We came in about 1 PM on a Thursday afternoon. We had a coupon that was given to us by our hotel but because it's a discount off the highest tier, it's not really much of a discount. They use that as an excuse to add an 18% gratuity and then have their Machine ask for an additional gratuity. Drinks are supposed to be included but sparkling water is not so we paid $19 for two bottles of sparkling water, which was not disclosed until after the fact, the whole thing felt pretty skeezy. So they take your money out front and they take the gratuity upfront, we had three people and our bill was over $200 after the discount and we ordered nothing except two bottles of sparkling water and three dinners. Once we got in and sat down, the quality of the food has really gone down. The hot things on there buffet used to be decent but now they have black beans and plantains just simply cheap garbage. Everything was cheap. The salad bar has maybe 12 different things maybe a little bit more, they're all cheap and poorly made. They have a dish of chimichurri sitting out on the bar and they don't even know how to make it, this is a Brazilian restaurant and they made chimichurri with vinegar. It taste tasted like Italian dressing. It was Italian dressing. They brought out tri-tip several times, all of the meats were mostly medium to well done. We had to ask them to bring out sausages and then they did, those were tasty. We had to ask them to bring out the pineapple, they brought it out where they were literally carving off the core so they literally sliced us pieces of grilled pineapple CORE. So bizarre. The food quality was like a two out of 10. We've been coming here for four years, I was so disappointed, it was way more expensive this time than it was a few months ago and the quality was way worse. It really feels like they're just going through the motions. We generally bring our family of 12 to 14 people in, today there was only three of us because we got to town early. We were going to come back tomorrow with everybody but that's not gonna happen now. I'm not dropping $65 per person for golden corral quality. read more

We bought a Groupon to try this restaurant. Almost $200 spent. Terrible experience. Seated in the corner. Waitress was rude and condescending. We had the highest level/tier and wasn't even worth $20. The biggest joke was the included Mocktail. We asked for a Diet Coke instead and were denied. The salad bar was ridiculous, compared to other Brazilian steak houses. It was like cafeteria style of about 20 items. Coupon mentioned included dessert, but yet you could only pick 3 off their menu. The only good thing if the evening was the meat and the music, that was in a completely different area. We will never go again and would not recommend. Best part of the restaurant were the wait staff. The bartender especially, all very attentive. The worst part was the salad bar, very little offerings, and not turned over frequently. The meat was ok. But often burnt or dry, especially any of the pork, and definitely the chicken. The restaurant seemed moderately dirty. Our table was sticky as were the menus we were given. Finally, the mens room was filthy. read more

As a local, I don't and will not drive to the strip for lunch, dinner or whatever reasons unless I have out of town visitors who insist, and for Brazilian churrascarias, my go to are Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chao. My out of town visitors had Pampas gift cards they wanted get rid off so to the strip we went. Conclusion: Driving to the strip was a waste of time, and the overall dining experience with/at Pampas was even worse, and gave me more reasons why I don't go where tourists go. I will continue patronizing TDB and FdC, and ignore/not recommend Pampas. read more

We received a voucher to dine here. Located inside Miracle Mile Mall. We made reservations to secure our spot for the evening. According to the voucher we were responsible for the taxes and tips. We had unlimited salad bar and meats. They had live music playing so we got to enjoy a mix of old school music while we dined. Our server Mel was pleasant during our experience. It's hard to go wrong with a good Brazilian steakhouse. But they kind of did. Now.....the food wasn't bad. But it wasn't great. I am from Texas, so I just expected better. This is not a negative review, it's middle of the road. Here are the deets: It took about 30 minutes to seat us but the restaurant was fairly open. When our orders were taken we were told not to overdo the salad bar because the meat would be overflowing. Then we were told they didn't have much food ready so they brought a platter of various pork wrapped things. We had several people at our table who didn't eat pork, so the delay left them to sit and watch. The meats finally started coming and they were tasty but not over the top. My favorite dish? The Brazilian Limonada. I have never had one, but that was great! It was a bit like a frozen lemonade from Chic-fil-a with alcohol. YUM! read more

The restaurant is clean with a nice interior design. The salad bar was good offering a lot of different options. The chimchurri is a must to dip the meats in. It elevated the meat that much more. The caprese was fresh and light. The au gratin potatoes were delicious pairing well with the meat as well. The Brazilian bread and garlic bread were tasty. The pasta salads were alright. The chef's special was honestly the best thing I had that night! My favorite meat was the apple sausage and bacon wrapped chicken. The chicken was tender and juicy probably from the wrapped bacon juices and the sausage was sweet with a pack of flavor! There was a spicy sausage and they weren't kidding when they said spicy. I got a few cuts of beef, one being rare that was too hard to even cut or chew through. The cheesecake was yummy to end my birthday night! read more

