My party of 12 had reservations set for 7pm. It started out good. We were seated early and received waters right away. That is where the service ended! We never saw our waitress again. We had to ask for different meats, no drink refill, no desserts, and NO SERVICE. I spoke with both host and a manager. We never received an apology until I went to speak with another table. This place doesn't look like much in Vegas but I PROMISE it is such a great deal - honestly probably one of the best deals in vegas by far for AYCE. You can always find a good deal for Pampas on groupon or pro-tip: from the street vendors on the strip selling deals. I've been here a couple times now and the latest time I think the deal was for $15 AYCE lunch, which is a phenomenal deal for a Brazilian steakhouse. Customer service from start to finish was extremely UNDERWHELMING, as well as the "buffet" side. We are accustom to going to Texas de Brazil and Galpao Gaucho so our standard was pretty high. I suppose if you've never had a Brazilian steakhouse this would do just fine. Sadly, we won't ever return. The ambiance, upkeep of the facility and "buffet" needed attention. The restaurant is an experience if you have not previously been to a Brazilian steak house. The Rodizio service, when they bring the meats to your table, is unique, particularly considering the number of different meat dishes they have, i.e. filet or chicken wrapped with bacon, lamb, top sirloin, tri tip. We found many of the meats overcooked. However, the tri tip was wonderful and is highly recommended. The salad bar is inclusive and a great way to start a meal. The atmosphere is comfortable, the decor average, the service was good but not excellent. Drinks are expensive. The basic price of the meal is about $67 per person not including drinks, dessert, etc. They serve bottled water which is ~$7.00 per bottle. Overall, it was good, a nice experience, but I thought it was overpriced. You can go to a fine steakhouse and order a prime steak with sides for less although many of the patrons seem to have vouchers from various hotels, presentations, etc. Overall, it was a good restaurant with a unique niche, but not great. If you love meat, this is the best way to go. Brazilian Churrasco is the best if you have a great place to go. My family, friends, and I had a great experience celebrating my son's 23rd birthday! The head chef came by multiple times to check on us, the owner came by, our serving staff was awesome...what else can I say about their amazing team? On top of that, the food was amazing. They did change some things though, which were actually good. They serve all the food to you, including the salad bar stuff. And if you want more of anything, they are quick to help out. The meats were tender and juicy, and all the salad bar items were equally as fresh and delicious as well. I was sad they ran out of hearts but, they are very popular. Also I think my only suggestion would be to have mint jelly available for the lamb. Other than that, everything was awesome. There were 26 in my group and they accommodated well. The food here is just okay. My party and I dined here using their deal on Groupon and reserved our table in advance before coming in. Despite the reservation, we were still seated about 20-25 minutes after our scheduled time (and we arrived 20 minutes early). The best part about this place was the bread and charcuterie, but otherwise, everything else wasn't anywhere near impressive. The meats tasted bland and at times, were over cooked and dry. I had a great server whose name I unfortunately wasn't able to catch, but she was super kind and attentive. There was a point where our party was waiting so long for meat to come, and she was able to check in with us to make sure it got to us. My friends and I had an awesome experience here last night! We used a Groupon for the Rodizio Dinner and we were pleasantly surprised how hassle free redeeming it was. Our server Bryce was very attentive and informative. He explained the various meats that were being served as well as the great value drink specials ($20 all you can drink beer for an hour!). We thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried but the cheese bread and the tri-tip really stood out! We waited for a bit to try the spicy filet mignon and mentioned this to one of the meat servers, Shawn. He let us know he would bring it right out to us and within minutes we were enjoying it. This restuarant is located in the Miracle Miles area on the strip near Planet Hollywood. We got there to the parking lot parking is about $15. We had purchased a Groupon for two people for their lunch. We had reservations at 1:45, but we had came earlier. It did take them quite a while to seat us. The inside Decor has these beautiful wooden pillars, with beautiful Sleek designs. We were seated by those cute little robots. Once seated our waitress introduced herself and explained how it worked and how they would be coming around the table. We did do the $20 unlimited drink special which offered mimosas, beer & wine. We decided on the mimosas, they offered pineapple, orange juice and cranberry juice. Our favorite was the cranberry juice. So at most Brazilian steakhouses they have the salad bar as well as a few hot items. Then the meat comes. The people wall around the restaurant with big skewers of meat and slice it fresh for u. You can request how you want it cooked and they can accommodate that. So meat quality was great. I loved the top sirloin, chicken and the sausages. The salad bar was abundant. Brocolli salad had great flavor but was over cooked and a bit soggy. They many options for salad and veggies. I loved the pickled peppers. The chimichurri sauce was delicious. The seafood salad was basic nothing special. The bread had great flavor and buttery. I would of preferred them a bit warmer. The rice was our favorite out of everything. The beans were decent. Now for the meat: the top sirloin, chicken, pork loin were our favorites. The chicken bacon would of been better if the bacon was cooked a bit more in my opinion. Sausages were good as well. Had friends visiting from Hawaii for the weekend and I flew in from Orange County to help celebrate his birthday. We were a group of 8 and we decided to do Brazilian for the birthday dinner. Reservations online was easy. But that's was pretty much the best thing I can say. Giving 2 stars is pretty generous considering the over experience was not a good one. Eating here was a lot of work for for us and costing us $62.99 per head. When I say work, I mean we literally have to constantly call our server, constantly call for more meat, constant reminding them to refill our drinks, give us extra napkins, refill the salad bar with clean plates...I can keep going, but even writing this is a lot of work. I hate writing bad reviews m, but being is customer service for over 30 years, I expect feedback from our customers to help improve our selves and help improve our business. With that said, here are a couple feedback for improvement. 1) the manager of the restaurant should pay close attention to his staff. Too much talking amongst each other and they are all huddled up at the front, why the restaurant was a pack houses! If there was no manager, maybe you should look into one. Someone that can managed and lead the team to ensure all patrons are being served and assisted. 2) have a system in place on how the meats are being distributed. Some tables are constantly being attended too, some no so much. In our case, our table was constantly being passed up where we kept asking our server we need more meat. 3) there was someone attending to the salad bar, but doesn't seem to care that the dishes are dirty, the small metal containers to put sauces and salad dressings in were extremely filth and greasy. I asked the guy if he was suppose to put out some clean ones, he walked away. There were no spoons for the soup, I asked another server and all he said is wait until they stocked up the spoon holder. I was like, "so you're not going to get me a spoon because I should wait for someone else to fill, and again, he walked away. What is up with everyone walking away?? 4) when our server asked us if there is anything we need, We asked for more napkins, more meat and more water. Well, the server said, yes of course. We waited and nothing. Why asked if you can't deliver. We eventually got the napkins after asking two more different people. We finally got more water when we asked someone else after 20 minutes of waiting. Overall, never coming back. Not for $62.99 a pop. Pampas's selection of meat was great. We came for the $39.99 lunch menu and they had a special where it was get one lobster, get another for free for $29.99. I got orange juice and they charged me $7 for it and it was less than 16oz. I had no idea refills would be charged another $7. This was not my first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse, but last night was my first time at Pampas. What can I say..as a Vegas local, it was fantastic. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it. We both had a soft drink, he had the lemonade, and I had the classic brazilian lemonade, and it literally tasted like a keylime pie in a glass. (I need to find that recipe..lol) Our personal favorite was the lamb with the lamb sauce. It was so good that we're still talking about this morning as well as the spicy filet.
