Haven't eaten at Panda Express in a while...took my two kids out tonight...and just about everything we ordered was dried out and tasted like chewy dog food...I remember the orange chicken being really good here...they've gone way downhill! One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I ordered a bowl from there and got the wrong thing, I then went back to ask if I could get a refund and order the right thing. What I was meet with was a lady blaming me saying I ordered it wrong, gave me tons of attitude, and made me feel like I'm wasting their time. I said I probably ordered it wrong but it was not what I wanted, through this whole experience the lady was arguing with me when I was not arguing with her at all. On two different occasions I was first in line & WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO START SERVING ME. On those two times the staff served some one over me like I did not exist and let them cut. Also I am a vegan now, this happened a while ago but I thought I would let you all know. One time I had chicken here btw (forgot which chicken) it was very chewy with lots of fat, couldn't even chew it. It was like rubber/silicone & I had to SPIT it out. Love Panda Express! I have tried quite a few of the menu items on a once a month or so basis. Nearly always consistent and delicious. The only times we weren't pleased was when they didn't include a sweet and sour sauce for egg rolls when we asked for one. Just small inconvenient stuff, a simple mistake, nothing serious. I have to downgrade my rating, because they have really been screwing up my orders lately. I go thru the drive-thru 1-2 times a week. At least half the time, my order is wrong. No sweet and sour sauce, no utensils, "bottom of the barrel" chow mein, food that tastes burned... By the time I get my food home, it is too late to have them fix it. I called and let the manager know, but they didn't seem too concerned with what I had to say. They didn't even offer me a "freebie" until I asked for one. Ordered catering late Monday for early Tuesday pick up, and they have another big order. Cabai, the manager, said they will take the order, but can only promise a time 15 minutes later than when I want it picked up. The next day, they called me early and said my order is ready. The only way they are getting any stars are because they had great customer service (Chloe - 5 stars) but their food is old, oily, and very plain. I haven't been to panda express in a while... Last night I went through the drive through, ordered and received the wrong meal. I discovered it later and had to go back, stand in line and request what I originally ordered. Later my daughter wanted Panda, so I we went through the drive through, ordered, and didn't receive part of the order. She had to go inside, stand in line and request her items. The people were wonderful about giving us what we originally ordered without question- but good grief!!! Something is wrong with either their system or their workers if we had mistakes twice in the same night over an hour apart. Maybe there should be a no wait line for order mistakes!!! read more

I am so irritated with this location . I order 4 egg rolls and wait 26 minutes in the drive thru and the lady at the window was like" well hey at least you know it's fresh"........... are you kidding me? That is Her response... it should always be fresh. If the car ahead of you takes longer they should have the common sense to have the car pull forward and let the next person get their food. Having never been to a panda express hasn't sure how it worked exactly. When asked if we knew what we wanted we asked about the ordering process and was told to let them know when we knew what we want and had the employee promptly walk away without even acknowledging our question. I always condone going to a local or independent place over here, because there is many to choose from, but Panda is very reliable, quick and easy. I like the honey walnut shrimp and how the chow mein noodles are thinner and not too incredibly greasy. They really don't have too many vegetarian options though :( something they need to work on. They have no clue what they're doing here. Nothing was prepared, and they quoted me a time to wait for my food, which actually doubled because they started serving the food I ordered to other customers and ran out. She claimed she had a rush, but only about 10 people came in. That's no "rush" in my opinion. No wonder this panda has poor ratings. read more

Sometimes their good and sometimes not. Went through drive-thru and never got our sample, she almost forgot one of our drinks, she forgot to give us our fortune cookies and she forgot an entree which we had to go back for. We're glad we checked before heading home but we will not be going to Panda Express for a while, not the first time drive-thru messed up either.
