For the 2nd time now, I have picked up food from the drive thru, driven 15 miles home, only to find out my order was wrong. This time, the young woman taking my order was talking so ridiculously fast that I couldnt understand her and she apparently couldnt understand me either. I was given Kung Pao chicken on my bowl which I can not eat, so it wasnt just that it was a differnt entree that I might not have ordered, it was also one that I couldnt eat. My wife and I went to Panda for dinner 12/27/20. We ordered broccoli beef and chow mien. There was very little beef, broccoli was raw, the chow mien was cold and greasy. We ate the beef and threw the rest in the garbage. At a time when restaurants are having a tough time it's best to have their A game on. Is this is the best they can do? We won't be back. The last time I went here the person at the drive through window never said hi, or thank you and handed me a bag that had already leaked sauce out of the container and was puddled in the bag. It was a huge mess and she offered no apology just asking if I wanted extra napkins. Poor customer service, even for fast food. read more

This location had a clean appearance. Although after consuming the orange chicken I got violently ill, and had to visit the emergency room for testing. I tested positive for food poisoning. All other Panda Express locations I haven't had an issue with, and I love the food. But I would highly recommend not visiting this one. read more

Never Again! I've given this location a second chance for the last time. They have never gotten an order right for me. Tonight, they left an entree off, they gave us dried out chicken with no teriyaki sauce, an egg roll that tasted and looked like it had been sitting there all day (they had to have looked at it when they put it in the bag, why would they sell something in that condition?) So, when I called I was told to bring it back and they would remake it. Okay, how about an apology for making me go all the way back to your store-no? I'm not surprised (I did get an apology from the store manager, R**, when I returned. He was very nice and quickly remade the order correctly.) Unfortunately, the orange chicken in the replacement was old and the breading was soggy. The egg roll wasn't much better. But, what made me angry was the juvenile behavior of the female so-called manager when the counter clerk told her I was there to see her. They whispered, turned and looked at me, giggled, then the clerk went over and brought her the orange pop-up tent they use to warn people about wet floors. They laughed, then the "manager" turned and yelled across the dining room that she was on a break and R** would talk to me. What the heck? Rude and unprofessional all rolled into one. Panda use to one of our favorite go to dinners to bring home when we lived here two years ago. We just moved back to Medford, completely new staff from before which is not a surprise. However, We have went three times in the past two weeks craving their rice and other menu items, and every time the rice was very undercooked as well as the other food not being seasoned/cooked properly for soggy tasteless food.... weak portions. I am passing through Medford for some personal business and have been to several different Panda Expresses and have always enjoyed the food and I will say the food here at this restaurant was good but it wasn't quite up to the same par as other locations I've been to. I will say they were slammed with business I mean it was like they were having a grand opening special it was so busy and their drive-thru was clear out to the street but they people in there we're working as fast and as hard as they could and I got full and was happy and it all turned out okay but it is not compared to other pandas Express's at the top of the bar. I agree with others that Medford has not one decent Chinese restaurant! But Panda Express deserves mention here. I have commented directly to PandaExpress several times informing them of my dissatisfaction with their bland menu items. No matter what item you choose, there is little difference in taste. Tonight's experience at the Center Drive location was dreadful. Four entree items were unavailable. We expressed concern over the lack of choices and were told that, if we wanted those, the staffer would check to see how quickly they could be made. Once made, the staffer then quickly placed the WRONG item on one of two orders. I was asked if I wanted sweet/sour sauce for an egg roll and then told they had no little containers but could place a small amount in a medium sized drink cup?????!!!!!Thumbs down to Panda at BOTH Medford locations. read more

The food is OK but I dont think I have ever gotten a meal here that was correct. the employees arent that friendly and the manager isnt friendly either. This place kind of sucks. Today I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl with sauce on the top and got no sauce. This is a newer location and the store itself looked great. There was plenty of seating, and the food was good. I am docking 2 stars for the experience with ordering... When I stopped in they were out of Chow Mein, with a 5 - 10 minute wait. By the time I was ordering for my family, I already felt like I was holding up the line, so a longer wait didn't make much sense, and I settled for the fried rice. The workers appeared a bit flustered too, as they seemed to be confused over who was helping me. It was a hectic ordering experience, but the food was good! read more

Horrible experience! Went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 bowls (1 brown rice w/ orange chicken and 1 noodle/ brown rice & kung pow) and an order of cream cheese Rangoons with 3 sides of sweet and sour. Get to the window, the girl who I could not understand (not due to accent just fast talk mumbling) repeated back 2 bowls one brown rice one noodle/Brown rice both orange chicken and, what I only assumed she was saying, cream cheese rangoons. I corrected her regarding the 1/2 being Kung pow. She acted like that was what she said but then she went back to the main room to put together another bowl. I checked the bag to make sure it was kung pow. Noticed only 1 sweet and sour. I got her attention and got more. Turned the corner and my mom who was passenger realizes there was no forks at all. We get to our destination and Kung Pow was only brown rice with no noodles. The worst part was the drive thru lady had an attitude. Also the Kung Pow was mostly brown rice with little entree. The person who took my order did an excellent job! When I got home, there was no sauce at all. I didn't know I had to ask for soy sauce, sweet and sour dip for the crispy shrimp... was I supposed to ask? The food was good, but the sauce makes the meal complete. My family is new to the area and tried out this Panda Express. I was hesitant at first because of the bad reviews, but it turned out the place was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food seemed fresh and the portions were the same as we got at any other Panda before. My kids and I enjoyed eating at one of the dining tables and would definitely go back. read more

i am mad. I drive all the way across town just to get some dang chow mien.. and guess what... they didn't give me any. i said specifically, "Can i please get a bowl with orange chicken and chow mien and a medium Dr. Pepper". The woman didn't under stand me and I had to re-peat my order several times. So, finally, i drove up to the window, payed and drove all the way back home. I opened my bag AND THEIR WAS NO CHOW MIEN. Instead of giving me chow mien the worker gave me some crusty rice. i am not very happy and all i want right now is some dang chow mien. :-| read more

I have been to this Panda Express many times. I have been treated very poorly more times than one by the young, rude staff and have continued to go back. That will end after tonight. I went through the drive thru 40 minutes before closing time on a Friday night, and I was told the kitchen was closed and they did not have any fried rice or several entree's. There was no manager on duty, and a girl by the name of Alesha said she was in charge. She was condescending, rude, and obviously did not care about her job. I hope that with all the reviews I have read, whoever's business this happens to be, you will find out what is going on at your store. Your staff is turning away customers and closing your store before your hours state they are to be closed. And, I hope you wake up to the children you have working there. It's to bad they are not young adults who care about a paying job. I know a lot of people who will never go to this Panda Express, and I will be joining them. I would rather drive to another city than deal with this kind of crap from young, disrespectful kids. Shame on whoever left these children alone. They definitely need supervision. read more
