Weekend special includes $2/fish tacos, but be forewarned you won't forget you're eating a FISH taco. This is some smelly stuff. I believe it to be frozen fish that they dip in the deep fryer. It is not breaded (as is often the case for the more delicious variety of fish taco). The $2 mini nachos were fine--just a stack of seemingly home made chips, jack cheese, salsa, and guac. I've often noted that top notch Mexican restaurants have delicious salsa. It's almost like a signature. Here, the salsa is rather forgettable. The wait time will test your patience even on deserted town (tumble weed blowing by) Saturdays. You sometimes get what you paid for; sometimes, you should get some change. Ok so I'm not sure what these other reviewers are smoking but let's get into some real life stuff ok - Food was cold I had to warm in microwave just to eat - Tacos had no meat even though we ordered steak all we saw was beans, hard rice, and lettuce - My wet burrito was dry as hell cheese was not melted - Chips tasted old but they gave a bunch of all types do salsa - Best thing about the food was the steak that they did put in my wet burrito but if your meat lover like myself you can't really go wrong with grilled steak If you like wasting money eat here if not save a few bucks and take that ass to Taco Bell cuz it's way better hehe read more

Good food, little pricey if you want Guac and they give you tiny, tiny cups for your salsa (available at the salsa bar). When I asked for a slightly larger cup for salsa (after all my friend and I HAD just ordered chips and guacamole for $5 and the guac cup was only 4oz) they said no. So I just dumped salsa directly on the chips. Sorry man, I love my salsa! I wouldnt go as far as to say theyre the most authentic food Ive ever had, but the ingredients are always really fresh and the customer service is pretty spot on. Used to eat here at least twice a week when lived in the area. Was in the area today and ordered my old favorite "veggie burrito". When I bit in I realized it was not the same. My error totally--it was a 7 veggie burrito vs "vegetarian burrito". They have more choices now--expanded menu. I was disappointed and I went back to the counter-/ looked at the menu and said --ah-/ new menu... No beans in my burrito etc. Sat back down and mgr came over and said -- I'll make you the other one. Pachanga is the spot to order and get great Mexican food very quickly. The staff there is always nice, and are very kind. Their sauces are spicy and have a nice kick with great flavor. We (4 people) ordered Steak Quesadilla, Chicken Tomatillo Burrito, 2 Enchiladas, and tostada salad. The Steak Quesadilla is an amazing dish and the steak is surprisingly very juicy and isn't that chewy. The salsa and guacamole on the side are an added bonus and taste fresh. The Chicken Tomatillo Burrito is also very filling and the chicken is cooked perfectly. There are added ingredients that also stand out in this dish. The sauce in the enchilada is also spicy. If you want to try and cancel it out, I would recommend to ask them to add sour cream. This is also a dish that tastes well if you like enchiladas. The tostada salad is good, but not great. It only takes around 5 minutes for you to get your food. It is also has very fair prices for the food you are getting. In total I give this place a 5/5! read more

The Pachanga Mexican Grill always satisfies my Mexican food cravings. The quality and overall taste of their food is undoubtedly the freshest that I've had In comparison to other Mexican restaurants in Los Angeles. I never have to worry about biting into a big chunk of fat because they do a phenomenal job of cleaning and prepping the meat. Some of my favorite items are the mouth watering 'Carne Asada Tacos' with a side of their pico-de-gallo salsa, or their 'Grilled Chicken Burrito' . Today I thought that I would try something new so I called and picked up their 'Asada Fries' with a chicken substitution and it was incredible. Unlike getting nachos that get all soggy the integrity of the fries remains intact. It comes with black beans, cheese, fresh grilled chicken, pico de Gallo, guacamole, and of course the fries. My stomach is very happy. I would definitely recommend either of the first 2 to someone who is new but to regulars such as myself, step out of your comfort zone and try their Asada Fries. The service of the staff is exceptional even in the midst of this pandemic, overall 10/10 would recommend!!! read more
