I have spent 25 minutes so far waiting in drive thru just to be told I have to wait another 10 for the chicken to finish. I have spent almost 40 minutes waiting and when I told the woman at the drive thru (nametag says Michelle; receipt said Wenning L.) that this is the longest I've ever waited she just laughed at me. Very poor service not impressed with this location; panda express was not very "express". Would have been quicker to place and order and pick up at an authentic Chinese place. Eaten there for a long time---almost every week. Never had anything but fast service, hot food and good sized portions. It was alright, the food was okay but it's always different and never consistent. Online says this place closed at 10 pm so I showed up an hour before at 9 and they told me they had limited items because they were in the middle of closing. They fortunately had what we were ordering (orange chicken!) but the ladies at the window didn't give us good customer service. No eye contact, no hello, just the price and threw us the bag. The food was NEVER delivered and the Manager talked down to, disrespected, and made me - a DISABLED PERSON - feel completely cheated, belittled, and as if I was causing them a big inconvenience. It's now 1045pm. My proper meal was never delivered! - I'm disabled, broken knee, IV in my arm with antibiotics drip, can't leave. Manager "Robert," and/or GrubHub screwed up my delivery order. Attempted to talk to "Robert," who made me feel as if my disability was a HUGE inconvenience. He offered proper order or reimbursement and talked down to me, unwilling to assist a walker-using disabled person who can't use either left leg nor right Arm. GrubHub attempted to order and place right meal at 830pm. It never fails that when I go through the drive thru they always get my order wrong I do not know if it's because I'm spending over $40 on five separate two entree meal and I'm not physically watching them put it in the containers for what but I have never gone through the drive through and got a fully correct order I only hit this location when I'm heading downtown Portland every single time they hand me my order I asked them are you sure its correct and is there a fork in the bag the employee always reassures me that it's correct and it never is so they take my name and say come back and we will replace your meal every time I come back and no idea what I'm talking about I will give them 3 stars for the fact that I don't have to wait long in the drive thru and the food is absolutely fresh but whoever is managing that window needs to figure it out read more

By far one of the best customer service experiences I've had at a Panda Express. I had to wait for about 5 minutes for my food to be prepared and as I was waiting the manager came up to me and asked if I would like a free drink for having to wait. Not only was my food delicious but the customer service was exceptional! As a manager myself I know how important it is to keep your customers happy and she did get a great job! read more

Pretty low quality experience overall. Had to wait for them to finish serving the drive through before I was helped inside. They gave me one order of orange chicken and called it a double order and were upset when I asked them to fill the other completely empty side of the plate with chicken that I paid for. The cashier was rude to the guy in front of me and had a melt down and the manager had to fix it. I of course had to wait for them to fix it and make more orange chicken before I left. Ordered to-go, asked for broccoli beef and string bean chix, server was polite but I guess a jokester, I only got broccoli and string beans. I am a loyal fan of Panda Express. The last two visits at this location have left me disappointed. The first negative encounter included my ordering a 3 entree plate and one of the entre was a premium selection and they charged more. The young lady that helped us was new and not only kept forgetting what I had ordered but also gave the smallest portion sizes. I feel that especially paying premium pricing she could at least fill the designated plating. She did one scoop and shook it to let peieces fall...Well the 2nd encounter I went through the drive through and was really worried I would have her again. I am not sure if it was but they seemed very similar in the sense that I had to order the one 3 item entree plate twice in the loud speaker and then at the window the order was wrong and she argued with me that I didn't order that. Well I did repeat myself a few times and instead of just accepting my order was wrong and arguing with me makes me feel like I am being difficult. I don't understand why the customer service level is so rude. I thanked her as she handed me my food and she didn't say anything and just shut the window. I travel quite a bit for work and have been to a handful of Panda Express restaurants. they all are pretty much the same and what i appreciate the most is the freshness and the veggies they offer. HOWEVER, I have tried this particular location 3 times and found the same flaws everytime, flaws that I have not found at the SW Canyon locations nor others. At this location, the owner could be a skin flynt because the portions are half the size of Canyon and even with 2-3 hours yet to go to closing many pans are dry. the manager filled my order last night THEN realized he was out of two requested items, instead of getting me fresh items he left my to go plate sitting on a cold counter while the rest of the order was complete. Meanwhile, fresh fried rice and chow mein came outwhile mine became cold. It would have been worth to me as the manager to refill my order fresh to keep me coming back but he had no interest in customer loyalty nor service. When I asked to look in my box he just stared at me and said "Is something wrong" . NO DUH. I have given you my money 3-4 times now AND I WONT BE BACk. I want to start by saying that I like and my wife loves the food at Panda Express. We get it 1-2 times/week on average. HOWEVER, this particular restaurant might want to think about the "Express" part of their name. The last 3 times we have gone there and used the drive-thru it has been over 10 - 15 minutes to get our food. This is around 1:00 so, normal lunch hour and it seems like they are overwhelmed, but there are only 2-3 cars in the drive-thru. BEWARE and you may want to consider driving to the Wilsonville location, it my take about the same amount of time. read more

