since I came after the eta and still waited patiently. Upon arriving I walked to the front and I mentioned I was here for a pickup order to a young women who Greeted me and mentioned I would have to go around to the bar area to pickup my food but doesn't point to where the bar area is, kind of expecting me to know where I'm going. I looked at her like really where's the bar area. Anyway I figured it out. It was pointless trying to have a convo with a mask on with a restaurant packed of people with music on. Anyway I kind of freaked out internally There was absolutely NO social distancing everyone was on top of each other the line at the bar for pickup was packed. People on top of each other waiting for their food. It was just overall messy. No organization at all. As I'm standing online for my food you can see the kitchen staff cooking the floor was a mess the kitchen looked a mess. Just not very sanitary at all. I literally wanted to just say forget this ish and walk out. But I didn't. My food came out and I ran out of there so fast. Food was decent I'm actually glad I didn't run out. Very nice portions very tasty and I enjoyed it. I have been to PF changs a few times before just not during a pandemic so this time was definitely different. Corporate Chinese food. Lots of garlic and heavy on spices . My egg rolls were greasy. I had the Chicken noodle soup that most people seem to like.... I found it to be a little too spicy and a little slippery... Service was ok considering that the restaurant was very busy. It takes me about a month to forget that I really am not a big fan... I keep trying to find something I like. I tried the Sweet and Sour chicken. It was good... Someone said to try the Sesame Chicken... The Won Ton soup is pretty good... The place is freezing inside. We arrived at the table, which was apparently newly set up, the chair was covered in liquid and the hostess just ignored it. Our server, Courtney, proves that the myth out there is not quite right. PF Chang's dining room staff is knowledgeable about their menu. She recomended us a drink for each diner. We love Chang's and have eaten at this location several times. However, our visit today was not good. For all of the "covid" precautions it was horribly filthy. They are also remodeling so our booth had a bare drywall wall. So zero atmosphere points. The servers all wear rubber gloves and handle all kinds of things AND food without changing them. Our server actually delivered my bowl of rice holding the bowl with her thumb jammed down in the rice!. The floor was sticky and had food all over it. I could go on but this location has lost a step during covid. I won't go back to this one. At least until things come back to normal. read more

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the waitress was awesome and the food was good but as far as the two front hostess knowledge of how to do they damn job was awful ! My family and I waited almost 2 hrs to be seated while everyone else that came after us was getting called up and seated. I asked how much longer to be seated and she tells me they cleaning off a table and we will be seated shortly we'll 30 more mins past and even more people getting seated before us. My sister and I were visiting FL from GA for the weekend and she has been craving PF Chang's so we planned dinner at this location on the way to our comedy show. We got there early enough that we were immediately seated. Our server was attentive and friendly. We explained that we were on the way to a comedy event and would like to get our check with the meal, so we leave as soon as we were done eating. Our food arrived very quickly, followed shortly after by our check. I loved my entrée & side (Stir Fried Buddha's Feast and Spicy Green Beans) but she was less than impressed with their fried rice and lo mein - both were bland and rather flavorless. Not the same like I remember it back in the day. The food is no where consistent like it was in days past and the food prices have increased... which I blame on political reasons. Everything just costs more when gas prices rise. Would not recommend getting sushi here, I don't know why my daughter ordered it. We are sushi connoisseurs and I don't know what she was thinking. The prices are for signature rolls and these were far from it. The seafood here needs to be evaluated prior to preparing it for a meal. It tasted pretty off, like fishy. However I will say the manager was super concerned and accommodating and insisted that I took a dessert on him. Great conversation and sincerely apologized for my order.
