House Salad, Pão de Queijo (Cheese Bread), cornbread ,sweet beets, pasta salad were some of the sides
    Paul J.

First time coming, but definitely won't be the last. Atmosphere was amazing, beautiful restaurant situated in the Miracle Mile Mall in Las Vegas. Brandon our server was exceptional, explained the concept to us and no so as we finished getting our sides the meats started . Everything was delicious, flavorful and fresh. And it continued until you flip the card to red .From filet, to shrimp, to roasted pineapple. And don't even get me started on the sides. After we needed a nap Brandon our server told us not to forget the desserts but it was no room . 10/10

Where are all these meats?? We paid for 21 and got 5

We went last night while in Las Vegas and it was awful! First off we paid for the 3rd tier of 21 meats that costs $69 per person and they kept coming around with the same 7 meats! We were offered (I wrote down every meat I was offered) the picanha, shrimp, lamb, spicy beef, bacon wrapped filet, tri tip and chicken legs that was it for the meats, I asked for sausage and was told they only have 2 sausage yet on the menu there are 4 different sausages and I paid for 4 different sausages yet never got any! I really wanted to try the coconut chicken also but again never got it. Why would you let someone pay for 21 meats and only give them the same 6-7 over and over. They came to our table 4 times with shrimp even though we said we don't eat shrimp, twice with lamb and twice with the picanha and once with the other meats I mentioned. Also the meat was tough, I had one piece of the bacon wrapped filet that I could not cut, even my husband tried and nope it was just all gristle. The salad bar didn't have any of the hot foods on it, they did bring us a small bowl of white rice and black beans when we were almost done and a thing of cinnamon plantains that were disappointing they had zero flavor. Pão de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) is my favorite thing ever and here it's not even good, it's way to chewy and they put a garlic butter on it which changes the taste completely also they had some out that was a lighter color so I tried it and had to spit it out it tasted like baked flour and that's it. On the salad bar the macaroni salad they had is literally just the Reiser brand that you buy at the grocery store that the doctored up a bit by adding some carrot and bell peppers but did have a BLT salad that had bow tie pasta that I did like and it actually became my dinner because it was the only good thing there. We have been to tons of Brazilian style steakhouses (churrascaria) and were excited to try this one in hopes we found another in Vegas we liked but I would NEVER go back.

There are different tiers of meat options which is nice if you are on a budget - I went with a group who offered us the lower tier that included the basic steak, chicken legs and some sausages. I have been to quite a few Brazilian steakhouses and the food came out very slow here - the steak I tried was pretty tough as well. It was not that memorable nor will I necessarily need to come back with so many options around the area. The salad bar was okay - my favorites were the plantains and the Brussel sprout salad. I didnt try any of the alcoholic drinks so I cant review those. I think each person was $40 which is reasonable but you don't get much food.

Pampas is a typical Brazilian steakhouse where they bring the protein on skewers to your table. The food was good, the salad bar had a nice variety of cold salads. There was also a few hot dishes including black beans, chickpea stew and rice. Everything was good but pricey. You can choose from 3 tiers of protein, each tier has a different price. The more you pay the more variety. I thought the chicken and turkey were a bit dry, nice flavor. We went at lunch time and had tier 3 (highest), $60. The skewer servers were very good. They came around often and asked if we wanted anything special. The decor was typical for this kind of restaurant. It was kinda dark inside. It's a nice place, but be aware of the cost. $130 for 2 at lunch with iced team to drink. I will give them 3 stars. For the cost I expected more.

Came here off a promo just to try it out, and honestly... I see why it was free. The best part of the whole experience was easily the salad bar. The sides, especially the rice and beans, were actually solid. That's about where the positives stop. The meat? Not good at all. Felt like we were getting the worst cuts they had. Dry, tough, and just not flavorful. For a place that's supposed to be known for meat, that was a big letdown. Service and atmosphere were fine, but that doesn't make up for the food. If I had paid full price for this, I would've been even more disappointed. Overall, cool concept, but the execution just wasn't there. I wouldn't come back.

My family and I love AYCE spots, so going to a Brazilian steakhouse while in Las Vegas was at the top of our list. We went during lunch hours (only $37.99 as of August 2025!) and were immediately shown to our table. When the servers came out with the meats, we all got each of them to try them out. Highly recommend their top sirloin and tritip; The meat overall didn't taste exactly like the best quality, after the first few tastes it started feeling dull, but it was still really enjoyable. Shoutout to the Asian server with the piercings! Would come again when I'm walking through Miracle Mile.

