Matt did a very thorough inspection. Not only was he very pleasant to work with, but was beyond knowledgeable, showed up early, was patient with all of our questions and concerns and went through the report in detail, in person. The online report was detailed and very easy to review and included photos and personalized notes. There were some items that needed to be addressed by the sellers and we asked Matt to come back out to verify things had been fixed properly. He was able to come out to the property with less than 24 hours notice on the specific day and time we needed him. Matt also noticed a gas leak that wasn't there during his previous inspection which allowed us to get a brand new water heater from the seller. As first time home buyers, this process can be intimidating, but Matt made it so easy.