Alright, we went to Pampas at 730 Halloween night and the place was dead! All jokes aside the place had maybe 10-12 tables between when we got there and when we left. We should have taken that as a sign but our friends had set this up and we didn't want to be rude and suggest we go someplace else. It is set up as a Brazilian steak house, but seemed more like an old Vegas all you can eat buffet. The salads ranged from a few good ones, a few fair ones and a lot of that produce should be replaced or that just looks unappetizing. Or main server, was attentive at first but then took a long time to get our drinks situated, or come back for a second round. The sauces that help boost the meats flavors we requested and took us asking him 2 times and finally the nice meat carver who kept hustling to our table ended up bringing it. Given how slow the restaurant was we had no idea what the main server was doing. Rico our hustling meat carver though was the shining star here. He worked his tail off covering the whole restaurant (no idea why they didn't seat the tables into one section to make the place look busier and try to drum up more business.) He would come to our table maybe every 5-10 minutes with a new meat. Ask us how we liked the ones we just had and if there was anything in particular we were hoping to taste. !8 meats is a lot to get through and we didn't stay for all of that. Even at the end Rico brought the roasted Pineapple to the table telling us we really didn't want to miss this before leaving. We did have a little and it was good but we were full and ready to go. I would say the meats varried from fair to good some lacked flavor and others were just not that exciting based on choice of cut. The sauces did help but good meat should need sauces to be palatable. Drinks were fine but nothing special and the wine list was a mass produced c-list. Our server did appear to collect the bill and send us on our way. I am not sure how this place can stay in business given the amount of exceptional restaurants in Las Vegas. I would say save your money and go someplace else. read more

Ok. We got vouchers for this place and got to experience the 3 tier feast. 1. The place was clean and very nice 2. ALL the staff were friendly and kind. Special shout out to Jose R who was our waiter. He was absolutely phenomenal. So kind, so friendly and helpful. We loved him!! 3. The food was just insane. The food was tender, well flavored. So delicious like shockingly good. We are so glad we came here because this isn't something we would usually do and now we wanna make it a staple every time we are in Vegas!!! By far one the worst Brazilian steakhouse I've ever been to. There were minimal cuts of meat and several of the ones that they had were way overcooked. The salad bar also had relatively few offerings compared to larger branded Brazilian steakhouses, and some of the salad foods appeared to have been siting for a very long time. Save yourself the disappointment by applying the money towards a nice buffer or alternative restaurant in Vegas. read more

Ah, Pampas... where you get the full Vegas experience: overpriced, underwhelming, and aggressively disappointing. Came in for the $18.99 lunch special -- what a steal, right? Well, not so fast. By the time they tacked on tax and a forced 18% tip (before I even sat down), I was already out $27.42. Spoiler: that was the best part of the experience -- paying to be disappointed. They sat me down, sent me to the salad bar (aka the "please fill up on cheap lettuce" trap), and immediately brought out the budget meats: chicken, sausage, more chicken. I stared at my empty plate for a good 20 minutes, trying to radiate "I'm not here for poultry" energy. Eventually they caught on and brought some red meat -- most of it dry, bland, and sad. The garlic sirloin? Actually decent. A small miracle. Oh, and shoutout to the guy who kept pushing alcohol on me like I was at a frat party. I said no. Several times. Apparently that's code for "ask again in five minutes." By the end, I understood why the tip was mandatory -- they knew no one in their right mind would leave one willingly. Long story short: If you enjoy paying almost $30 to be ignored, underfed, and upsold at every turn -- Pampas is your place. If you like good food and decent service? Go literally anywhere else on the Strip. read more

Came to Vegas with my family to celebrate my birthday & so glad my friend had recommended we come here for dinner! Our experience 1st started with us being able to make a last minute reservation for our group (even though the restaurant was busy when we'd arrived). We then were immediately seated in a private room close to the front of the entrance. After taking our drink orders, our Server Ana Luiza had told us about going to the self-serve appetizer/sides/salad bar & then informed us of the "must haves" to get of both those dishes & all of the meats that are going to be served at our table. The restaurant's ambiance & vibe was great, all of the food was excellent (of the 14 different meat choices, all were awesome & our favorites were the garlic & spicy filet mignon, bacon wrapped steak, grilled & fried chicken & of the self-serve dishes, you must try the cold cuts, potato balls, rice & cesar salad) & the service from Ana, the people bringing the meat dishes & the guy that made his special Brazilian rum cocktail (table side) was exceptional! We go to LV around 2-3 times per year & Pampas is now always gonna be on our must go to list for each & every visit! read more

