There was quite the wait when we came, but they accommodated us quickly. Service overall was pretty good. We had the beef pancake roll, xiao long bao, and the eggplant dish with rice. It fed our group of 4 really well. Every item was tasty, seasoned well, and served fairly quickly. Of all the restaurants in the plaza, it is the most popular and you can have a long wait for larger groups. But I feel it was worth the wait. read more

Here's what we ordered (for 4 people) when we visited for the first time a few weeks ago: * Wide hand pulled noodle ($11.99, 5 out of 5 stars): this was our favorite dish that we ordered. The wide noodle was thick and the chewy texture of it was amazing. The sauce it was served with provided a good spice kick as well. * Spicy beef noodle soup ($12.99, 3.5 out of 5 stars): this beef noodle soup was just ok. The "spicy" broth of the soup was more sweet than anything else and had a little too much cinnamon flavor for us. * Beef roll pancake ($9.99, 4.5 out of 5 stars): this was another top 3 fave dish of ours. They roll out the pancakes in the kitchen and you can see them doing it from where you are seated. Very tasty beef roll pancake dish. * Glass noodles in chili sauce ($7.99, 5 out of 5 stars): this was our other top 3 favorite dish of the meal. Be careful with the oil splatter of this one though! It got all over my shirt, but it was worth it - so delicious! * Cucumber salad ($5.99, 2.5-3 out of 5 stars): nothing special here. I will probably order the string beans next time. * Wonton with chili oil ($9.99, 2.5 out of 5 stars): nothing special here either - will try the other wontons or the xiao long bao next time. This is my second time here. The dumplings are good. Ive not eaten many dumplings but these taste good and are presented in that cute box thing. The inside is chill, nothing fancy. They have an open kitchen so you can see everyone working while you're eating. The only things I really disliked were these cold glass chili noodles I got on my first visit, and the wonton soup. I think i just was expecting something else with the chili noodles, they didn't not taste good or like anything at all, a full plate had gone to waste, my girlfriend nor I could force ourselves to eat them. And on our second visit we got the cucumber salad, Xiao Long Bao, and wonton soup. The cucumber salad was very nice fresh and a large amount for the price. The xiao long bao was also very tasty and filling. The wonton noodle soup was honestly the most worst soup I ever tasted in a long while. The crazy part about it was that it had NO TASTE AT ALL. We added a bunch of soy sauce (for the salt ya know?) Still tasted like water. And the noodles were very strange and were clumped and did not hold any flavor of any kind at all. It was a struggle to take a bite and swallow the noodles just because of how flavorless it was. We had to leave it and unfortunately a whole bowl went to waste. The wontons however in the soup itself (only 4 wontons were in the soup) were actually tasty and held flavor. We ate all those. If I were to come here again I wouldn't try the soups and or noodles due to my experience. The service is quick and very helpful, we knew what we wanted but we always like to ask our waiter their favorite dish, and the suggested dish did not disappoint, which was the spicy wontons!!! Genuinely the best dumplings I have ever had. We love the soup dumplings and I always really enjoy the shrimp and pork dumplings in the spicy oil. You can watch the workers hand pulling the noodles which you can definitely taste in the quality when they reach your table. We have also gotten the fried rice which is very good. I first saw this restaurant on Instagram then quickly googled Yelp. Y'all!!! The reviews are not wrong on here! My friends and I (total of 6) ate lunch here after ziplining and we were hungry!! We ordered a lot of food, and everything was so delicious!!! I'm talking Din Tai Fung, Michelin star delicious, without the Din Tai Fung prices! And the portions? OMG, huge portions which was so great! I don't remember all the names of everything we ordered, but I cannot even pick out a favorite because everything was just so darn tasty! Not only is the food good, but customer service was also great! Our waiter always came back with water and extra napkins. They didn't judge either when we asked for 6 forks! The restaurant was clean and bright with some tables outside. There are ladies making the dumplings live which is so awesome. I would definitely, 110% return to this restaurant! We had heard good things about Pan Dumpling House and decided to take a drive. We're glad we did. Pan Dumpling is fast casual, sit down Szechuan restaurant. It is very modern inside, with lots of sparkling quartz tables. We were seated immediately and had menus and water glasses very quickly. I've posted pictures of the menu and of an overhead shot inside the restaurant, to give an idea of the expansive interior. Since we were in a dumpling restaurant, we started with some Pork & Cabbage fried dumplings. Btw they can also be served dim sum style, in a steamed basket. I spotted the Szechuan Chili Won-Tons on the menu and had to order that too. Wow. Both were delicious, but I really enjoyed the won-tons. LOL, it's been awhile since I had them. For our entrées we went, with the Mongolian Beef and Chicken Kung Pao. The beef was moist and flavorful, while the chicken had some nice heat. Both reminded us of other great meals we have had in the past. Yum. The great thing Pan Dumpling is that they can dial up or lower the spice to your individual taste. The only surprise was the absence of any Szechuan peppers. They normally balance the flavor and the fire coming the spices, but oh well. First time eating here and all my wife and I can say is wow to food and WOW to the terrible customer service. They all should invest in training staff to be more friendly and courteous. They all act snooty and down right rude. They act like they're doing you a favor. I guess the old saying, if the wait staff is rude, then the food will be good.