Well everything went great. We got a free dinner here. Haven't been in a really long time, it was delicious. They have a salad bar/buffet, that has different types of veggie salads, pasta salads and fruit salads. They also have a hot section where they may have stuff like rice, beans, soup, stew, mac and cheese, plantains, or cornbread. You get a plate for that and then an extra plate for when the servers bring different meat to your table, like steak, tri tip, sausage, chicken, pork, lamb etc.. It was so good we came back the next day and paid that time. It's a bit expensive, but it's Vegas... You will enjoy it for sure, come hungry.

Pampas! Had dinner at Pampas while visiting Vegas, and if you're a fan of Brazilian steakhouses, this spot is worth checking out. It's located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, easy to find and great for a group dinner or date night. The meat selection was top-tier. We had everything from filet mignon (bacon-wrapped options too and delicious), to lamb, to a variety of sausages, all well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The staff came around often with different cuts, and we never felt like we were waiting too long between servings. The salad bar and hot sides were a nice bonus, plenty of fresh options, cheese, roasted veggies, and Brazilian classics like black beans, rice, and plantains. Definitely more than just filler. If you're in the mood for all-you-can-eat quality cuts and a solid variety, Pampas hits the spot. Ask for Olivia (server), she suggested some fantastic libations!

We decided to try this place because it was within walking distance to our hotel. There's also a Groupon offer that was a good deal for two people, and came with two mocktail drinks. We were seated quickly and did not have to wait long at all. They also had live music performers in the main room. The food was good and the quality was OK, nothing particularly extraordinary. The salad bar was just OK, but we came for the meat so I didn't try too many of the salad bar options. As for the service, the waiters are very quick to offer all kinds of meat options. But the best part was our server Rico! He was so sweet, kind, and friendly and always reassured us that, "he'll be back". He definitely did not disappoint and made it such a comfortable and enjoyable service.

    Dry unflavored meats

I had high hopes for Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse in Las Vegas, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. We were gifted a dinner with drinks and we were excited. While the service was actually very good with the staff being attentive and friendly the food completely ruined it for me. The meats were absolutely horrible. Most of them were dry, tough, and tasted so bad. Honestly, my husband compared it to leather shoes lol. For a place that markets itself as a steakhouse, that's unacceptable in my eyes. The cheese breads were the best part but that's horrible to say considering most people come to eat meat. We were a party of 4 and all had the same exact reaction. We had 4 cheesecakes for dessert and I hate to say that the disappointment continued. Why would they serve freezer burn desserts is beyond my comprehension I guess but even that was disgusting. Save your money and go somewhere else if you're looking for a true Brazilian steakhouse experience because this location is just not it on quality. Great service can't make up for terrible food. I don't care if it's Vegas or not.

Stale chips, stale bread, sad salad, flavorless beans
    Sarah S.

The fact that this place has such high ratings is borderline suspicious. I went here with coworkers after a day at a conference. I am a vegetarian, so definitely not the intended demographic, but none of the other four people in the group enjoyed the experience either. The salad bar had a selection of breads, salads, chips and dips, and a couple of hot dishes. The garlic bread was okay, but the pão de queijo (which I grabbed two of because I normally love it) was stale like it had been sitting out all day. The tortilla chips were likewise inedibly stale. The bean dips were extremely bland and unseasoned. I added salt and pepper but they still weren't worth eating. I went back for a second plate, hoping that the potatoes or other dishes might he more flavorful, but everything was about the same. I can't speak to the meat, but everyone who did have meat left just as unsatisfied as I did. The one positive thing I can say is that the staff were very friendly, but I can't even say that the service was particularly good or attentive. There are plenty of great options for dinner on the strip, so avoid this one!

    Rico is the best!

    Do they have seafood?

Yes! we are currently offering a lobster tail accompaniment to our Rodizo service, fried shrimp, and our Fire Salmon Entree! See the full menu at https://pampasusa.com/menu/

How much does it cost now for lunch and dinner all you can eat? And does the menu difference between lunch and dinner?

Dinner is over $70 with tax. Lunch is over $40 with tax. And then there's the tip. Basically the same menu. I thought the whole thing was way overpriced for what was served and the quality and service was weak.

What's the meat menu for lunch or dinner?

