Update: They act like they want to remedy the situation and yet they do absolutely nothing.

This was our first time at this Pacific Catch location and, unsurprisingly to us, we had a great lunch. We mostly go to the one in the Sunset district but we were trying to get ahead of traffic today so we stopped here on the way back to Lodi. Service, food, vibes- everything was just as great as it always is. We both ordered the barramundi sea bass from the grill and I picked purple mashed potatoes and asparagus as my sides. The fish was delicious and the chimichurri it came with was so good with it. No notes, we love Pacific Catch!

Poke Bowl....sooo good. I actually made this out of 2 meals because it was a lot.

I ordered my comped (birthday) poke bowl and also a sushi roll. Both were super fresh and amazingly delicious. I cannot wait to venture out more in Walnut Creek.

The quality is so consistent with this location, and the takeout is fantastic. I've eaten in the restaurant a couple of times and gotten delivery at least a half dozen times and it's been excellent every time. I love how you can switch things up easily while ordering from their online portal. The options are plentiful. Tonight I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl, but changed the protein to salmon and the sticky rice to brown rice with quinoa. It was delicious! All the veggies were fresh and the teriyaki sauce is so tangy and sweet, and just the right amount. This place has it dialed in. Orders arrive via DoorDash making them easy to track and easing communication with drivers. In the restaurant I love the outdoor seating area. You can grab a spot that's tucked away from Main St. Parking is in the attached garage.

Pacific Catch has always been a solid choice with something for everyone so decided to do a fam birthday dinner last year. Great ambiance, spacious & modern, well-lit and usually pretty busy. It's a seafood restaurant but it also has meat, plant-based tofu bowls, which was much appreciated with the variety of dietary preferences my family has. I enjoyed the calamari, my sushi roll and poke taco were fresh and tasty. All of the food was well-portioned and had overall good reviews. Service was mostly ok but would have appreciated more check-ins and water refills.

We stopped by for a quick dinner but looks like this place wasn't quite how we remembered it. Started with 3 apps: poke with guac, sticky ribs and edamame. Edamame was kinda mushy, and the ribs were tender but salty. I got the 3 taco plate, family got various seafood entrees. Entrees were tasty, but service was sub par. We had to ask for refills several times and had a pile of plates, which we stacked, just left on our table. Maybe they were short staffed? Finally a gent from the kitchen came out and checked on us and bussed our dishes. A nearby table got their entrees but were still waiting on drinks. Definitely an off night service-wise.

Small Mexican Bowl with salmon

We started with happy hour cerviche trio which is amazing and big enough for 2. We split the small Mexican bowl and still had some to take home. Generous portions of fresh food. My husband enjoyed the happy hour draft beer. Don't forget to try one on the delicious desserts! The brownie sundae comes hot and is so yummy. Our server Rene was excellent! The GM Joe came by to make sure we were pleased with our food. You always get fantastic service here and it's a fun place to hang out.

We got takeout from Pacific catch and it was good. We've gone to Pacific catch before in Dublin, but this was the first time we've gone to the one in Walnut Creek. For takeout, we got the green beans which were just OK. They were miso flavored but were kind of slimy. The fish tacos were good as were the fries. The firecracker rolls were good. The kids salmon on rice with teriyaki sauce and broccoli was excellent. the shrimp salad was good . The California rolls were OK and the kimchi and rice with an egg on top was also OK. I would say everything was good to OK nothing out of this world. The prices are pretty high.

