This place is horrible! I've eaten allot of Chinese food in my life [56 yrs old] but nothing like this place! And the fact that they have the name gourmet on their boxes is a joke! I ordered the double plate with two entrees and two sides, got orange chicken and a spicy chicken along with chicken fried rice and chicken chow main, first off I couldn't even tell which chicken was what because they were both brown in color, no orange color whatsoever! The meat was dry and hard and I couldn't even eat it! Why oh why do I keep going back to this place! By the way this has nothing to do with the pandemic, they are consistently horrible. I ordered online for a pickup of 6:00. I arrived at 6:00 and waited considerably longer to receive my order. My first mistake was in not checking to make sure my order was right and the second, going there in the first place. When I got home one plate had only chowmein and I ordered 1/2 and 1/2 so no rice for my children. I had also ordered Kung pao chicken and received dry braised beef instead. The amount of food we had on our plates would not have feed a child. There was 3 small and I mean small pieces of beef in my beef and broccoli. Not one of the staff greeted me or dared smile, pretty obvious that they did not want to be there. The manager ( I assume it was by the black she wore) let me know they were waiting on the rice with no smile or apology for the wait. Typical Panda food here. Sometimes you get the crispy, fresh stuff, sometimes you get the old, soggy stuff. One thing you will probably always get if you're going during mealtimes is a long and super slow line. The employees seem to put more of an emphasis on the drive through customers than the in-house diners. At dinner time, I've seen up to 3 employees working drive thru with only one working the regular line, this I don't quite understand. Pro tip: Always get your food in a to-go container whether you're eating in or taking out. They always pack more into the styrofoam containers over the plates. read more

I love Panda. Like a lot. But this particular PE is pretty lame. The food is often sparse. If your favorite dish happens to be available, it will most likely be dry and lukewarm. Even around peak meal times there isn't a lot of the entrees out which I think is weird. Even if you make it before the rush. Not to mention the last time I went here I got orange chicken, but some of the pieces were beef! Not dark meat, but cow. Now I don't know about you, but my fave part of visiting Panda is getting the tea. I always get the largest cup possible (it's huge!) because it's just so tasty. I cannot say on here the horrible things I would do to get a stash of their teabags. But this store's tea is always really warm. I don't know if they're constantly brewing more of the tea every 15 minutes or so, but I don't like having to add so much ice that it waters down the tea a lot. Not to mention by the time I make it back home with my grub all of the ice is melted. And during my last stop in they didn't have any sugar, super annoying. The drive-thru menu is easy to follow which makes ordering go quicker so the guy in the lifted truck behind you doesn't become inpatient and revs his diesel engine. Once you pull up to the window, your order comes out surprisingly quickly--Unless they have to replenish a dish. Other than the addictive walnut prawns, the rest of the food is average. What I got was burnt pot stickers and fried rice instead of white. Every time I go through this drive thru I have sat in it for at least 25 minutes each time no matter if there were a lot of cars or not. Pros: -You can use a receipt survey code on every visit to get a free entree. -Fast walk-in service (I don't use the drive-through.) -Food is fresh. -Employees are fast and friendly...mostly fast. Cons: -Sometimes they are out of a particular entree for the day if you go later at night. -Very poor selection of entrees, no variation, same thing all the time. -Food is bland. Keeping in mind that Panda Express is fast-food it really isn't bad. I never use the drive-through which allows me to see exactly what I'm getting. For those that are unhappy with the drive-through service I suggest parking your car and walking in. It doesn't take much extra effort and you are sure of what is going into your container. My biggest complaint about Panda Express is that the MENU NEVER CHANGES! They hardly ever offer new entrees, and never offer new sides.
