Breakfast Burrito & Paisita Latte where the best things I ate in LA. Definitely would recommend.

Paisita absolutely knocked it out of the park. The vibe alone is worth checking out--vinyl records covering the walls, and somehow every song they played was a banger back-to-back. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a spot that feels both welcoming and unique. I ordered the chilaquiles and they were incredible. Easily one of those dishes where you're already thinking about coming back before you finish your plate. For drinks, I got the Glory Latte and it was perfect. The espresso actually shines through, and it's not overloaded with sweetness like a lot of specialty lattes can be. If you're looking for a simple, well-made latte, this is it. And if you've got more of a sweet tooth, they've got plenty of creative specialty drinks to choose from too. This place feels like it's about to become a local favorite. Definitely a new go-to spot, and I'll be bringing all my homies from the area here soon. Highly recommend. read more

Paisita Cafe is rustic corner cafe located in small plaza that offer breakfast, empanadas and brunch as well as cold-hot drinks. They have a warm, inviting, and chill atmosphere, with ample outdoor seating and convenient parking. Menu items are modest with competitive prices. I was on my way to the beach and made a quick stop to grab a hot Latte. And it was bloody perfect--smooth, frothy and delightful. Staff were cordial and competent. A must visit in Venice! I chose this because it was within walking distance of my hotel and it was a fantastic choice. The matcha was absolutely divine. I tried it with pistachio milk, which was fun! The Pakistani latte is really delicious, rivals the lattes from many coffee roasters! Not too sweet but has the right amount of spice. The lemon twists is a perfect addition for the iced version. The avocado toast has a touch of hot pepper and a perfect crunch. read more

Stopped by for a quick coffee and immediately made note to self to come back with friends for a cute breakfast/ lunch. There is a parking lot with plenty of parking. The outdoor seating is cute and dog friendly. There is also indoor seating and the interior is also very aesthetically pleasing. They have lots of options for food, pastries, and empanadas- which I will have to try. We got the cosmic coconut and the glory which were delicious- especially the cosmic! Hash browns be hashing. Huevos be rancheroing. Cortado be cortado-ing. Paisita is officially awake over in Venice. The chilaquiles come through loud and proud, saucy, balanced, zero sog. The breakfast burrito with chorizo is savory, rich, wrapped tight, and not here to play. Pair it all with a cortado that's dialed in and doing its job properly, and suddenly your morning has structure and purpose. Paisita is off to an excellent start. Stumbled upon this place randomly. We needed to use the bathroom but were blown away by the pretty decor and interesting drinks that we decided to get some caffeine! The Yerba mate lemonade was a standout. Fresh minty and tea flavor, not too sour or sweet, and incredibly wiring with 160mg of caffeine. I discovered Paisita in 2025 and am so glad they opened in this location. Since I first came over the summer, I've been here a few times and have always had a great experience. Staff are lovely and they do serve their coffees in actual glassware, the barista just informed me on my first visit that they're in the process of getting tall glassware for drinks like lattes. The coffee here is always done with perfect latte art and the ambiance here is really cute. It's an El Salvadoran place, so they have a full menu, with things like empanadas, as well as breakfast croissants and burritos. The breakfast burrito here is fantastic. They're located within a kind of strip mall and I've always been able to get parking inside, though I generally come around 7-8 am. They have a few tables for indoor seating and a bunch of tables at the front and back for outdoor seating. No wifi so it's not a place to work remote. Would highly recommend for great coffee on the west side. read more

The food here was excellent! I would order both food items again, the matcha was the only thing we didn't love. It was made with coconut water instead of milk which wasn't our personal taste we were hoping for something more creamy, but the latte was wonderful!!! Will definitely be back. read more

The cosmic coconut drink was by far one of my all time favorite coffee drinks. I loved how you could actually taste the coconut but it wasn't completely overwhelming. I also tried one of their cookies, it was Madeline dough with a caramel center and chocolate chips, it was so soft and delicious. I don't think i've had anything like that before it almost reminded me of a muffin in cookie form? No line on a Sunday morning and friendly service. A new coffee shop has opened near Venice Beach and it is simply delightful. Paisita is a new cafe that is focusing on El Salvadoran coffee and pairing them with delicious empanadas and baked goods. There's plenty of seating inside and a patio right out front with more tables to sit at and a small patio in the back if it gets too crowded in front. The staff here were friendly and welcoming when I walked in and offered some of their favorite suggestions and I got their special "The Glory" which was a latte with dulce de leche, espresso, and cinnamon and it was sweet and refreshing and it perked me up! The beef emapanda I got was freshly made and had a good amount of beef inside and the chimichurri sauce on the side was a great pairing. The Mascarpone cake was a surprise and one of the best cakes I've had recently. It was moist and sweet on the inside and had a great texture on the outside. I would definitely order this every time I stopped by! This is a great new coffee shop in the area and I highly recommend checking it out! read more

