Also management I would recommend doing some simple coaching with these employees on professionality and such around closing. The food was phenomenal as always, but the hurried atmosphere takes the fun out of a nice relaxing dinner out. We've been told this is at the direction of the owners and I hope they read these reviews. My guests loved the flavors. Today we decided to add more flavors to our pantry. The proprietresses were extremely helpful. We tried many flavors and flavor combinations and were given great ideas on which foods went best with them. We also found a spice blend that is flavorful and versatile. We more than doubled our existing vinegars and oils. Some will be gifts but the rest will enhance dishes from salads to desserts. If you find yourself near Palisade, Colorado, we recommend visiting this business. It has wide range of products in an attractive setting and knowledgeable staff.
