This body shop is a hidden gem! Took my almost totaled 2008 Honda Civic for repairs after a 3 car collision and they gave it to me 2 days before the cited date and with repairs in parts of the vehicle that otherwise would not have been covered by insurance. They worked directly with my insurance company and gave me follow up calls all through the repair process. My insurance company did not want to town my vehicle to their shop (and the process was consuming hours to get started) but Pacific Auto Body cut through all the red tape and got my car towed the very same day, After my vehicle arrived to their shop, they called me to inspect it to make sure no additional damage was done. Most places don't even care about details like that but I felt like they were looking out for my best interests. The owner and his team were very friendly and went above and beyond to get my car repaired in an expedited time frame, since I had to leave town and wanted the car to be ready before then. They also discovered that my air bag had previously gone off and therefore, did not work during my accident. At the end, they did a through explanation of all the repairs they did and compared the before and after. My car is looking better than before because of all the extra details they repaired without me asking (or insurance company paying). Very pro-active auto body shop. Any future car repairs will be done here-- will for sure be recommending them to my friends. read more

Beware Yelpers! My sister in law recently got into an accident and I tried to help her out by finding a reputable body shop in the Southbay on Yelp. I found Pacific Auto Body and considered sending her car to them since they had a special which offered 50% off your deductible, plus they had positive yelp reviews. I called several times this morning and was unable to get anyone on the phone: 1st red flag. I called again this afternoon and finally got hold of a gentleman. He told me to bring in my car anytime and that they were open until 5pm. I took time off my busy schedule and took my sisters car in at 2:30pm. When I came there the shop looked like it was disarray. They had one spray booth and probably 2 people that worked there. In addition there was no general parking but somehow I was able to squeeze in their small driveway. I was greeted by an older gentleman who said the person who normally handles the estimates is out of the office. He couldn't do anything for me. Told me to come back in one hour. One hour later I tried to get someone on the phone (before driving out there again) and nobody picked up the phone. Tried calling several times and still no answer: 2nd red flag. At this point I thought to myself, if they cannot handle the business day to day operations where someone can answer the phone and help with customers, they probably don't deserve my business. Very unprofessional. I don't how they stay in business. Good luck if you decide to give them a shot. I actually continued my search and found a very professional body shop down the street (called Privilege Auto Body in Torrance) who answered the phone, answered all my questions, went the extra mile to accommodate my requests and gave a reasonable timeframe on when the car was going to be done. I managed to bring in my car at 5pm and was helped out by the owner named Marcos. Professional, courteous, accommodating, and their shop looked very clean/ organized...which in my opinion is a strong indicator on how they will treat your vehicle and their quality of work! read more

I finally found a pair of Jeep half doors from the junkyard...they were in good shape but needed a paint job because the hinges were a different color from the door and the door paint itself was faded. I bought my teenaged sons a 1999 Jeep Wrangler to knock around in, and from the start, the hood had always been heavily dented and sporting a massive paint blister that made the vehicle look even worse for wear. Donnie and his dad put on a new hood, painted it to match the rest of the Jeep, added some new latches and other accessories (I bought separately) and then fixed a few scratches and dings for good measure. For only $350, It looks awesome.