This was one of the cleanest, friendliest fast food restaurants I have ever been to. Service was quick, servers were happy to help and they had tons of board games for the kids to play while we were waiting. We even stayed after we are to finish playing. The food was about what I was expecting from a fast food chain, but the overall experience really made a difference. We will definitely go back again. read more

I've always loved Panda Express and never had issues. I've lived out in Lake Oswego for a couple of years and have only been to this one a couple of times. The reason for that is because I really like the orange chicken! BUT they never make it right! The first time, they made our order completely wrong so I had to drive back and have them fix it. Then when I got home my food smelt like smoke! I looked at it, and a couple of family members tried it and said it also tasted like smoke... I had to go back and have them fix it for the 3rd time and when I got there, this snobby little girl said that their hours had changed. Which was so not true. They closed up 30 minutes early and didn't want to serve me food at 9:30 in the drive-thru. I've never had to write a review about a place but I really think people should be aware about how careless they treat their food and customers. I gave it one last shot because my son really wanted orange chicken the other night and I'm sure they knew it was me who had issues a few weeks ago. But when I got home to give my kid some of the chicken, I had some too and so did my SO and it was soooo spicy that it left my tongue numb and then I looked and there's a wad of chili peppers... never again will I eat there. Thanks to the management team for not knowing how to correct the issues, and to the immature kids and "wannabe adults" that serve crappy food there. And when my sister went once, they had to wait an extra 15 minutes because a whole bunch of people in the drive through got their orders wrong as well as hers. let me start by saying i love Panda Express! however, i was a loyal customer until last week. i went in for a wonderful shrimp bowl only to see the line employee get flustered and drop several plates on the floor. she then proceeded to pick up the plates and place them again on the line. she not only used unsanitary plates to serve to customers but she did not even change her gloves! ick! i walked out and called the store and the response i received was "we know who it is and we will talk to her." not going back - would have placed a 0 but 1 is the lowest score. read more

Ordered PE through Delivered Dish - had good memories from years earlier re: the food. Having high expectations - we are most thrilled by the fact Delivered dish made it to our house. We wanted to like this so much - but short story we could not even eat the food. We ordered; 2 veg rolls, 2(or 1- apparenely) chicken roll; Angusy beef size med. (which is at a higher cost); Kung Pao Chicken (med) and Mush/Chicken (Lg). Long story short - we received 2 med and 1 small - which turned out to be OK because we could not eat the food. I do not want to just complain - but perhaps help (?) I have never had steak that has the consistancy of boiled fish - it was creepy. The chicken was the same. I had one - "one" asparagus head in my beef dish - the rest (if you count 4) were all the tough ends of the asparagus and a piece of broccoli stem w/ a leaf attached (not kidding - my dish did not include broccoli). I wish I could say something better - we rarely post negative reviews (prefer to laud folks) - but in my 20+ yrs in PDX I cannot recall having such a negative experience. read more
