The last couple times I've been here has been a disappointment. I order the chicken tomatillo burrito and ask for it with the guac on the side because I don't like onions. The past couple times, the guac wasn't on the side, so I asked to be sure it wasn't put in the burrito. Of course they put it in, so they have to re-make it. And that's not the issue here, it's the fact that when I ask about it, the girl always working gives me attitude that they have to re-make it. I work in the shopping center and give them a lot of business, so it really bothers me that someone with a job in customer service can't just be nice about a mistake that was obviously THEIR fault. read more

The food here is not very good at all. I've eaten at various places and deferent types of foods. Taco Bell is better that this, there guacamole has no flavor, their enchiladas are more like a quesadilla. Don't get me wrong their employees are great but they really need to get their act together I regards to their menu. The beans where cold, rice was very dry and hard. I order one vegetarian taco and the ceviche. Portions are gigantic . The taco was simple but good and did the job and the ceviche was delicious. I have been to this place many, many times over the years that I've worked in the area and have always been pretty satisfied with their food. Last week I tried their Veggie Quesadilla and I was so impressed I came back this week for more! Unfortunately they didn't quite deliver the second time around! I realize some things just aren't meant to be "to go" but there wasn't this problem last week. My tortilla was soggy and wet, like it had been sitting in the bag too long. I ordered online, and therefore had a fairly precise pick-up time that I adhered to. The juices seeped through the bag so it broke in my car and now I'm sure it's going to smell. The sour cream I requested "on the side" (since it was to-go) was put inside the quesadilla adding to the sogginess. And the guacamole was completely overlooked that I didn't even get any! Though their salsa bar is pretty tasty, like many other reviewers here have said, it's setup in an awkward area inside the restraurant and isn't the easiest corner to get in to. The strip mall this is located in is ALWAYS busy and parking is usually an issue if you arrive at the peak of the lunch hour. Overall, the food is pretty good, as is the service, but on this day they failed miserably HENCE THE TWO-STAR RATING. It will be a while before I'll be back, I think. My lunch break isn't an hour I want to spend pissed off about the food I just paid for. So it might be a while before I forget about this little incident. read more

AWESOME! They have the best "help yourself" salsa bar with salsas bursting with FLAVOR!!!! My taste buds have a field day whenever I come here! I can't decide which salsa (Tomatillo Medium or Netrita Medium) I like better! Huge portions! My entire family has been eating here for years and they Always have fresh, excellent food, and salsa. They have always offered quick and friendly service. Just writing to give my folks over at Pachanga Mexican Grill some love and appreciation for all the delicious food they've cooked up for me over the years. I've gone to this restaurant at least once a week for the past 3 years for lunch, and just about every time I have left extremely satisfied and singing it's praises. I've been eating at Pachanga since it first opened in the early 90s. It has remained pretty consistent ever since. The menu has expanded a bit but, otherwise, it's the same as it was back then. It's nothing fancy but they serve decent fast food. There are numerous tables available to eat there or one can order to- go. I have eaten so many vegetarian tacos in the last 20 years that I have lost count. I also like the vegetarian tostada and vegetarian burrito. Now that I am vegan, I order my food without cheese or sour cream. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and food is ready quickly. They are also known for their selection of homemade salsas. My mom used to get like 5 of each one. All are delicious. I lived in Guadalajara, México for four years but I always came back to Pachanga when i was in town. I preferred it to what I could find there. If you're in the area, hungry, and want to eat a relatively healthy meal, stop by Pachanga. read more

This place sucks. I went in on a Sunday around noon and there wasn't anyone in there and this was my first clue to turn around and walk out. But since I was in a rush I decided to stick it out. I got a chicken taco plate to go. The lady who took my order acted like she was in a rush. As soon as I finished my order she took off to the back room. I went for breakfast and got a steak and egg burrito. The service was lightning fast, the burrito was piping hot and stuffed full. I added some of their Santa Maria hot sauce from the salsa bar and chowed down on the whole humungous thing. Absolutely delicious and no need for lunch after that.
