Well this place came up on my search for breakfast this morning. Well I was surprised... it is actually an Indian food Restaurant that just started to serve breakfast. (Odd huh) Well, I walked in here just to make sure it was breakfast and it was. It definitely smells like I'm about to have Indian food but we still gave it a try. Katelyn immediately greeted us and Informed me they had just partnered up with a breakfast company and have about 2 weeks doing breakfast. There was just one table inside occupied. We sat down. (It great to sit quickly when you have a toddler) our order was taken by Katelyn. We had a cup of coffee, orange juice (FRESHLY SQUEEZED) AMAZING , a coke and we all got water! Service was great by the two waitresses there. Very nice and communicative. Food we ordered -French toast (better than expected) great portion for one person!! -breakfast burger with fries huge and really good according to the hubby (asked for egg on the side) Overall it was good food with good flavor... a big plus on the coffee yes it was just a house made coffee but it was good! I gave it 3 stars not because of flavor or service but because we waited a long time for our drinks.... As well as our food. I understand they just started doing breakfast but they only had two tables mine and a different guest. I would understand a bit of a wait if they where completely packed. We will be back and I hope it's just a faster service. Definitely trying a different dish when I go back. Try it out ... don't get discouraged when going into the place... Not sure how busy this place would be on a Sunday morning I went ahead and made a reservation. The restaurant has plenty of seats but lacks the appropriate number of support staff. We arrived at 9:40 didn't get to order till 10:15 and didn't get our food till 10:45. Considering that there weren't that many guests dining in the restaurant it was a bit frustrating to sit there with our hungry kids just waiting. Kids ordered hot chocolate and after they got up and went to the bar to check on the status, literally 40 minutes later we were told they don't have hot chocolate mix. As for the food, everything tasted amazing. 5 stars for the presentation and taste. read more

May have been the Sunday rush but service felt a little short of the amazing food reviews. Don't get me wrong the food was good and resonated with the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it took over 15 minutes after we were seated to get order in and about another 10-15 for food to come out. That wasn't the issue food was worth the wait but the service just did not seem up to par. I would definitely return another day that perhaps didn't have so much demand. Pancake is a hidden gem! The service was professional and upbeat! The chicken sausage, cheesy egg toast, omelette, and cheese blintzes were so good! The chicken and waffles need a rehab (obviously not made fresh). I was really surprised by the cheesy egg toast because there was fresh onion and tomato in the mix that really brought a punch to my pallet. The cheese blintzes are the best (sorry grandma!) and they should seriously consider changing their name to "Blintzes". They're not too sweet and packed with fresh strawberry and banana. The portions were plenty and can't beat the prices for a weekend brunch. Full bar, great ambiance! I will definitely be back! read more

To start: I'm giving plus 1 star for great service. If you chance this place, Molly is a very friendly and attentive wait staffer. And yeah, that makes this a 2-star review of the place itself. We were the only guests for our entire visit. Hmmm... The music was "This is Spinal Tap" loud despite the sea of vacant tables (I asked Molly if she could turn it down and she did; more points to her). If you like country rock, you'll love their rather one-dimensional playlist. The menu is adequate for a place of this size, say about 17 dishes plus standard breakfast sides and a variety of beverages. I chose the biscuits and gravy over blueberry pancakes on Molly's advice. I was not impressed. Ample serving size, but so what when you don't enjoy the first bite. Industrial doses of Tapatio did not hide the blandness of the gravy; the biscuit was fluffy and not dry, so there's that. The taters were pretty decent: sprinkled with what looked like paprika or, more likely, turmeric. My wife chose the mushroom and potato blintzes. She's a lot less critical than I am, but she said her to-go portion would need some livening up to be tasty next morning. That says a lot right there. The ultimate test: we'll be hunting for other local breakfast haunts rather than returning here. read more