As soon as we walked in the hostess (Hispanic girl) greeted us and was very polite and helpful. We told her it was my spouse Birthday and we wanted to celebrate with dinner. With going over the menu and what she suggested we order. Of course, my spouse had a yard drink because we were on the Strip. She was going to sit us and the white/caucasian lady came to us and stated you can't come inside with that drink. Is not like the drink was going to be placed on the table. (10/10) I went to Pampas in Vegas and even though it's known as an all-you-can-eat steakhouse, I mostly stuck with the salad bar-- and honestly, it did not disappoint ‍ Everything was so fresh and flavorful that I went back for seconds. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, and even the bathroom was spotless, which I really appreciate. Overall, it was such a great experience as well as excellent service-- relaxing atmosphere, amazing food, and super clean. Our server was really nice but sadly she was thee main redeeming quality of our dining experience. The meats were dry and overcooked, I mean severely.. The ambrosia salad was pink (see picture) with vanilla wafers in it..yes, cookies in a wet salad. There is no complimentary water, the water is for sale. Rico was amazing!!!! Sean A was amazing!! All servers were amazing!!! This place was amazing!! Love the food. They're all good!! Didn't wait that long and we were 10 in the party! We were even placed in a room of our own and they keep of asking if there any thing we need! Shelly was amazing!! You have to come here! Salad bar was so good! Fruits sweet, rice was beautiful, cheese bread was sooo good but don't eat too much before the meats coz it's really heavy, lol. My daughter loves their salami and bread. I don't have any specific choice for the meats coz they were all so good. Chimichurri went perfect with each meat selection. My friend and I received free tickets after going to one of those timeshare presentations. Our waitress was Esme and she was really sweet. The men bringing the meat out were really nice and attentive. While grabbing the meat with my tongs I lost feeling in my arm and it was stuck in mid air for a second, one of the guys showed concern and checked in on me. Everything was tasty including the salad bar... I really enjoyed the cauliflower mash with cheese... I haven't been drinking my entire trip but I had to taste the pumpkin spice cocktail that was made with a spiced rum, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin whip. there was another drink I wanted to taste that was either a cookie batter or biscoff cookie but I didn't want to push it. Went here based on a recommendation. The place was pretty quiet but it was a Tuesday night. The salad bar offers a variety of options to try along with breads, soups and entrees. We did the AYCE and were served a variety of meats such as chicken legs, chicken sausage, pork sausages, various cuts of beef and lamb. The meat was tender and seasoned well. The 3 stars are for the servers only!! They actually deserve 5. But the little pinky looking host had a very smart comment after figuring out we bought a misleading Groupon deal. He mumbled something along the lines of "like you can really get premium steak for $20 a person". And after having dinner that's what it's really worth like. This is our second time here and it was even better than the first (which is saying a lot!) we had Carla and Lee as our servers and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The food was delicious and the service was super friendly and warm, it truly felt like home. We were able to sit in a private room and enjoy the night with my sister and girlfriend while celebrating my sister's girlfriend. Five stars, we will definitely be back soon. read more

Great service and good food. This place is hard to find. Look for Gen BBq and it is next door. I want to take pictures of the salad bar so you get an idea what is included in your meal. They charge $7 for bottle water, but overall good value and selection is good. read more

While visiting Las Vegas for a quick line up of activities, I decided to add Pampas on my list of things to do for a quick lunch. The staff is courteous and professional, we were seated promptly as per our reservation however, once seated and offered drinks the service was slow. The self-serve side offerings were decent. I loved the salad and chicken salad. When they finally did start serving the meat options, they were either bland or too salty. This was my second time visiting this location while in Las Vegas, the first time in 2020, and I thought the food was good then. In addition to reach the restaurant you must pay $18.00, for parking in the lot. Unfortunately, I would not return. read more

I ate here for lunch last week. I ate at the bar. The bartender was Hailey and she is super friendly and pleasant. I ordered some top sirloin and sausage. I was able to get some sides from the salad bar. They have a lot of options. I got their salad, soup, garlic rice, veggies, plantains, and some Brazilian cheese breads. Everything was good. Well worth the money and prices are reasonable. Everyone is friendly and the restaurant is nice and clean. Highly recommend if you're on the strip. read more