Kids under 12 is half price.

Im buying from Groupon, does a 4yo pays in full?

Hello, thank you for reaching out! Kids under 6 years old eat for free. Bring them over!

Does the Unlimited Rodizio include sides and salad or just the meat?

Thanks for asking! The unlimited rodizio includes the meats as well as the sides, so salads, charcuterie, etc. Our full menu on pampasusa.com/menu has those listed as well.

If we have a Groupon for lunch, do we just bring the voucher/code with us to the restaurant? I made a reservation online but didn't call and mention the code. Is that ok or do I need to do anything else? Thanks for your help!

Sorry for the delay Cameron! Yes you just bring the voucher and show us the code so we can apply it to your bill. You're good to go!

What is the updated phone number?

Our phone number is still 702-737-4748, however we've had the Internet company updating our phones so that's probably the disruption. Checking with them now!

What is the charge for an 8-year-old?

50% off the menu price for lunch or for dinner!

I looked at the prices. Are there any options that do not require you to take out a second mortgage on your house to eat there?

Glad you asked! We have a couple of deals available. On our homepage at www.pampasusa.com you'll find a current special, and on our Groupon page we have lunch and dinner options for two and four people. No refi required!

What does the children's menu look like & what is the price for an 11 year old?

Our children's menu is going online soon, and consists of half off the regular rodizio pricing, as well as a $9 Kid's Choice that gets either chicken strips or picanha sliders. Both come with fries, fruit and juice!

Is this restaurant kids friendly, and is there a children's menu? Thank you

Yes and children are just little people We do have a children's menu…

What is the charge for children? Aged 3 and 5

They are free with the adult purchase of the rodizio lunch or dinner we do have a children's menu…

If I make a reservation for 3:30pm, will we have the full time to dine or will we be asked to leave at 4pm since that's when dinner starts? I noticed that the dinner has different items and was wondering how this would be handled.

Frank you are in luck If you come in at 3:30 and are still eating at 4 PM you get all the dinner meats also…

It took 20 minutes for us to get seated, no big deal, just surprising for a fine dining establishment. Especially since the dining room was half empty. Once seated they tried to put us at a small little table by the bar, we asked for a different table and they understood right away which was great. We had fun watching them try to seat people at that little table and every one of them asked to be moved. Once seated we ordered the Parmesan scallops and bread service. Yes, you have to pay $10 for bread service. Amazing when your spending $300+ on dinner. No big deal when you're talking $300 for dinner, just silly. The scallops were fine, no need to order them again. Drinks were solid and fast. We then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for a medium rare steak and 1 crab cake. We weren't in a hurry, but felt crazy for how empty the restaurant was. The steak was ok. $78 for a dry aged NY steak. It was a bit dry and bland. The crab cake was really good. The star of the meal was the jalapeño au gratin. It was SO GOOD. The only thing I would recommend from here. Had a few bites of the steak and decided we would just rather leave. Took FOREVER to get our check and boxes. Can't imagine how bad service would've been on a busy night. It was half empty and still we waited. Overall it's not bad by any means. If you don't frequent fine dining, it might be good for you. For a $300+ tab, it just wasn't worth it. Our server was really nice. Not his fault the meal took so long to come out, he wasn't cooking it. We skipped desert just because it took too long to get our meals. With so many amazing options in Vegas for a nice meal I would skip ocean prime. It's fine, just not worth the price.

I paid in advance and even left a generous tip because I appreciate good service. Since I was working, I sent one of my employees to pick up the order. The online ordering system stated my order would be ready at 8:37. Despite arriving at the estimated pickup time, the order still wasn't ready, and he ended up waiting. When the food was finally ready, the pickup experience became even more frustrating. My employee was asked for ID before they would release the order. While I understand businesses have policies to protect customers, the way the situation was handled was unnecessarily rude. He was spoken to as if he had done something wrong and was told, "Next time, make sure you bring ID." What made this even more frustrating is that the order had already been paid for, including a generous tip. Realistically, who walks into a restaurant and randomly asks to pick up an online order under the name "Nobody Jones"? A simple confirmation of the order details or a more courteous explanation of the policy would have been much more appropriate than treating my employee like he was trying to do something dishonest. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for the experience. The Cajun seasoning on the soft shell crab was flavorful, but the crab pieces were extremely small and barely resembled soft shell crab. The sweet potato fries were cold, bland, and lacked any flavor. To top it off, the "cocktail sauce" was nothing more than plain ketchup. Overall, between the delayed order, the unpleasant pickup experience, and the disappointing food quality, this was not an enjoyable meal. I expected much better and was very disappointed.

