We came for the first time here for our daughter birthday, she wanted dumplings but the fancy place she wanted was too far lol. So we ate here. We got fried rice, noodles, green beans and dumplings! All the food was excellent! Service was fast too. Last time I had dumplings this good was in Frisco china town. We are definitely coming back again.

Soo packed on a sunday! U kno its delish!!! I was able to get a table walking in no wait right before the rush of ppl came. Soo busy! But attentive and friendly staff. Food was delicious l, good for group of 4 and under $100. Got 3 types of dumplings, string beans, fried rice, and walnut shrimp to go. Parking is plenty since its in a plaza. Next to freeway.

Service was terrible. Waited 45 minutes. A group walked in and set at a corner table, their name was at the end of the list. Other groups before us saw that and were shocked. The staff did not do anything to correct this. Next they announced if anyone wanted outside seating.. everyone just went in random order. My husband and I got upset cause they did not ask in order for the people who came first. It just getting worse after that, after we sat the groups that were after us got their order and food first before us. We noticed that they got their condiments as well. When we asked for ours, the came back with to go soy sauce packet and plastic mini chili oil. What is up with that? They really need to work on the service... we did not feel welcome at all. Such dissatisfaction. Food was delicious! I give it that from it's only saving grace! The shrimp fried rice, Dan Dan noddle, xiao long bao, & steam beef onion dumplings were wayyyyy better than din tai fung. Also the chili oil hit differently and added flavor with all the dishes.

Def a busy little spot but the wait wasn't long. They have a lot of different type of dumplings to choose from: steamed, pan fried. The soup dumplings are my favorite the flavor was really good. The hand pulled noodles are a must try, they were delicious. The food came out so quick and was very flavorful.

We came for Sunday lunch. I'm on a vegetarian intake for one month. Loved all the dishes. Dumplings, cucumber salad, hand pulled noodles and vegetarian fried rice. The place has about 20 tables. I enjoyed the Chinese music in the background.

Green beans, they are sooooooo good!

It was a 45 min wait for 4 people so you know the food is good! I've been to din tai fung and LOVED their soup dumplings and green beans! These are on the same level, handmade by two ladies that you can watch. For 4 people we ordered soup dumplings, egg rolls, chicken fried rice, green beans, salt and pepper shrimp and shumai which came out to $100 with tip!!! You could NEVER get that deal at Din Tau Fung! Definitely coming back!

Pros: Good location with ample parking Lots of options on the menu from xiao long bao and shu mai pan fried dumplings were fried well interior seating was spacious Cons: The green beans were overcooked and a bit soggy Too much star anise in the beef rolls Pro tip: Enjoyed trying this place, but found the food to be just average. I will go back and try some other items.

We were on our way back home and decided to stop by our favorite dumpling house PAN for dinner at around 4pm. We also had brought COCO our Samoyed puppy with us and they have outdoor seating available for her... OUR FAVORITES to order... SPICY BEEF NOODLE SOUP: 10/10 It's not too spicy in my opinion which is great for people with acid reflux like myself. The flavor is intense. PRO-TIP: Try ordering it with WIDE HAND PULLED NOODLES for an additional $2.50. It's worth it! DAN DAN NOODLES: 10/10 Me and my husband keep devouring this dish like there's no tomorrow. It's so good. So so good! CUCUMBER SALAD: 9/10 my favorite. It's refreshing and crunchy. They do put a lot of garlic and cilantro though... BEEF & ONION PAN FRIED DUMPLINGS: 10/10 It's so good that my husband ordered another one to take home! SERVICE: A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The lady was amazing. She even gave Coco a cup of water. Great service here! It does get busy so we went inside to ask for Togo boxes and paid at the cashier. AMBIANCE: 9/10 It's a nice spot for noodles and dumplings to enjoy with your friends and family. Could also be a cute and simple date night. We enjoyed the Sunset at around 4:30pm... ROCK ON PAN DUMPLING HOUSE!!!!!

If you want good dumplings in the Riverside area, come check this place out. Be ready to wait a lil bit, they're usually busy, but the wait goes by fast if you choose to sit outside. I ordered the iced pinapple green tea which was super delicious! We ordered the cucumber salad as a refreshing appetizer. I usually like to order the spicy beef noodle soup, which the broth was pretty bland, and not so much beef. The volcano shrimp was great, and so were the beef onion steamed dumplings -- highly recommend. They're usually pretty quick to bring the food out, so you won't be waiting for too long. Come check them out

good food, terrible service. their waiting system is very unorganized. We waited over an hour outside waiting for our party to be called come to find out they crossed off our name on the list. We stood right outside the door the entire time and no one called for our party of 2. Then when we asked the workers they tried to say they called the name multiple times which is false. The food was very good and flavourful. we ordered the string beans, beef chow mein, xiao long bao, and chili wontons. Food came out hot and fresh which i always appreciate. Portions were also very generous. If it weren't for the miscommunication at the beginning, i would've rated higher ‍