I had such a great experience here thanks to Derryck. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and comfortable. His customer service was outstanding--friendly, attentive, and genuine. It really makes a difference when someone goes out of their way to create such a positive experience. derryck was bringing me and my gf food. The man has great customer service skills and made me feel very welcomed. The man is management material. Realistically, who walks into a restaurant and randomly asks to pick up an online order under the name "Nobody Jones"? Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for the experience. The Cajun seasoning on the soft shell crab was flavorful, but the crab pieces were extremely small and barely resembled soft shell crab. The sweet potato fries were cold, bland, and lacked any flavor. To top it off, the "cocktail sauce" was nothing more than plain ketchup. If you're in the mood for soups, the Beef Brisket Soup Noodle is the way to go. There's tender chunks of brisket mixed in the broth with egg noodles and bok choy mixed in. Excellent spices with that 5-spice chinese smell that hits your nostrils when the bowl is placed in front of you. One of the most awesome noodle soups I've ever had! I usually sit at the bar area which is in front of the kitchen but tables are here too. Make reservations or come early as this place does get filled up. Despite the heavily advertising and enticing 50% off coupons distributed to passerby's, the reality of the dining experience fell short of expectations.Upon entering, my party was immediately segregated to a distant corner of the restaurant, far from the lively ambiance of the music and kitchen. The promised variety of spit-roasted meats, including picanha, lombo, linguica, and roasted chicken, failed to materialize fully, with no other meats making the rounds during our visit. While the side dishes offered some redemption, with highlights like tasty garlic rice, the experience was marred by limited options, including disappointing black bean stew and the absence of promised fried plantains. Surprisingly, the standout items were the garlic rice and the well-done picanha, despite our preference for rarer steaks. Service, unfortunately, mirrored the lackluster dining experience. Despite the concept of unlimited rodizio meats, the service barely scraped a two-star rating. Drinks were slow to circulate, and the wait staff displayed a serious, introverted and unfriendly demeanor, save for one meat server who showed initiative in attending to our needs. Although the food showed promise, the slow sloth-like service and unengaging wait staff detracted from our overall dining experience. While I hope for improvement upon a return visit, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment without significant enhancements to both service quality and consistency. I had made an advance reservation for a party of 10 at PAMPAS restaurant in Las Vegas with the intention of treating my guests to an unforgettable dining experience. Unfortunately, what transpired left me deeply embarrassed and utterly disappointed. Prior to our visit, I had been enticed by the restaurant's promotional flyer, which boasted of offering more than 12 different types of meats in the Brazilian style. My expectations were understandably high. However, upon our arrival, it became painfully clear that the reality fell far short of the promises made. To my dismay, we were served only four different types of meats throughout the course of the evening. Even worse, the majority of what we received consisted of chicken sausage, which was undeniably the least desirable option. Despite our repeated complaints, which were echoed by my disgruntled guests, it seemed as though the staff were either unwilling or unable to rectify the situation. The most disheartening aspect of this experience was the fact that we were charged an exorbitant $85 in gratuity for what can only be described as subpar service. This final blow not only left a bitter taste in our mouths but also made for an unforgettable evening for all the wrong reasons. In conclusion, my reservation at PAMPAS was a letdown of monumental proportions. The restaurant's failure to deliver on its promises, coupled with the unimpressive selection of meats and the unacceptable gratuity charge, cast a shadow over what should have been a memorable night. I arrived in Las Vegas on October 8th. Once I checked in to the Polo Towers, I ordered dinner from Pampas at 630pm. My food was supposed to be delivered at 7:42pm. I literally didn't receive my food until 2 hours later. Needless to say, I was pissed. And, as I suspected, my food was cold. Turns out that Pampas uses a 3rd party called Sauces, who in turn are affiliates of Uber Eats. Pampas didn't screw up my order... Sauces and Uber Eats were the bad actors. I wrote a stinging review blaming Pampas, when it was Sauces and Uber Eats who were 100% at fault! However, my situation ended on a wonderful note. Lawrence, the Manager at Pampas, contacted me about my bad experience and apologized on behalf of Sauces and Uber Eats. He even took it further and invited me to come dine at the restaurant as his guest. He didn't have to do this, but I am so glad that he did! Pampas was more than fine dining and exceptional service...it really was an absolutely pleasurable experience! I had made up my mind to never eat at Pampas again. I am so grateful to Lawrence and the servers/staff at Pampas for not allowing a terrible situation to sour my feelings about this amazing restaurant. We're currently at Pampas, and I must say, this has been a thoroughly disappointing experience. The quality of the food is shockingly poor, with the meats tasting like low-grade cuts. The sausage was bland, the bacon-wrapped chicken was dry and flavorless, and the so-called "steak filet" had a sour taste that made it entirely inedible. Adding to the frustration, the restaurant appears severely understaffed. Only one person was serving meat to the entire establishment, while just two others struggled to manage the rest of the service. The lack of attention to both food and service is glaring. I did have a conversation with one staff member who was making rounds, asking diners about their meals. I expressed my disappointment and explained that, having visited many Brazilian steakhouses, this experience was well below par. He attempted to defend the food by claiming it was grass-fed and very expensive, even offering to bring me more. I declined, pointing out that I had no interest in more of such poor-quality food. It's evident that this place relies heavily on discount vouchers to attract customers, and the food quality reflects that. If you value good food and a decent dining experience, I strongly recommend staying away. read more

