I just had dinner here with my family and strongly encourage you to eat elswwhere. Not only was the resta urant hard to find, but the food was slightly above average and the service unbelievably slow. Pad Thai is a small little gem on in Santa Ana that offer reasonably-priced Thai food. As I am not Thai, I can't say that this is authentic Thai cuisine but I enjoyed the food I ordered which were the Yellow Curry with Tofu and Pad Thai with Chicken. One thing I forgot to mention when I ordered was the spice level. If you don't like spicy, don't forget to tell them because Thai foods can be a bit up there on the spice level. Bedsides that, it was really good and I can taste the curry flavors mixed with I believe it is coconut milk. That pad Thai was a little bit oily but it was still really good. The food was great! everything was well flavored - a bit on the salty side, but that's how I like my food. The pad thai was not overly sweet (different from other local thai places). The portions were also of a good size - no leftovers! I also ordered fried rice and an appetizer (calamari). This was enough food for 3 adults and 1 child. The calamari was a bit underwhelming.... it honestly tasted like chicken nuggets and NOT squid... maybe even like onion rings? they were mostly batter.... Not sure if this is doordash's fault or an issue with the restaurant, but I'll put it here anyways. The food was NOT close to ready for my driver when driver got there. Driver had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the food. I had placed the order early in the case this would happen... not sure what happened at the restaurant, so I'll leave it at that. read more

We decided to pick up some Thai food on Good Friday. Pad Thai is located in an industrial plaza. The interior is small and clean. The service is quick and friendly. Due to COVID-19, delivery is available through Door Dash. They allow customers inside for takeout orders. Our order was ready in 15-20 minutes. All items were flavorful and delicious. We ordered: 1) Golden Tofu-nothing unique. Just the ordinary deep fried tofu. The peanut dipping sauce was really good. 2) Shrimp Fried Rice-the winner! The rice is fluffy and the seasoning was on point. 3)Shrimp rolls-crispy and tasty! The shrimp is wrapped in rice paper then deep fried. Their house sweet and sour sauce is really good. Thai food is one of my favorite cuisines. This spot is a decent option for takeout. We will likely have it again next time. read more
