I've been going to Pablito's in Burbank and North Hollywood for a few years now, so when I found out they were opening one up right next to my house in Van Nuys, I was hyped. Went in for the grand opening, and the service/staff was great! The new location looks beautiful inside, and is really spacious. I also met the owner Danny, who is a really cool guy. I recommend the queso tacos (Pablitos Style), but don't forget the crack sauce. It is SO GOOD!!! They are honestly the best tacos I've ever had. I finally got the chance to try Pablitos Tacos. I ordered 4 tacos. 2 Vampiro tacos and 2 Crispy Tacos. All were disappointing. The Vampiro Tacos were soggy The tortilla just didn't hold up! btw, I live 5 minutes away from the restaurant. The carne wasn't what I was hoping for. I told the man who took my order that I wanted only meat and cheese on the crispy tacos. I told him over and over because they were for my 3 year old and I didn't want to get home and find anything else on them. Unfortunately, somehow there wasn't just meat and cheese and I threw most of it away. I will give it another try. Now is definitely the time to support small businesses!!! read more

Been a fan of pablitos from the other locations and had to try the new location out immediately. It of course didn't disappoint and remains one of my favorite burrito places. The service is also really great with the owner committed to taking care of you. We had an order mishap and he took care of us right away. Always worth coming back. This is definitely my go-to spot! The food is amazing and they have amazing deals especially on Taco Tuesday! I get their tacos weekly and their burritos are also great--I've only had the classic and surf and turf. I can't forget to mention the green crack sauce, actually there's not a sauce I've tried there that I hate. There's this yellow sauce that's similar to the green crack sauce but I don't remember the name. Just ask for it. The staff, Estrella and George are top tier. I asked for spicy sauce and they literally made it spicier with any issue. The rest of the staff is also super accommodating and friendly. Me and my wife's favorite new restaurant, burritos are fire ,had no idea peru Ian food could taste so good.

Went there for the $1 tacos. Instead of the default setup, I ordered with the onions and cilantro on the side. I wanted to keep the option for guacamole so I didn't check the "no guacamole" box. Tacos arrived and she seemed confused. Her English wasn't too good. She ended up telling me the guacamole was extra. That was odd because it ordering gave an option to exclude the guacamole. I'm pretty sure they just messed up the order as others have stated this issue both on Yelp and on Reddit. I gave up trying to talk to her and just took the order. I looked around for sauce and didn't see any. The tacos were very small which was almost expected for street tacos this cheap. Hopefully, they aren't this small when they're not on promo. As I am almost finished, I see a guy running around giving sauces to orders he was taking care of. I wasn't offered any from the lady that took my order. Guess I just drew the shorter straw and had bad luck. I probably could have asked for sauce but the language barrier with the lady was just too frustrating and no one else was available/nearby at the time. read more

We did not regret it the service was extremely friendly and helpful we got the whole rotisserie chicken and wow the cook and the seasoning on it is amazing plus the serving sizes for the sides they give you are enormous. I loved the Peruvian Options they have, my personal favorite was the pollo a la brasa, and their Peruvian ceviche . Also the customer service was on point, and I felt like I was home.