Food is something I think and yearn for until I come back. The seasonal oysters are better than the big ones they got. We usually get a spice of level 6. Nothing crazy but nothing bland. Ambiance changes based on who you sit next to. It can be chill and quiet but one time, there was a loud man who was fibbing amuck. He made this intimate 16 seat oyster bar into a comedy show. So yeah, depends on who you sit with. The people in Vegas are always so interesting.

We waited in line for almost 2 hours, but somehow it didn't even matter once we got inside. The second we sat down, our food came out in what felt like 2 seconds. Everything was hot, fresh, and seriously delicious. Every bite lived up to the hype. The chefs kept everyone entertained, cracking jokes and making the whole experience fun while they cooked. You can tell they love what they do, and it really adds to the vibe. The wait is definitely long, but now I understand why. Great food, great service, and an overall unforgettable experience. I'd happily stand in that line all over again!

It is comforting to see excellent service and a customer-first attitude result on longevity in the hospitality sector. This is a theme with the Park MGM and in a town like Las Vegas, there are many choices for employment, seeing so many of the same faces every time we come back speaks volumes for the leadership here. All this capped by the fact that Park MGM is a smoke-free resort, so you won't feel like you are licking an ashtray between bites. Yes, the food was spectacular. My go-to for Chinese take-out is General Tso's chicken and I avoided it here for a long time for that reason. I shouldn't have. The chicken was juicy, delicious, appropriately sauced, and had a touch of flavor I haven't identiifed yet that differentiated it from any I have tasted before. Even the vegetable fried rice, which you expect to be a simple side, competes for first billing with fluffy perfection, excellent, and (amazingly) the freshness of the scrambled egg! The house knew it was our anniversary and we were presented with a celebratory mochi sampler that was a perfectly balanced ending to the meal. If you love Asian food, you owe yourself this experience. Tell Saul we sent you.

I arrived back in early March, 2026 and this spot is still around and kicking it with delicious asian eats off the Vegas Strip. Located in the Park MGM, this is one of the few restaurants in Sin City that lives up to the price points. In 2024 when I came here, I remember having the red light potstickers which were freakin money! The spiciness from the chili oil with the scallion/ginger garnish and the texture of the dumpling made this one of the best appetizers on their list. Sadly I did not see it on the menu this time which made my heart sank. Fortunately they had a Xiao Long Bao dim sum available (soup dumplings) which come steaming in the bamboo steamers. Not to mention great taste as well! For entrees, my two recommendations are the Drunken Beef and the Beef Brisket Soup Noodle. The Drunken Beef is tender and packed with spiciness from the red chili with tender noodles, egg, thai basil, bell peppers, and sprouts. A very succulent noodle dish! If you're in the mood for soups, the Beef Brisket Soup Noodle is the way to go. There's tender chunks of brisket mixed in the broth with egg noodles and bok choy mixed in. Excellent spices with that 5-spice chinese smell that hits your nostrils when the bowl is placed in front of you. One of the most awesome noodle soups I've ever had! I usually sit at the bar area which is in front of the kitchen but tables are here too. Make reservations or come early as this place does get filled up. Cannot recommend this place enough; it's part of my rotation whenever I'm in Vegas!

Looking on Yelp for ideas in the area, we came across Luke's Lobster. After walking around, following maps to find it, we FINALLY found the little shack outside of New York New York. It's outside on the corner of the streets if you're looking for it. We ordered the lobster flight. This came with 3 small lobster rolls in different flavors: original, truffle and hot honey. My favorite was the hot honey. I like the sweetness of the lobster and the honey together with just a tiny kick to it. They were all good though. The man who helped us was friendly and prompt. We ordered and he told us he would bring out the food once ready. So we found a table nearby. It was maybe a 10 minute wait, so not super long. He brought out our food and we enjoyed every bite. I would recommend checking out Luke's if you're in Vegas and looking for some delicious food. There is plenty of seating around the area. Will definitely be back.

It was really good, even though I had no idea what to expect. Don't let the small space fool you, they do an awesome job. There was so much lobster, and it came with chips and a craft soda. Considering all that, it was a great deal, especially compared to the prices of other places on the strip.
