Okay so update on my nails my right pointed fingernail popped off 5 days in having them , and I went to get it fixed they did it for free because I didn't even have it on for 2 weeks and it was nice of them . The same day I fixed it another one popped off it's upsetting because this has never happened to me . I'm going today now that I have time . I couldn't go back again because I was at work and then had a busy Friday and Saturday. I have got my nails done before and didn't have this problem they lasted 2 weeks + so I'm hoping that it was just maybe a bad day for my nail tech because I genuinely like this place and would hate to have to find a new one. I've had them on now for a week and 2 days and only two popped off I just hope not another pops off on my way out after fixing it AGAIN I came to get my nail fixed and they really wanted to charge me five dollars because the guy wasn't there who did my nails which I understand because it wasn't his job to do I would've gladly and was going to tip them five dollars for fixing my nails but asking me five dollars when they run a business where anyone who does nails knows that it should last at least two weeks or more he said to come tomorrow and I could get it done for free with the guy who did my nails but I work all day every day so when I can find a free time is when I go and get my nails done they could've took it out of homeboy's paycheck I will not be returning to this nail spa I rather pay more for nails that are going to last longer than pay less for nails are gonna pop off in less than a week or two read more

I came this last Saturday to get my nails done & I liked that there was a receptionist greeting everyone who walked in which I liked, the wait time was short, the establishment looked clean & I liked the location. I got a manicure and it seemed ok, however it's started chipping that same afternoon. It's only been 3 days and it looks horrible. I still tried to ignore it but I have gotten many negative comments that my manicure looks terrible and I shouldn't have paid so much for it. One of the worst experiences I have had so far. First time I have ever come to this nail salon I went in for a a regular pedicure and full set of almond shaped nails walked out paying $96 for work I will be having removed tomorrow morning. I went into the shop for a regular pedicure (35 dollar package) but ended up paying $50 for a gel pedicure. When I told the women who was doing my toes I did not want gel she said "I already did it". I was unable to see her work bc of the pillow that was placed on my lap when the other women was doing my acrylic nails. At this point the gel base was already laid so she proceeded with the gel pedicure. After she was done I noticed how sloppy the women was when painting my toe nails. I have paint smeared on my skin bc of her as well as a cut on my foot that I am confused on how I even got it. While my pedicure was in the process my acrylics were being done as well and I noticed the shaping of the nails were off but I let the women continue her work bc she seemed to be diligently working. Once everything was laid and I was moved to a table again I noticed how oddly shaped my nails were and the original design I wanted was not coming out properly. It got to the point where my mother had to step in and over see what was happening bc of how badly shaped the nails were. My mother was bringing to her attention that all my nails were oddly shaped and sticking up and the lady ignored her at first but then acknowledged her and said do you want to stand on this side? VERY DISRESPECTFUL! My mother had her file my nails some more and at this point there was no going back my nails ultimately were sticking up and looked like pointy claws. After seeing this I requested for the women conducting the service to stop and take off the paint and just paint the nails with her pink topper and stated that I no longer would be continuing the service I asked for. She was visibly bothered and upset and began to repaint the nails very poorly as it can be seen in the pictures attached. After this she told me my service would be $96 dollars and I was beyond upset and felt cheated and robbed bc the service I received were disgraceful. I paid for a gel pedicure I didn't want which was $50 and a full "almond" shaped set for $45. Now I will be going to another nail salon to have these nails removed IMMEDIATELY it's embarrassing that this is what this nail salon is doing to their customers. Who will be issuing me a refund from this salon?? No one correct! Let's see if the owner Molly reaches out to me. read more

I have had a different person do my mani and pedi each time and have been satisfied with everyone. The work is great the people are friendly and the salon is very clean. They are also very accommodating, I was able to make an appointment for 6 girls at one time before my wedding and everyone's nails came out beautifully. I come to this nail shop anytime I want a gel manicure, and they're usually very good at providing me with results that I want, but this last time I went the lady helping me (an older lady) was very aggressive and dismissive. She wouldn't listen to what I wanted and when I would tell her what shape/ length she'd nod her head and then do what she wanted. She left my nails shorter than what I asked for and left cuts on two of my fingers from where she aggressively used the filer. Considering this is the first time something like this happens to me at that location, I do recommend going, but maybe ask for someone friendly/ attentive. I don't know if maybe it was an off day for the lady helping me or if she was rushing, but making a customer bleed from aggressively filing should never happen. read more