Went here for New Year's Eve, to start I felt it was super unsanitary. The sticks of meat were help about 6 inches from everyone's face while we were talking at the table. Covid super spreader on Freemont? No, covid super spreader at Pampas. Then the Shark coochie board had YELLOW cheddar cheese. I paid $400 for yellow cheese. Maybe I'm a cheese snob but I could have just had a lunchable. The all you can drink idea was nice but we had to wait 35 minutes at least between every drink. I understand that it's a busy night and y'all were overbooked but I can't be forced to leave after 75 minutes after I waited 35 minutes for one drink. It's New Year's Eve at least let me get buzzed. I will say the staff was extraordinarily nice but whoever runs the joint failed them for a night like New Years. My champagne came in a plastic cup which really ruined the Snapchat.. Pampas Steak House was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had. For the high price, you'd expect quality food and service, but this place failed on every level. The salad bar looked like an afterthought. It was small, cheaply put together, and most of the items tasted old or flavorless. Nothing about it felt fresh or appetizing. The meat was even worse. Everything we tried was either overcooked or dry. Most of the cuts had little to no seasoning, and some tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. For a Brazilian steakhouse, where meat is supposed to be the star, this was seriously disappointing. On top of that, the variety was almost non-existent. We kept waiting for something different to come around, but the same few options repeated. Service was slow and unenthusiastic. It felt like the staff didn't care whether we were enjoying our meal or not. For the same price, you could go to just about any other Brazilian steakhouse and get a much better experience. Better meat, better service, better atmosphere. Pampas isn't worth your time or money. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it to anyone. read more

A wedding party using the party room. The server first took away all the glassware.... then gave each table of 20 seats (2) bottles of water. We sat there without cups for 30 minutes staring at the bottles. Asked for cups several times. Another 30 minutes goes by without any service. We thought might as well utilize the salad bar. Did that and sat another while until anyone came around with meat. Each person that came ran out of meat by the time he got to the back of the tables. They never returned with more, either. Only pork, sausage. Then finally some tough steak. Once. That was it. A young server with hand tattoos dropped greasy meat all over my light colored dress. He apologized quickly and said, "Do you want me to get a wet wipe?" I said "Yes, please." He never returned. Nobody did. Awful. The bathrooms were a wreck. Toilet paper dispensers were in pieces and falling off the walls. Paper towels would not dispense. I have no idea how this place is allowed to operate inside Caesars Palace. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at Pampas Steakhouse in Las Vegas! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a special meal. The food was absolutely outstanding -- the meats were perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked exactly the way I like. Every cut that came to the table was delicious, and the variety made it such a fun dining experience. On top of that, the sides and salads were fresh and flavorful, complementing the main dishes beautifully. What really stood out to me was the service. The servers were attentive without being overbearing, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great time. From choice cuts of beef to sausage, bacon-wrapped chicken, shrimp, and more - they've got it all. And don't sleep on the salads and sides; the au gratin potatoes and Brazilian cheese balls were my absolute favorites. We lucked out with a BOGO coupon, which kept the price reasonable, but even without it, the experience was worth every penny. The atmosphere is vibrant and clean, with no waiting around, and the service is fast. The variety of meats parading to your table is a carnivore's dream. I'm already planning my next visit - this place is on my go-to list. We had an AMAZING experience. The food was delicious and the employees were all friendly and adhered to Covid 19 precautions with requiring mask coverings. When my friend and I were originally seated, we ended up waiting a long time before being greeted by anyone and were actually on our way out the door. The manager, Ray, convinced us to stay and gave us an experience we will never forget. The service was excellent from beginning to end. We were always attended to and always had our cups full. It is clear that the manager, Ray, prides himself on ensuring outstanding customer service. As an additional bonus for their guests, they offer a professional photo package to commemorate the experience. My friend and I truly enjoyed our time and the food. We are grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back to this Pampas. We recommend this restaurant to anyone! read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant, and I can confidently say it's the worst service I've encountered anywhere. We decided to give it another shot, thinking maybe our first visit was just a fluke, but nope--this place is a total disaster. Before buying a Groupon, we called to confirm it would be accepted, and they assured us it would be no problem. However, when we arrived, we were told, along with two other groups, that they wouldn't honor the Groupon after all. The manager was not only rude but also incredibly arrogant about the whole situation. If you're looking for good food and even halfway decent service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The constant Groupon deals and half-off specials should be a red flag; once you experience their awful service, you'll understand why they're always trying to lure customers in. read more