Newest member to the Venice block, not yet even being there for a month! When you found a cafe in Abbot Kinney that had plenty of dedicated parking spaces, I bet you wouldn't dare to disagree that it's big win. The spot was flawlessly crafted, giving that slow relaxing vibe, just perfectly suited the area being close to Venice beach. Plenty of outdoor seats to get sun-kissed, as well as few indoor ones. They even had petite patio at the back. The owners were super nice and service was swift. They served plenty of pastries, empanadas, even apparently breakfast burritos. I got their Mascarpone cake and it's luscious with light spongy texture. As for coffee, I was trying to be more 'experimental', going for their 'Gloria', which was basically latte with dulce de leche and hint of cinnamon. I surely made the right choice as I loved it so much, being not overly sweet and even the cinnamon wasn't overpowering. Having them around the neighborhood was such pleasure! read more

Cute spot with both indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of easy parking, which is always a plus. I ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito along with a hot latte, and both were excellent--the burrito was flavorful and filling, and the latte was made perfectly. The barista took my order and was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy, which really set the tone for the visit. This place is cute but they took all of my lunch money and it isn't even noon yet ! Ordered one iced Gloria and Carne empanada with chimichurri . I added pepper and to my empanada and I was in heaven ! Super good ! I will most likely be back for more empanadas and probably up to even reheat them at home so they are warm when they are served at the café. I just like mine a bit crispier so would probably get one or two to go and heat them up I. A toaster oven , air fryer or directly on the wire racks in the oven ! Best chimichurri I ever had . As for my drink it was decent . If you've ever been in Menotti's and are a fan of their Spanish latte ...the Gloria was giving little sister vibes to this drink ...like the Spanish latte that has not hit puberty yet . read more

Super cute and vibey cafe in venice! Love the colorful decor and the vinyl everywhere. Decent food and coffee and love the outdoor tables out front and back. Looking at other reviews, I guess I really missed out on the empanadas. The dos huevos one camino was fine, but a little underwhelming (or maybe what else should I have expected from the description lol). The glory was good, but fyi they charge an extra $1 to get drinks iced. Service was fine and amiable. Loved that I found easy parking in its lot! Came to grab a bite for lunch and to get an extra caffeine kick. It's located in a small plaza with PARKING! Such a game changer. It's right at the end of Abbott Kinney so close enough but not in the action which is great IMO. I got a couple small dishes. The Carne Empanada, which was filled with minced beef, cheese, and what felt like some onion. It was pretty great. The crust, especially the edges, was a bit too much breading but it was delish. Coupled with the chimichurri. It was delightful. I also got the kids bean and cheese burrito. I really love bean and cheese burritos and this was decent. It felt healthy even though it was beans and cheese and it was a good size for a kids portion. Each was $6 which feels appropriate in our current situation but sadly also feels like we should be getting more food for that amount. Besides that, just got an ice Americano which was good. The service was quick and they were friendly. The place feels airy as the doors were open and they had a patio out front. It could feel a bit brighter but their design aesthetic was with dark brown woods. Overall, it was a very chill lunch and a good place to just catch up with friends. read more

They have no options for cheese at all other that cojita cheese. I asked for literally any other cheese, one that melts for a breakfast burrito, and they had none. I ended up giving it a chance anyway and ordered one. I waited over 30 minutes for my order. Literally. It took forever. Then, once I got the order, it was super disappointing. The burrito is awful and tastes gross. I was so hungry and came a long way just to eat here due to the good reviews but it was disgusting. All this waiting for nothing. Oh and not to mention it cost $30 for this small nasty bland breakfast burrito and two tiny cups of orange juice. That's it. Literally made me angry. I also got a smoothie which I think could have a better consistency (really hard to drink through a straw) but I enjoyed it nevertheless. There is a decent amount of seating both inside and outside but it was also quite packed when I got there on a Saturday morning around 10am. I definitely recommend. Paisita has a warm place in my heart. The staff are sweet and personable-- they seemed to have known a few customers on a personal basis (quite refreshing)! The chalk signs out front are welcoming and exude a well-managed, small business vibe. Inside, Paisita is full of people yet calm and quiet; the walls are adorned with art (some of which you can buy) and warm colors, giving an intimate, almost-70s vibe. The food is just as good-- we ordered empanadas (chicken, spinach and cheese, and jamon and cheese) all with a side of chimichurri (I can't recommend this addition enough). All of the empanadas are substantial in size, flavorful, and have a delicious crust-- the chimichurri offsets any heaviness and offers a slight bit of acid and another bit of flavor. For one person, 2 might be enough or 3! We also got an espresso and avocado toast. The toast looked beautiful and was just as tasty, the espresso was strong and all you could ask for. Pricing was reasonable (particularly for LA) and parking was abundant! read more
