I have been eating here for 2 decades. Over that time they have taken credit cards with the old stripe scanners, to cash only for a while, to now tap your phone. What I like about their new system is I do not need to get a paper receipt. Paper receipts are unnecessary trash. Of course the food is great. Today I had one chile Verde taco and two carnitas. The chile verde was so good I wished I had two of those too. I used the restroom and it was super clean. The staff is nice as always. Ordered via DoorDash. Food was fine for a cheap Mexican spot, but they are absurdly stingy with salsa. We ordered multiple items and requested salsa with each one in the app, yet only received one of each salsa for an entire group of people. The only reason we had any at all was the so-called "salsa bar" option, which was clearly not intended to cover multiple orders. If we hadn't done that I don't think we would have received any salsa at all. Most Mexican places at least throw in chips, but here you have to pay extra and they are not even good. The worst part, though, was the guacamole. It was completely rancid. The package was puffed up and the guac was literally fizzy, which is beyond disgusting. I was thankfully able to get a refund on that, but it should never have been sent out in the first place. Complete lack of quality control. This place is not a hole in the wall. Initially, we assumed take-out based on the location in a tight strip mall. This place is bigger than it looks from the outside. There's a separate dining area in the back. I ordered one fish taco...should have ordered another one. It was decent. My son ordered a burrito and the Hubs ordered a wet burrito which came with rice and beans, a great value. Was really yummy. The salsas were very tasteful. I ordered two breakfast burritos. One with chorizo and the other was steak. Place was super clean. Staff was super nice. It's big inside. This is a solid taco/burrito joint. If you can stand the heat do yourself a favor and get the habanero salsa!!! The Cali burrito is good but not as good as Tigres so stick to the quesadillas and tacos. And get the habenero salsa!!! Sooooo good! I have been coming here for almost 4 years now! The food is clean and delicious. I don't get fat or gristle with my carne asada. They always have the bar of salad, carrots, Limon's and radish full. A friend has been telling me to give this place a try, and while the two Carnitas tacos I ordered were fine they seemed to lack seasoning, the salsa had no flavor at all and at $3.50 each I felt they were over priced compared to other street tacos available in the area. Staff was nice and friendly but the lack of flavor made it just an OK experience. Probably won't be going back anytime soon. read more

My family of four stopped in to panchos tonight expecting a quick and tasty dinner, yet what we got was complete shock and disappointment. We ordered four burritos, brought them home, and proceeded to eat. At the second bite into my wife's carne asada burrito, she bit into a metal bolt and washer approximately 1/3" in length. Luckily she noticed it immediately and spit it out. It goes without saying that the rest of my family stopped eating the food. We called the restaurant and explained the event, and requested a refund. The girl who answered said she would issue a refund if I could come back to the restaurant. I drove back, and was amazed to find that the employee and manager on site refused to issue a meager $28 refund because the owner would not authorize it. A full refund was my only request to resolve the issue. They took a photo of the bolt/washer and texted it to the owner along with my name and contact info. I waited at the restaurant for a response, but nothing changed. I've worked in restaurants and the food industry in the past and I've never encountered such lack of concern for a serious public health issue. Not to mention the repercussions this might have on their reputation. We will be following up with the public health department to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

Perfectly adequate tacos. Decently filling, not too expensive, and decent enough tasting. On the flip side, there isn't anything to really distinguish them from any other competent taco. So if you want tacos and you are nearby, going here should not be a disappointment. But it also isn't going to be a revelation. read more

So we came for order, they are so friendly when they take to the order, the tall guy take each order so careful and give a specify number , good job man. You can park outside, parking 15 mins on left side in front of building . You are ok on right side I guess for a long time parking :). They are fast and quick. Our order was little uniq but they take care of it so well. You can sit inside and outside 2, also they have side spot for anything you wanna eat extra:). We've been living in redondo beach for a few years now and we always head to Inglewood for tacos. We were in the area and decided to try this local Mexican spot. The prices were standard and it had a nice little vibe to it. My gf ordered a breakfast burrito and I got an Asada burrito. The food came out quick and was very hot. Both items were flavorless. They had no seasoning or anything to make them pop. We tried adding the salsas they had but it didn't help. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that wants authentic Mexican food. After the first bite the next 4 didn't have any until the very end, and never was there a normal amount. I'm not a fan of spending $9.00 on what was ultimately a bean burrito.
