From the moment you make the call, you are in great hands. The receptionist is friendly and professional. Pacific Breeze services my two homes twice a year. The service is excellent. I live in my father's childhood home. It is 100 years old. This year, our 25 year old system finally quit. I called Pacific Breeze and spoke to Michael. He gave me quotes on 2 different systems. When I finally decided on which one I wanted, we were able to set up an immediate day and time to install a new one. Everardo Garcia met me, on time, with a firm hand shake and friendly smile. His crew did the same. These men, had the very difficult task of taking out the old system and putting in the new one. You can imagine a crawl space and attic in a home of this age! My experience with Pacific Breeze was outstanding. Daniel provides regular maintenance for our ac and furnace. After 20 years it became necessary to replace and upgrade both furnace and ac. Daniel help us identify the right options for our house. Fabian and his team delivered the the installation as promised. Everything was completed on time. The installation was done professionally. All aspects were on schedule. Everyone was punctual. When they finished, all equipment performed properly and the house was left in a clean and orderly condition. Our Air Conditioner went out of course when its over 100 degrees outside! We called Pacific Breeze and they came out right away. By the next day they were installing a new air conditioner. Our house is nice and cool again, just in time for 110 degrees this weekend. Everardo was the technician who installed the air conditioner. He was very polite and efficient. He got the unit installed quickly and up and running right away. He was very informative on what he completed and answered any questions we had. We have been using their service for over 10 years, our home as well as our rental properties. I can't say enough about the excellent quality of everything they service from our central heating and air to cleaning our dryer vents. Today was just another example of not only that but the honesty of tech Everado Garcia when explaining that while a replacement of a central heater is in our near future the old one will work just fine for a few years. Had a complete new A/C and furnace installed in December (we had essentially nothing before). Fantastic work all around and the guys that came out to do the work (Everardo and Helder) were super professional. Always wore masks when in the house and always showed up on time when they said they would. I was expecting the job to take at least 4-5 days with new ductwork and a complete new install, but they got it done in essentially 2 1/2 days which was fantastic. Reasonable and honest company! When I had my furnace serviced they thought they fixed the problem but it ended up not being what they thought they sent somebody back out and they fixed the problem and deducted the previous amount from my bill. Very honest with me on letting me know that even though the gas valve needed to be repaired it wasn't the thing causing our issue. I highly recommend them! Great, fast service. A/C went out. Called for a repair diagnostic, and they got a technician out the same day. Turned out we needed a new motor and fan. They got the parts and installed it the very next day for a reasonable price. Right before a heat wave as-well. Was expecting at best a week to even get some one out to look at it. What an awesome company! Very honest and professional. Michael came to my house and fixed my a/c when other companies in town just wanted to replace it. All the unit needed was a condenser fan motor which was only 10% of the cost quoted by other local companies. Not to mention they have the most reasonably priced service call around. I really have to review this company! my hvac leaked 1-2 liters of fluid. Everardo from Pacific Breeze fixed all issues. Including changing the 2nd filter (I didn't know about). Cleaning the hvac and outside unit. He moved items for access and put them back. I am very thankful. read more