Beef noodle soup was great. Bold deep flavor, perfect salt level, medium spice, tender meat Wish there was a tad more noodles though Cucumber salad was nice and fresh and crunchy, had a soy and vinegar sauce. Feel free to add their chili oil to it. Decently good portion too Weekday lunch time was about half full, no wait. Dinner times get crowded and was like a 15 min wait around 730/8pm

Seems to be a popular spot. When we arrived at 11:08a, the plane was almost half full. By the time we left about 45 minutes later, there was a waiting line... hand made dumplings made fresh and in front of you (if you go up to the window) by two ladies that you can tell are very skilled in their Dumpling wrapper rolling and pinching... The dumplings were flavorful, steamed hot , you can also ask for them boiled or pan fried ($1 extra)... And the Tonkatsu Ramen was flavorful as well... My only gripe is that they don't seem the dumplings to go so you can cook them at home! But they say it's all the two ladies can do to keep up with the dine in customers - maybe someday! It'd be nice to drive to Norco instead of OC or LA...

This spot has both indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the szechuan eggplant, wontons with chili oil, and xiao long bao dumplings. The portions are big so the dumplings and wontons were filling. The eggplants was also decent, ordered it with less spice. The service was a bit slow, the food took awhile to come out. Overall, the food portion was good for the price. The food was decent but nothing was special. I would go elsewhere for dumplings instead.

I didn't even bother to write a review at that time, but had submitted five photos, some good, others not, that told the tale. So this time, with some trepidation, we gave them a second chance. Glad we did. This time was different. Two dishes, the black bean ribs and the salt & pepper pork chops, turned out great. Not only did they have good flavor, both dishes were quite generous and meaty. And if we had stopped ordering right there, I wouldn't have had any reason to drop a star. It was the dim sum that almost ruined it. The siu mai (8 pcs) were small and oddly fishy tasting, lacking the traditional aromatics. One bite and I knew there was no way I would continue eating them. No reason to bring them home either. Was I willing to just throw away my $13? No. Disappointed, I bravely told the server, and then, the manager. I got a "deer in the headlights" response, followed with a "what's wrong with it" query. Awkward moment. But, minutes later, the server returned from the back kitchen, and the most miraculous, unexpected thing happened. She said they would take it off my bill! Honestly, I was not expecting any resolution. But in wisely doing this, they frankly rescued the situation and my attitude. I respected that one gracious gesture. So, while the siu mai will still never be anything I order here, there is a vast menu to explore, and a few dishes I already know will not let me down. Two of these were from our first time, the char siu baos and the shrimp with scrambled egg. These were good. That said, this is a decent business that proved they wanted my business. We will come back.

Tonight we got their mixed meat and shrimp over fried noodle. Absolute love this dish. Packed with flavor and not too salty. Also got their eggplant with tofu. Surprising this dish was quite delicious. Not too salty and quite savory. Totally get this again. Usually we get their eggplant with garlic sauce and it's quite filling. It's truly generational for our family. This place holds so many memories and such a special place in my heart. It's part of the heart of Corona. The service is always warm and welcoming. The ambiance has that classic charm with old-school booths and beautiful brick architecture -- which makes it even more meaningful to me because my grandpa actually helped put some of that brickwork in when he was alive and working in construction. And the food... so, so good. Especially on a cold, rainy day -- their soup hits every time. If you're local and haven't been, this is your sign to go support a hometown staple.

It took about 40 minutes just to get our drinks and have our order taken, and then another 50 minutes for the food to arrive. I politely asked several times when our food would be coming out. The restaurant was not very busy and there were several open tables, so I wasn't sure what the delay was. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, one dish came out, and a few minutes later the rest of the order arrived. Unfortunately, the server also brought the entrée I had clearly canceled when placing the order. I explained that I had canceled it, but she insisted that my mother had ordered it. I calmly told her that I was the only one who spoke and placed the order--my mother hadn't even asked for anything. She continued insisting that we keep the dish because it was already made. When I politely declined, she pointed at my mother and said she had ordered it. My mother responded that she hadn't even spoken. At that point, the server raised her voice and became aggressive, saying we had ordered it and had to keep it. Her attitude shifted completely from polite to confrontational. We remained calm and did not escalate the situation. Eventually, when she realized we weren't going to argue or cause a scene, she took the dish back and walked away. That reaction was completely uncalled for. Additionally, I observed something else that was concerning. A group of African Americans and Hispanic men came in, and there were about four tables open at the time. They were told they had to wait 40-50 minutes to be seated, while other guests who came in after them were seated right away. From what I witnessed, it felt discriminatory based on how they were dressed. That was very uncomfortable to see. At the end of the day, this is a business. We can't pick and choose who gets service. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. This is my personal experience and observation. I won't take away from the fact that the food was delicious, but the customer service was awful and the delays were absurd. If a restaurant is busy and the food is this good, there should be enough staff scheduled to provide proper service. Because of the service experience, I will not be returning.
