Our first experience with Palella's was 2 years ago when I rearended another car. Our van was towed to Palella's, which is now ran by Joe's daughter Frannie and her cousin Chuck. This was the 1st time I had ever heard of them, let alone deal with them. And, I have to say... our experience with having our van repaired was awesome. Since that fateful crash, we have used Palella's numerous times - both for repairs and advise. Each and every time has been a good experience. Both Chuck and Frannie have bent over backwards to resolve/fix our problems. We are very pleased at their competitive pricing, which many times has been less than other repair shops we have used. Okay, first off thank you for getting me out of my jam. Anyways you guys remember the snow that came down pretty hard about 3 weeks ago February.....well I was doing delivery for Magico's Pizza ......anyone reading this should that place a try......however that night when there was a lot of snow my car slipped into a ditch. I was stuck and unable to get my car out. I called my insurance towing truck they were unable to get me out, said " they would take around 2 hours to get me out" i waited to hours with a cop, the towing truck didn't arrive. So the officer recommended this towing truck and said they should arrive quick, and they did not disappoint. Towing truck arrived in around 15 minutes and had me out in 5 minutes. Definetly worth it. I got into my first car accident and may have totaled the first car I've ever paid off. My car was towed to Palella's automatically. My insurance agency wanted me to sign my car over to one of their body shops and i went over to Palella's to sign my car over. The young man i spoke to was incredibly honest and forthcoming about my car's chances of recovery and how the other shop may just want to total it. I know he was trying to sell me his bit to get my business but he knew the name of the agent i would be dealing with and was honest about being willing to bend if the damage costs came too close to being totaled. I did not end up leaving my car in their care due to my insurance, but I would recommend anyone give them a call at least to get an honest opinion and good customer service. read more

In November, I was in a car accident and my car was towed to Palella's. Geico wanted to tow my car to another shop MUCH further away from where I live! Palella's convinced me to leave my car at their shop. I'm so glad I left it at Palella's. I have had no problems with my car since it was returned to me.