Holy frickin moly! Food was so good that I had to post 4 different pictures of the same meal!! First of all, my coworkers and I went around 11:30/11:45am on a Friday for lunch. It wasn't busy, but even if it was, the place has a lot of seating for small or large parties. It was my first time here, so I was overwhelmed with all the yummy sounding options but our server, Elfego (?), was so patient and kind. When I finally chose to order the fish tacos, I was prepared to order 3 of the same option, but he kindly let me know that I could order 1 of each. And so I did! I got the seabass, cod, and steak tacos - I did NOT expect it to be such a huge portion. It comes with a side of beans AND either a salad or fries (of your choice). I'm a huge steak person and it was great, but the fish tacos were sooooo much better, and that's saying something cause I'm not the biggest fish fan! They all had great flavor and were cooked perfectly. The texture was just perfect for me!! I'm not going to lie, before coming here, I really was craving fries. By the end of the meal, the tacos had stolen the show and filled me up so bad, I had barely touched the fries or the beans. Would definitely come here again, but I suspect I'd have a mental battle with myself to order the same thing or try something new since my coworkers were also saying their entrees were pretty delicious!

Great spot in Walnut Creek, ambulance was nice, and they even had a live band performing in the bar/patio. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. We were greeted and taken to our table right away. On the night we went it was a bit slow in the dining room, but still good service and food. For our appetizer we had the Guaca-Poke (ahi poke, guacamole, tortilla chips), which was delicious. Street parking options and parking structures in the area. The restaurant was very clean, including the restrooms. Great spot to accommodate groups of any size.

Food 4.5/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 4.5/5 We're back again as we got a one day only $6 off any bowl. What I love about this place is the food is consistently good, fresh and flavorful. Jenny, our server did a great job in establishing rapport and making sure our needs were met without being intrusive. My husband and I think this bowl is our new favorite. The bowls can be ordered regular size or large. Our bowl was one size and definitely a good meal for two to share. We love this place and are looking forward to returning soon. I recommend without reservation and encourage others to sign up their loyalty program offering points and information about specials and menu updates.

Great experience at this restaurant! Lots of wonderful seafood options and large drink menu. Everything we tried was fresh and tasty! Service was amazing! Modern interior design with comfortable seating, that can accommodate large groups. Thanks for a great dinner, we will be back!

Food: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Portion to Price: 2/5 Overall: Pretty standard fare. The extended review... Food: Luau Plate - 3/5 - Got a combo which included meat, poke, and shrimp. Can't complain about a combo of different foods to try different things they had to offer. Service: 3/5 - Standard service. Ambiance: 4/5 - A nice ambiance which is standard for this chain. Portion to Price: 2/5 - It's a wee bit in the pricy side for what you get.

No welcome in or hello from staff, I was asked "pick up?" And said yes and provided my name. I was informed they were still preparing my order-GOOD. I would've been concerned if it was ready in less time. I handed my payment card to the host, she struggled with inserting the card into the square device, as well as holding the chip over the device as well. After about 3 minutes she figured it out. I was handed my receipt to fill out. She watched as I filled in the respected lines. I did not leave a tip - as it was a up order, and service thus far was not to par. I waited for my order... 8 minutes later it was ready. Before leaving I checked the bag, order correct, but lacking my preference of soy sauce. I asked the host for more she came back with ONE packet, and tossed it in the bag I was holding. I said out loud "oh just one?" Then asked the sushi chef if they had little to go containers for soy sauce and if I could get one of those. He said yes and instructed the host to fill one for me. She did, came out and handed it to me with what I interpreted was an annoyed look. I said thank you and left. Fascinating to say the least. I guess I was asking for too much. Sushi was decent. Hit the spot. But have had better.

Tucked away in Walnut Creek, this is the perfect intimate, casual sushi spot for a relaxed date night or dinner with friends. The welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and fresh ingredients made for an outstanding dining experience. For our rolls, we ordered the Volcano Roll, featuring spicy tuna and shrimp tempura, and the Arizona Roll, made with crab and topped with seared albacore. Both were beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The freshness of the fish was the star of the meal. The seared albacore on the Arizona Roll practically melted in your mouth, and every bite had a clean, fresh taste that showcased the quality of the ingredients. The Volcano Roll delivered a delicious combination of textures and flavors, with just the right amount of spice and crunch. Nothing was overpowering--you could truly taste the freshness of the fish and the care that went into each roll. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our visit.