Came for the reviews, left confused. What a strange dated place. You could be seated in awkward small rooms with other patrons and in doing so removing the restaurant vibes. We passed and were seated in the main floor behind a band that played old rock (in a Brazilian restaurant). The food... subpar, unimpressive buffet with bland food. The black beans were tasteless and watery. Seems to me the focus is on keeping up with quantity, not quality. The maduros left a lot to be desired. As far as meats, I was offered the same circulation of 4 types, 1 chicken sausage, 1 spicy beef, 1 garlic beef, and something else. None of which I liked. I felt let down. Our bill was over 90 dollars and that's without dessert or alcohol. This place felt like a scam. Would I be back? NEVER. read more

This was my first experience but won't be my last. Although they were SUPER busy the service was EXTRAORDINARY, non-stop refills of drinks, cheeses, potatoes, shrimp, and ENDLESS choices of meat. There was strip steak, bacon wrapped fillet mignon and chicken, lamb, chicken thighs, pork tenderloin(the BEST in my opinion), top sirloin, and more...all on a skewer ranging from rare to well done. Our plates were NEVER empty. The manager Ray Donnelly stepped in and did not let us know he was the manager...very impressive for a manager to work as hard as the normal servers. Lastly, I was concerned that I had gastric bypass surgery and it was not even an issue for them to give me a discount. We had never been to a Brazilian buffet restaurant before so this was our chance to try it. I don't know anything about Brazilian cuisine to be honest so I left the ordering to the people I'm with, since some of them have tried it before. Although they still ask me what I want, but I told them to order anything and I'll just try it. We started with a Caesar's Salad and charcuterie board along with the traditional Brazilian cheese bread bites, and it was very delicious. We tried all 14 different meats-on-a-sword that come to your table, and loved them all. The inside of the restaurant is a bit warm, but it is clean. Had a wonderful experience with my family. They were able to seat us at tables next to each other (but still 6 ft apart for safety). Socially distancing makes going out with a family of 8 difficult, but Pampas made the experience great. The wait time was short (they are only doing reservations so make sure to book ahead of time). The food came out in 4 delicious courses. We enjoyed the charcuterie platter and cheese breads, Caesar salads, the 5 unlimited sides and the 11 tasty meats for dinner. It was our second time coming to this restaurant the first time coming we had horrible service and bad communication. So we decided to come try it again coming to Vegas. This second time around the food was cold and service was mediocre! We asked to speak to the manager, she was very understanding of the issue and also went out the way to go get the chef!!! Definitely one of the best Brazilian restaurants I've ever eaten at. One bummer was that they don't have the cinnamon/sugar pineapple as part of the dinner packages, however, it was available a la carte for $8 and was delicious. Not a deal breaker but was expecting it to be part of the meal packages. All-in-all, would definitely go back again. Our server, Alex, was the best server we had in our entire vacation. The server, Edgar, demonstrated commendable attentiveness in ensuring that our beverages were consistently replenished. However, the experience was marred by a limited selection of meat and the limited dedicated meat servers. The medium-rare cuts were not prepared to the appropriate standard; rather than being medium rare, they were closer to rare. My husband and I have dined at numerous Brazilian restaurants, and regrettably, this establishment fell short of our expectations. My family was referred there by my time share location we stayed at for my daughters 21st bday celebration and immediately turned off when I arrived as they had a different promo than the one I was there for. Then no one came to take our order for 20 minutes. However, the Manager, immediately made up for it with her warm smile, professionalism, and flexibility with the menu, as my eldest is vegan and just wanted the unlimited veggies. in conclusion , it was a mediocre experience turned good.
