Finding a solid and trustworthy auto repair company is about as hard as finding a good doctor or dentist. Once you find one you stick with them forever. I found Pacific Auto Body on Yelp. I stopped by and got an estimate on the spot that was emailed to me before I made it home. I checked around at 2 other auto repair shops in the area and by far these guys were the most reasonably priced and the most considerate of my time. The repairs were completed in 4 days. Far less than the two weeks other shops told me. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work too. Hopefully, I won't be back anytime soon but I am happy to recommend these guys to friends, family and anyone looking for a reputable business. This place is amazing. The father son duo are a great team that made my experience here wonderful. I had never had to bring a car to an auto body shop, so I was a little nervous about the whole thing. When I brought my car in they were friendly and very upfront about what the costs may be and what I needed to do. They even suggested I shop around and see whom I would be most comfortable with. Just look at my Before and After photos for proof of their great work! The PAB crew were wonderful to work with. I initially emailed them about my car (including photos of my damages) and they got back to me within 24 hrs with a very reasonable quote and quick turnaround time. I researched for quotes with 5 different auto body shops to compare and PAB had the best and VERY reasonable prices with half the turnaround time. I had a long scratch and dent on the side of my car, and most shops told me it would take at least a week in the shop. The PAB team told me they can fix my car in 3-4 days. Donnie and his father (who run the shop) are sweethearts and really care about delivering for their clients. Donnie gave me a ring a day before to let me know when my car would be ready for pick up the next day. My car looked good as new! I'm so happy with the work they did (See after photo). The boys did a FANTASTIC job! They even ordered new stickers for my car (stickers are the clear protective cover for the side of your car in case rocks, gravel, etc. try to chip at the paint). Although my car wasn't ready for pick up until the morning of the 5th day, I have zero complaints because I rather they take the time to do the job right and not rush through it. After my wife got into a major accident we needed a reliable body shop to get her car fixed. Through a friend we heard about Pacific Auto Body and decided we would give it a shot. We took her car in and were quickly given a very reasonable quote. Although small, we were impressed with the look of the shop and were actually shown around so that we could first hand see the quality of their work. We were given a time estimate and were very happy to find out that it was going to done much quicker than we would had expected and being as we had to share one vehicle till the body work was finished were very happy with the quick turn around. At first I was a little skeptical to come to PAB because it had so many good reviews, I thought something was fishy. But after getting my 2000 Audi A4 bumper repaired there, I understand why there are so many high ratings. The service is great, affordable and with a quick turnaround time. The building is a little old, but all that matters is that my care was perfectly repaired and the bumper looks brand new. I have a custom paint job and they were even able to match the paint. Outstanding auto body work, they were awesome -outstanding , my Nissan350 came home so beautiful again. I asked if they could remove scratches , they did a great job my car looked like new. They made sure I was able to get my rental car . The repairs were done within a week. The last time my car was hit and needed repairs I took it to Bravo collision auto body repair off of Del Amo blvd , the work was not great , they over charged , the repairs were not that great , I had to take it back my car a few times for their. Donnie and his father did not let me down! I had tried to drop off my car on a Saturday but they had informed me that weekends are very busy and it is best to take your car during the week. Best collision/auto body shop by far in South Bay! Seriously, do yourself a favor and go here first! Very fair and honest family owned business. I went in with bad front end damage on my truck. Door didn't open all the way, wheel well apron was crumpled, hood off center, etc. Went to a few other shops in the area and either got quoted way more than my truck was worth, or was told I had so much damage it wouldn't even be worth fixing. I was feeling pretty down on my luck at that point but decided to give Pacific Auto Body a try. They were so professional and friendly right from the beginning. They gave me a very fair quote and took on the challenge of fixing my truck. I just got my truck back today and my jaw dropped, it looks absolutely incredible! Way better than even before the accident, like brand new! You would never even know it was ever in an accident. Everything lines up so perfectly and it's all seamlessly color-matched to the rest of the truck. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with Pacific Auto Body. I visited them when they were located on Rosecrans and again at this current location. Both visits I was going through insurance so price wasn't really a concern for me, but they still made sure I got the best work done at the best price. This is a family owned business and they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, even arranging transportation for me when I had none (which they absolutely did not have to do). And this last visit my bumper was very badly damaged from a collision and now it looks like the day I drove it off the lot. Obviously I hope to never need to visit a body shop again, but if I do there won't even be a second thought about where I'm going. Oh and I don't write Yelp reviews. Well, my experience matches that of most previous Yelpers--entirely positive. I needed substantial body work done on the driver's side of my car; Donnie was able to give me an estimate considerably lower than the competition because he scouted around for a used replacement door, so I decided to go for it. As it turned out, he had to put in a new door after all, but he kept to his original estimate in the final charges--very impressive.
