Where to start! My husband and I went this Monday 2/12/24 before the Valentine's Day dinner rush for the week. Our server was Joy! He is amazing! Very personable, excellent service, and he was great conversation! It's a rarity I ever post on yelp, and even a greater rarity my husband and I are ecstatic about the service (we both work customer service based jobs so we appreciate great service in return). The meal was great, and the ambiance perfect considering it wasn't too busy and a little privacy where we sat. I highly recommend having Joy as your server as he is great at what he does and just an all around really cool person! We came in the late afternoon around 5:30-6. We didn't have to wait. Our waitress was kind of ditzy but she was very helpful. They changed the menu up again. I don't particularly like it but it is what it is. They didn't have the vegetarian lettuce wraps on the menu anymore and I asked her about it and she said they do have them because a lot of people complained. FYI I've heard the vegetarian wraps have more flavor than the chicken wraps. Anyway we got the ma po tofu, which they changed from waay before, but it had more flavor this time than the last time I had it. We also had the orange chicken and the signature lo mein with pork. Both were also good, cooked well, not dry. They have two for 40$ which includes an appetizer and dessert. We got the mile high chocolate cake. It's as big as claim jumper's cakes so be warned. It really gives you the most bang for your buck. They also changed the way they do the rewards points. You have to actually have your account number, not a phone number or email. read more

Overall the food is very tasty. The portions are med to small It's not fast food take out. It's a nice place. Casual dress code. Crowded you sit close to people. It's loud enough to not hear others but you can carry a conversation comfortably. read more

Came here on a Friday night and I wish I would've stayed home. My family and I did not have a good experience. Staff was rude, especially at the hostess desk. The young white girl looked at me like she had crap on her face and you can tell they stand up there and talk about the customers all day long. We were rushed to order and felt like it was a problem when we asked questions but our waiter got irritated when we told him he got our order wrong. It was entirely too busy and noisey. Not a great place for dinner, maybe lunch is better as the waiter was literally running to 10 tables at one time and was not able to provide good service. I suppose he did the best he could but I wont be returning. We hadn't even finished our food when we decided enough was enough and decided to ask for the check so we could pay and leave. read more

PF Cgangs is one of my all time favorite Chinese food restaurants. The mu shu is so scrumptious and it's entertaining to watch how the table server delicately assembles the wraps while using hoisin sauce to stick it to itself. That way it won't open up and cascade all over your plate on the first bite. PF Changs is kinda mainstream but they have put their own twist on several classic Chinese dishes. Their dark paneled and dimly lit restaurant sets a unique and cozy environment. And they provide a classy presentation of all their dishes offered. read more

I was in the restaurant business in the past, for a long time. I was there this past Wednesday, I realized that this restaurants are not the same anymore. My very first time eating at a pf Chang restaurant was in 2002, they were very expensive then, and they are very expensive now. Service ? Was ok Prices ? Very expensive. Example : Their Kung Pao chicken, portón for 1 $20.00 dollars ? Panda Express is better now, with a good price and presentation. NO JOKE ! You won't get that same Great Chinese VIP experience anymore. Their food is not the same. Don't get overcharged, for poor service and food that is not wort it paying high high prices, specially in this times. read more

We went after years of not having been. We were sat quickly at our reservation time. The food was barely edible. My drink came and this was the mint in my mojito was old and brown. The sprig decorating it was wilted. That should have been my forewarning to leave. This place has gone downhill especially for what they charge. read more

The place was crowded when we got there. We ordered CRISPY HONEY CHICKEN, BEEF Á LA SICHUAN, FRIED RICE, and VIETNAMESE CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE. We really like the food at PF Changs so make it here a few times a year. This last visit on 12/10 was to help celebrate the 9 year birthday for our grandson. The food was delicious as always. The Mongolian Beef is my go to but we had a variety of dishes among the 5 of us including Sushi rolls, Crispy Honey Chicken, Honey Shrimp, appetizer fried green beans and BBQ ribs. Even the Dan Dan noodles which have not been on the menu for some time now but they will still prepare it if you ask. The customer service for this visit was just phenomenal with amazing attention and responsiveness by our server Keith. Not one request was overlooked (and with two young kids at the table, there were a few extra requests) and his patience was extraordinary. read more

Wait time wasn't too bad. 15 minutes. I'm sure it's normal to have the lighting so dim, so can't really be too bummed but I like to see what I'm eating and my surroundings. Whatevs. Waiter, was very nice, attentive & quick. The only delay we had was my nieces Mojito, which shouldn't reflect on him as he apologized and mentioned there's a bit of a wait at the bar. Tasted her Apple something? Mojito and dang!! It was worth the wait!!! Food. The food was delicious. Not too crazy about the noodles. They were okay. The spicy chicken was yummy. What was super delish was the honey chicken!! OMG I wouldn't have had any appetizer had I known how delish that plate would be! The lettuce wraps were good. The sauce was the highlight. I wish I could review a complete dining experience, but here's what happened......Two days ago at 11:10 a.m. my husband and I arrived at P.F. Chang's for lunch and we were promptly seated. At the time of our arrival there were two other tables occupied in the dining room. They open at 11:00 so it wasn't busy at all. We looked at the menus, decided on our order, sat the menus at the edge of the table, and waited. Three other parties came in, one right after another, and they were all seated in a row of booths against the wall. This is where we were sitting as well. Each table was greeted by a server - except for my husband and myself - and brought drinks and it also appeared that their orders were taken. Meanwhile my husband and I continued to wait. The two male servers on duty continued to make trips to the tables right around us and meet their needs while we sat patiently. After TWENTY MINUTES (20 minutes) of being ignored we decided to take our business elsewhere. read more

