This is my second visit and it will be my last at this location. My first visit was during their grand opening. They were super busy and had us pull into the parking lot to wait for our food (no problem) when we get home open our food the noodles were so greasy we couldn't eat them. Everything else was fine so we chalked it up to it being extremely busy. Ok. Second visit. I go in and order the honey walnut shrimp, chow mein and rice (just in case) and it was horrible. I threw the entire meal in the trash. The chow mein was really greasy (again) the honey walnut shrimp was soggy to the point of the breading falling off. Rice was dry and flavorless . I have gone to this restaurant maybe 6 or 7 times since it opened and there is always a problem. I can't remember a single time that they had my first choice available. I always have to make a second choice. Today I wanted an egg roll and string bean chicken, in an la carte box. Right off they tell me no egg rolls, so I substitute rangoon. Pull up to the window, they charge my card and THEN tell me that the they are just now making the chicken, and ask me to pull around and wait. I really didn't have the time, but I did. After 15 or 20 minutes, when no one else was in line, I drove around to the window again to ask where my food was. She was very frustrated with me but said she would bring it to the drive-thru window. This still took several more minutes and 2 people. Although I had specifically asked for no plastic bag or utensils, I had gotten both (which are now wasted). I will not be back. The food was acceptable. read more

We've been there a few times since they opened. They are pretty good considering they are fast food Chinese. We've tried their mushroom chicken, teriyaki chicken, chicken n green beans, sweet fire chicken, orange chicken, broccoli beef, honey walnut shrimp, fried rice, lo mien, vegetables, and egg rolls. The main dishes were all pretty tasty and we would order them again. The sweet fire is most like a general tsos. The mushroom and green bean chicken are healthier options especially I. U get it with just veggies. Overall this a decent additional fast food option, which offers some tasty healthy options. My only concern is that as their business dies down from their initial opening that their food quality dies down since they pre cook the food. This has become a weekly quick dinner for us. I ordered the shrimp with walnuts it was delicious , crisp and very fresh. It was also the only dish I ordered that was actually at the temperature it was supposed to be served at. Everything else was just lukewarm. I also had the chow mein, chicken and green beans, and the Angus beef. All of the flavors were delicious. I like how they mixed vegetables in with the various meats and the chow mein. More complex and interesting flavors then the average Chinese restaurant. I will be back. Ok food but terrible service. At their best, the drive thru is incredibly slow. Most of the employees don't smile or speak to you other than to tell you the total and request a donation. Tonight's spectacular service included them not telling me until after I'd ordered and paid for my food that they didn't have any ready right then, so at this point I had no choice but to wait "a couple of minutes" for the food I'd paid for to be ready. 12 min of sitting in my car later, I went in and had to ask for them to hand it to me ( it was just sitting on the counter). Their customer service and food is great! I always get fried rice, Beijing Beef & Orange Chicken. They greeted every customer that walks in which I thought was very welcoming. Only problem was that we had to wait a bit because some of their food wasn't prepared. Other than that, everything was great. Would come back again! read more

Serving line out of 5 entrees at 3:45pm. I understand this time is in between meal times, but smaller portions can be prepared to serve the customer. Server Indu seemed like it was a bother to serve me. I had to wait for about 10 mins between the time I entered until the food was ready. Customer behind me had to wait about 10 mins for their food also. Service is just as important as the food served as you know. Would the Cheng Family be proud? read more

How can you have only unsweetened tea with no way to sweeten it. I've been to the Broad Street location a few times and they offer both sweet and unsweetened tea. The Cashier at Staples Mills site, when ask about something to sweeten tea just replied that the tea from the fountain was sweet. If my companion had wanted the fountain tea, they would have gotten it, and not ask about the brewed tea. Not sure if we will return to this site, even though it is just down the road from work. Rather drive the extra distance and receive the better service. read more

So happy Panda Express has come to my area. I always get the 2 entree plate with 1/2 mixed vegetables an 1/2 fried rice. My favorite entrees are the honey walnut shrimp,Beijing beef and orange chicken. Another thing I like about this place is the staff. I have noticed they hire clean-cut young people of all nationalities. What I am about to say will make some people angry, but when I go to a restaurant and the staff are covered in tattoos and have piercings all over their body, I lose my appetite. Sorry, but I do! So far, this has not been the case at Panda Express and I enjoy going in there to grab a bite to eat. The food is delicious, fast, and economical. The only down side is the drive through. I always have trouble communicating with the staff. There is usually a bit of a language barrier there, so I usually just go inside to order. I would also suggest that you go during peak hours so the food is nice and fresh. read more

Hi, so i was waiting in line for about 10-15 minutes, i was trying to be respectful and kind as possible even though i was getting a little frustrated. I ordered a plate, i'm pretty sure the person was new but i was new at my job once and i think he did a great job, His name is River. HE did great! anyways i stood at the end of the line waiting to pay for about 5 minutes. and once the lady finally got over there she had a terrible attitude, it made me quite uncomfortable. whilst waiting i was tempted to just go somewhere to get dinner. The only reason i didn't, is because my friends had already gotten their food and sat down, I wasn't gonna ruin the party. All that being said the food was great minus the temperature i finally got to eat it at, but the service was ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL other than River, he was great. PROPS TO HIM. read more

So I waited a while and tried again giving them more time to get use to things, food has made my husband and myself sick. I'm not sure if the people that work at this location are lazy, or just doesn't like their jobs. I got almost everyday on lunch break and the food is always different, meaning terrible. A couple a weeks ago the rice was so overlooked I became nauseous. Today the sesame chickens is over cooked. I'm almost done, and I'll bring my lunch to work from now on.