First off i dont know why yelp doesnt give me the option of no stars! i came in june 18 and first off they took forever to put water so before she put a bag in the tub she had me put my bare feet in the tub before putting a bag in my chair the least they can do is put water so my feet could soak, then she was "trying to get an ingrown" but hurt me so bad causing me to bleed and she kept going and didnt stop, so then she topped it by making my french tip HORRIBLE too thick the nail polish was separated it was just bad so then whatever i payed for horrible service and the next day i was in pain even worse it stated getting an infection and it was bleeding and full of pus came out i was disgusted in her n myself, I didnt think much of it thought it can be an infection and used over the counter antibiotics to help but nothin until i went to the emergency room last night till 3 am the initial outcome was for them to remove my toe nail to stop from any other reoccurring infections ! I spoke to the manager she claims they clean their tools but she didnt ! so i will be reporting PI NAILS to the board and will be suing and foward the medical bill over to them because before i even made this review theres multiple reviews about fungus DISGUSTING they shouldnt even have a business license nor a cosmetologist license read more

I went in today for a full set and pedicure and had the worst experience! First of my full set 2 fingers we're completely crooked and each nail were different widths. She left glue all over my fingers and then got bothered when I brought everything up about my nails. Then my pedicure seems like if she just filed and painted. I got callus remover and when I left my feet were sticky due to them not being rinsed properly and when it came to the massage there was none she put some oil and called it a day. Service used to be amazing I've been going there for the past 8 years and now it's horrible, molly used to be amazing and it's like she doesn't care about her customers unless you bring a huge party. I made a 3 pm appointment she told me to wait 15 minutes I understood they're booked but she made me wait a full 1 1/2 and let 2 groups ahead of me whom arrived 40 minutes after I did. Don't come here if you need your acrylics removed. First time trying this place since it's near my house and I totally regret it. The gentleman who first helped me was very caring and nice. He would ask me if it would hurt my nail and I said no. Then this lady named Tina came and finished the job. However it seemed like she looked annoyed and the process of how she was removing the acrylics isn't how I'm used too. She would literally rip off the acrylics from my nails instead of using a tip to go underneath the acrylics. Maybe I should of Yelp review before coming here. But I went based on pictures I saw on Instagram of Stacey's work. Here work looked amazing. I asked for short, square, and not to sharpe on the edges. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. It's not exactly the same as what I wanted but I was okay with that. Until I left I notice some nails weren't shape properly. And I notice how fat my thumb were it's almost like a flare shape. Do not go when they are busy, I went for a mani/pedí, the pedi was bad, at some point I had to tell the tech to stop digging into my toe, I didn't even have an in-grown toe nail. I noticed the blood once I was home, 2 weeks after my toe still throbs in discomfort and a bit of pain, I'm just glad I didn't get any type of infection. As for the mani my nails ended up being shaped incorrectly and they don't even match each other. They rush through all the clients when they r busy and it's not a cheap place to go to. read more

This place is FILTHY. The furniture is old and mismatched. The staff was dressed as though someone randomly picked them out of different events and decades and made them come in as they were. The services should all be at least $10 cheaper just for making the customers look at this place. My sister brought me here for a pedicure a few days ago. The lady who did it was nice, but I started paying attention to the lack of cleanliness standards when I watched her dry and remove her gloves and place them neatly on the side of her cart instead of just throwing them away. As I looked around I noticed dirt, dust, and a general lack of pride throughout the salon. The furniture and decor all looks as though it was rescued from the back alley of an old salon that closed down. There are power strips lying all over the floor plugged in places where they're basically tripwires. The guy who did my sisters' manicure got up and switched stations leaving the area covered with nail filing dust and clippings. I couldn't believe it. I doubt if they even got embarrassed when they noticed me taking pictures of the filth and disarray. The 1 star is for for the nail technician who did my pedicure. When she heard me gasp in horror at my nail color choice, she politely removed it and went with my second choice without any attitude. But if I could put zero it might be more accurate. OH! And I watched her to see if she'd reuse the gloves. She went over to meet the next customer and began putting them on but stopped herself and threw them away. She couldn't see me watching so I think she must actually know about cross contamination to some degree. Either way, I'm never ever going back. They need to shut this place down, scrub it from top to bottom, rearrange with regards to safety and train the staff on health & safety guidelines. Truth. read more