They got roaches outside running around on the benches.. talked to the manager (mama roach) and she was fully aware of the roaches outside , even asked me if it was the "big one". Clearly customers should not be dining outside of there are known roaches running around while dining. We got up and left as the big boy took over our table. All I'm going to say is if there's roaches outside then there's roaches inside. Food was gross felt sick later. Never coming back to P.F roaches again. read more

Came here for the 1st time with some family and I was super excited to try it . There was some things I liked, like the waiter mostly , he made the lunch worth it . The food is unimpressive to be honest but I give them an extra star for having a gluten free menu and for the wonderful waiter . If it wasn't for those 2 things I probably would have given 3 stars . Am I the only one who hates the table set up in the middle ? I mean it was busy on a Sunday for lunch but I feel like my back was against someone else's back next to us. Wife and I have been here 15 times....we order the same thing...honey shrimp with brown rice....veg low mein....shrimp was mush this eve, low mein not seasoned well...sweet and sour chicken this eve....down right terrible. This has always been one of our favorite restaurants but we just experienced a huge disappointment. Every one of these three stars is for our server who was attentive, knowledgeable and did everything she could do to make up for the horrible food. We went there because I was craving the Street Noodles only to find they have removed them from the menu. We got the lettuce wraps , only to find they have changed the sauce. Our server came to our rescue and brought the trio sauce. We ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and Pepper Steak. The Kung Pao was so salty we couldn't eat it. She took it off the bill. I used to love PF Changs! Now I'm afraid the image is tarnished. Their food has changed over the years and not for the better I'm afraid. I have been used to great service and greater food here, but maybe they are another victim of the pandemic complacency in regards to service and oversight. I brought a party of 11 with a reservation last week to celebrate my moms birthday. I told the person I made reservations with that this was the case, but there was not any follow through when I had to tell the server and host. The server was simply terrible. No way around it. I was a waiter through college so I empathize maybe too much sometimes. This guy didn't care. From the lack of place settings to the un-re-filled glasses to the dirty dishes that I started clearing myself and putting on one of our empty seat areas. He was not engaged whatsoever and did not earn a tip as he had help for food delivery too. Now the tip, I assumed with a large party for an automatic tip, (though crappy service should still reflect less than 20 percent tip) it is what it is. Until my bill taxed my tip after the fact! That's right, PF Changs with all large parties taxes the tip before the total! That ends up being more than the 20 percent advertised in the receipt! That's small beans though. I'm not done! There are two receipts like any normal restaurant transaction, one receipt that itemizes the meal and tips and totals where the tip and tax were noted, and the second one that you sign which has in BOLD right below the signature line "tip not included"! THATS SOME SHADY STUFF RIGHT THERE. So if someone with a party of 6 or more was not paying close attention to both receipts and their breakdowns or if the simply had a few drinks even, they would put another tip on top of the 20 percent tip! I am very disappointed. I wanted to talk to a manager, but I didn't want to ruin my moms birthday with any issues. I don't see myself recommending them again. read more

I have been to several PF Chang's but this is one you should avoid. They have terrible service here. We went to celebrate my daughter's bday and was as if we were on a show about a terrible customer service experience and being recorded. First, they never gave us utensils and brought out appetizers, I had.tongonget it myself. Second, the person that took our order never placed the food order. Third, we were waiting over 40 after we finished appetizers for food. 4th they never asked refills.... we had to ask for some every single time. By far, one of the worst service we have ever had at a restaurant. ... Also, pay close attention to the reviews because they mean something and when people say the same thing over and over.. it's probably a problem there with people and management. Other things to consider is there were people cleaning tables spraying chemicals on the table to clean it while you can see the spray float in the area next to people that were eating. Commom sense is lacking but all of it can be fixed if management did a better job! read more

We made reservations ahead of time and online for 11am. We walked in the door and went to check in with the front desk hostess at 10:59am (the door was open and other people were already in there), the hostess tells us "it's not 11am yet". I said ok... 11am came and she still said nothing to anyone. So at 11:05 she looked at us and said "can I help you?" I went on to let her know we have reservations for 11am and showed her the info emailed and text messaged to us. She said she didn't see our reservation and proceeded to tell us that she'll add us to the list and it'll be a 15-20min wait. WE WERE ONLY THE 2nd party there, LIKE HOW??! Anyhow, we finally get seated, ordered our food, and the server explains to us that they just had a catering order come through so our food will take a while. We sat there, waited patiently, got our meal in a good time frame and at the end of our meal we get a call from the very restaurant we are seated at asking us if we plan on showing for our reservation . So besides that entire situation, let's talk food. Gone are the days of the trays with various sauces for you to mix to your taste for your Chicken Lettuce Wraps! But anyways, here we go! Appetizers: Chicken Lettuce Wraps 10/10 Pork Ribs 10/10 Calamari 10/10 Egg Drop Soup 2/10... tastes like carrots and only carrots.
