Chris responded to a call over the weekend in the early hours of Sunday morning, I think it was about 3 a.m. There was a burst pipe that my oldest child notified me of. I woke up and turned off the water immediately. I looked for a plumbing company that would respond at that hour, as most companies were closed. I found Emergency Response Plumbers via Yelp. I called and had Chris answer the phone. We talked for about 20 minutes while Chris walked me through doing some minor assessment myself. He gave me the option of either himself or another technician coming to the property with an emergency visit fee or waiting until the next business day. In a household of five, with one being a three year old, I just needed the repairs done immediately and running water working as soon as possible. With multiple people now waking up and needing to use the bathrooms and no running water... I didn't see waiting as a viable option. Also, washing the three-year-old's hands has become as frequent as breathing. The kid is always getting into something. This was an immediate emergency. Chris came out, assessed the situation, and completed the repairs himself. All while answering my million questions regarding what he viewed from within the walls (the house is a little older, and I just thought since the walls were open, why not). He also walked me through all the repairs he was completing. Overall, it was great work, great service, and great patience. I ask a lot of questions trying to understand things. They are everything you want when seeking a plumber -- professionalism, competence, cleanliness, courtesy, customer care, and fair pricing. It's dirty work, but they always show up with a friendly smile and a great attitude. Christian has always taken good care of us, whether it was a ceiling pipe repair or hydro jetting. This is the second time I have called on Alex to fix a plumbing issue. I noticed water in the…read morecement box in my sidewalk where the main water valve is located. Not sure how long it had been leaking. I called Alex and he came out and had the issue fixed in a few hours. He had to dig up my front lawn to get a replacement pipe under the sidewalk and connect it to the main water valve. Within about 4 hours they dug the hole, repaired the leaking pipe, and replaced all the lawn back to its original place. Looks like they had not even been there! We had to call multiple times throughout the morning just to find out where our technician was and when they planned to arrive. Once they finally arrived, I was quoted $900+ just to diagnose the source of a leak. I told them I had already received another quote for $700 that included both diagnosing and repairing the leak. They agreed to match the price, but the situation only got worse from there. After their inspection, they determined the leak was actually related to the HVAC system, not a plumbing issue. Instead of being honest and simply referring me to an HVAC professional, they still wanted to charge the full amount despite the problem being outside their area of expertise. What makes this even more frustrating is that the source of the water appeared to be obvious. The leak was coming from the attic, and there was visible water present. Charging $700 simply to determine that the issue was related to the AC system feels excessive and unreasonable. When I questioned the charge, I was told they had "done their work." In my opinion, a reputable company would have been upfront about their limitations, referred me to the appropriate contractor, and charged a fair amount for the time spent. Between the three-hour delay, poor communication, and what felt like an excessive charge for a diagnosis that did not result in a repair, I cannot recommend this company.

We decided to go with a whole house repipe due to the number of valves we needed replaced and the age of the current pipes. The following Monday, Solomon and Danny showed up to do the repipe. After a walkthrough and providing me with the game plan, Solomon and Danny got to work. We were given an estimate of 3-4 days, but after powering through a ~12 hour day, they were able to complete it in 1!