This review is going to be brutal as this establishment started out with two strikes against it! First, who offers a breakfast and does not offer decaf coffee? Can we get serious here? There are people who medically are not suppose to drink caffeinated drinks. We had an 80+ year old with us who is one of those people. When he asked for decaf, he was told "we don't have decaf, we only have Folgers." News alert, Folgers has decaf, it comes in the green container, they sell it everywhere!!! Just get one of those one-cup brewers that makes a cup of coffee in 3 minutes if there's not enough business to keep a pot going!!! Then, I am a diabetic. I asked for a sweetener. Here it comes ... I HATE Stevia ... I mean I have a revulsion to it. And I am not a fan of Splenda. What do you suppose I was given? I have been drinking my coffee with Equal (aspartame) for 40 years. I am now accustomed to how my coffee tastes with aspartame ("the blue stuff"). However, I can also get by happily on saccharin, "the pink stuff". The latter been in our American diet sine the 60s!!! Those of us that have to use a sugar substitute have learned to like our coffee and tea with those, not "the yellow stuff". I can buy generic "blue stuff" for 1 cent a packet at Smart and Final! Generic "pink stuff" for less than a cent a packet! Why in the world, when coffee is the most coveted part of any breakfast, for most of us, would a restaurant only offer 1 sweetener? There is a reason most successful restaurants offer you all four sweeteners and sugar in that bowl ... they know how important it is. Then when the food is served to us, I start looking around the table and there is no salt, no pepper! With that, I was done. The food as it was delivered at this restaurant was fine, not spectacular, not amazing just, 'fine.' OK, I will even give it "good." And I want to state again the service was great. But I won't go back. After all of the above, this is one of those establishments that requires you 'piece-meal' what you want to eat. E.g. You order your pancakes for $X, then you order your sausage for $X, then you order hash browns for $X, then you order your coffee for $X ... want an egg? Yeah well it's $X EACH too ... I gave up before I looked for a bread options. And of course It's all absurdly expensive for what you get. For some reason restaurants seem to think that piece-meal'ing justifies high prices. I truly don't mean these people any ill will, I am just keeping it real. There are breakfasts offered all over the area, one location right there in the village itself, that are just as good, and offer more food for two-thirds the price. I could go on, but I'll just close by saying there other establishments that focus on you leaving satisfied, rather than impressed, as this one seems to be concerned with. read more

We ordered the Prosciutto Benedict and it was fantastic. Eggs were perfect and sauce was on point. Biscuits and gravy with potato Biscuits were soft gravy's texture was good and it was savory. Ordered the Dirty Chai Latte which is chai and expresso mixed together. Interesting mix chai was the dominant flavor. I added a bit of sugar to balance because I like a little bit of sweet to mine Over all experience Tyler was fantastic he really listened to my needs and delivered fantastic suggestions. The food was very good but the service was absolutely terrible. We made reservations over a week in advance for 3 people. When we got there they seemed annoyed we had a reservation, sat us down and threw a QR code on the table saying "We're busy use this to order". So we did. Two people stopped by and asked if we ordered with the QR code, we said we did (can't they check this?). They brought the first plate with pancakes and dropped if off, but we had no napkins or silverware. Had to stop someone for silverware, they never brought us napkins and we had to get up and grab them ourselves. I ordered coffee and it never came, even after asking twice for the coffee after ordering it. At the end we asked for them to take the coffee off the bill, 10 minutes went by and they said they were still trying to figure it out. I just paid the $4 for it and got a to-go cup (it's terrible coffee. Another review said it's Folgers and that seems about right). Any time we asked for anything (coffee, silverware, napkins, etc) the staff acted like we were annoying and gave a huge sigh. They kept saying they were busy... but it's a small place and most of it had emptied out by the time we left. Most of the time they were standing around chit chatting with each other. I would not recommend dining here unless you wanted to be treated like crap. Even the great food isn't enough reason to give this place another try in my opinion. read more

Made reservations a week in advance for 10:45am to celebrate a friends birthday. Arrived at 10:40am and was immediately notified that the kitchen was closing in 3 minutes and we had to hurry up and order... all while still standing by the front door. Not sure why they allowed a reservation to be made at that time. Very disappointed because I really wanted to eat here but we won't be going back. Food was good, with a beautiful presentation. Decor was very nice with a modern-looking bar. Unfortunately, service was very slow although the tables were half full. We walked in, a party of 3 adults, at about 9:55. Two were served (breakfast burrito, avocado toast) at 10:32, the third (prosciutto Benedict) wasn't served for almost 10 min. later. Maybe not all their staff was in? When we left there were several tables sitting covered in dirty dishes, etc., with no one looking like they were about to bus them. Can't rate the food because while they take reservations up to 10:45am, their kitchen closes at 10:50! If you are even a few minutes late, you won't be allowed to order. But also, what kind of restaurant expects you to place your order within 5 minutes of sitting down. They clearly need to adjust their reservation system. Needless to say, our Sunday brunch plans were ruined when we ran 5 minutes late for our 10:45 reservation. Think twice before making a "brunch" reservation. read more

Who shutdown a kitchen 30 minutes before the posted closing time? How does this place survive by operating just 3 hours per day? What is it a cover for? It says there is a restaurant at night ... never been there because it's not open. A bar ... but doesn't serve alcohol? Something doesn't add up. The pancakes are great. The hashbrowns soggy. The Applewood smoked bacon may have been old, not tasty. What bothered me most is the rude woman that came in behind me and went in the kitchen and stood and talked over my food with the cook.
