Food isn't the issue; always great! But the service needs major help. Had an online order to pickup and stood where the sign was to pickup the order. ANGEE at the register ignored myself and 3 other customers waiting for our orders that were already ready to be picked up and sitting on the shelf. After Angee finished with the current customer at the register, I said "excuse me can we get our online order" and her response with attitude was "I mean I guess I'm kind of busy though" and then she walked over and asked for my name for the order. She handed me my order and I said "you should be more professional with your job" and she responded with "alright" and I asked for her name. The other people standing behind me thanked me for saying something. I called and spoke to Juan the manager and he said he will discuss it with her and I hope he does. Never have I ever experienced such foul dispositions and slow service at a fast food restaurant. Lead employees were complete disappointments from the moment I walked in and upon encountering the manager I realized the old anecdote is absolutely true the Apple doesn't fall far from the tree of hierarchy. I wanted to sample the sauce that they use for the orange chicken and he told me that I couldn't even purchase it and that I should go to Stater Brothers and buy it there. Food is great, some of the girls and older Hispanic ladies are RUDE as hell and U can tell they aren't getting along and they talk down to other coworkers in front of customers. Just your typical Panda Express. The food looks pretty fresh for steam table food. They don't give you as much food as other Chinese fast food places, but it's enough. I have to add that the service, every time I go, is good, but my husband went one time and asked politely to avoid onions in an entree and the server cussed him out in Spanish. As I placed my order half rice and half chowmein. I noticed that the server gave me more of the fried rice and a tad bit of chowmein. I did held myself from saying anything. Then they offered me the featured item steak, asparagus and mushrooms. I agreed as the sample they gave me was delicious. They informed me it was $1.25 so I agreed. Then I noticed the second server only give me the smallest portion of the features item. They opened the door at 10:10 and I believe only because a guy started knocking on the door n waiving to get their attention... Then once we all went in.. Only thing ready was fried rice? What a TERRIBLE experience!! Went to there to pick up a quick dinner for the family... ordered nearly $50 in food (all to go). We order sping rolls, eggrolls, and wontons, but they were out of sweet and sour sauce so we waited 10 minutes for them to prepare more. Went to the soda machine and their Pepsi was really watered down, then waited another 5-10 minutes to get that replaced so we could get our drinks. Then off to eat at home. When we opened the food at home, I realized my kids main entry (teriyaki chicken) was completely missing! What a great surprise when all the other entrees we ordered were not kid friendly. I called Panda to let them know, the manager said to come on down and we'll replace all your food since you have to trek back for the missing item (we live 15 min away mind you). I walk in and the manger greets me but changes her story. Sorry ma'am we can only replace the food we messed up on and give you a free entree or an egg roll. I said that's the best you can do? Really... I wasted 30 minutes driving to and from home to fix your mistake, you can't reimburse my kids meal and one of our meals? She said no. Our FREE entree was the smallest box of food I've ever seen. Won't be going to back to this store!! Take the extra drive to Perris, Murrieta, or Lake Elsinore - this store isn't worth it. read more

ZERO STARS! KATHYA ruined my family's experience here. We will NEVER go to this Panda Express again. Twice my family has come here and TWICE KATHYA has been UNBELIEVABLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The first time we went, it was an hour before closing. We ordered 2 family feasts. Another polite worker said that it'd be a 10 minute wait and we said that'd be totally fine. When the polite worker told Kathya what we ordered, Kathya complained that it'd be another 10 minutes, the worker told her that we knew and Kathya blew out her breath and rolled her eyes at us. While waiting for our food, Kathya was yelling at another worker who was sweeping the dining area. My sister tried to empathize with Kathya and asked, "Aw, did someone order a big order before us?" Kathya looked at my sister, rolled her eyes, blew out her breath and IGNORED my sister. My sister asked again and she looked at her and said, "Uh, no. It's that we are about to close and we don't have that much food, so we have to cook everything." Then when we paid for the food, she threw the receipt and pen towards us, dropping the pen and not moving to pick it up. We left pretty pissed. Then, today we ordered 2 family feasts again, 3 hours before closing... Kathya was there and was mixing up the boxes we ordered with the guy next to us. I politely told her that they were getting mixed up, when I started to explain she cut me off several times. She cut off the other customer who was trying to explain it as well. When I asked to check the order and explain what should be in there, she cut me off, quickly repeated what was in the bag and gave it to me. I've been there several times before and it was always good, but today it was terrible. I got a 3 item meal to go. She asked me at checkout if I wanted a medium or large drink. I, thinking that the medium was their small, said medium. Later found out there was a small. My bad, but shame on her. The orange chicken was overcooked and not warm. Tasted old. The terriocki (sp) chicken was not tender and old. It looked like they cleaned the bottom of the pan for my meal. Then I discovered that I did not even get a fortune cookie! Tonight I was fortunate enough to experience two types of service from the same restaurant. I began my night walking into another location after my daughters ballet rehearsal at JDI. It was 8:30 and there was no teriyaki on the steam table so I asked if they could prepare my daughter a fresh batch and we would not mind waiting for the yummy food. They informed me that they were not longer cooking for the night. That is hard to believe 30 mins before closing the kitchen is closed? I was livid. I called the Menifee location and spoke to the manager and asked if they still had teriyaki chicken available. So I drive myself and my daughter there. This one. The location in Menifee was so nice. Melissa and her associates greeted me with a big "hi welcome to panda". They had plenty of the grilled chicken for my daughter and I to enjoy. The manager even apologized for the other locations rudeness and gave me a coupon for my next visit! I will now come to enjoy my Panda Express here at the Menifee location. Thank you! read more

The food and the service is good. There are times that they are super busy but that shopping center gets a lot of traffic/customers so that isn't surprising. They have nice employees from my experience there, and I go there quite often since that shopping center is near my campus. I haven't been inside their bathrooms but I assume it's clean because the rest of their restaurant is clean. They have a good amount of seating inside and one or two tables outside, but there are more tables in the little courtyard next to Starbucks. read more

The spring rolls were very doughy, the chow mein was so dry and void of flavor and BURNT!! The fried shrimp was, let me say exactly what my sister said about it, "it was like deep fried cat food!! Greasy with no flavor and tasted old" we even bought some Angus beef for our puppy (we spoil her) and she wouldn't touch it!!! I think this panda express has some of the best quality food of all the locations and I have been to alot. The best thing about this location is that there is a pond right next door where you can take your food and eat with a nice view. The service is always good and people are friendly. There is sometimes a line, but this is a good sign because everyone knows that the place is great. The line goes fast always so no need to worry. Panda use to be a decent place many years ago but their food quality has gone down in my book over the years. I expect a fairly heavy take out box when I order a 2 item combo, but their noodles are so light and airy there is almost nothing there. Not what I would call a decent meal. Portion size for the 2 item combo was small as well. They try to overload you with noodles and rice, but it still is not enough to call it a decent meal. IMO, go to Temecula and try Mr. You Express if you want to have a standard in which to gauge decent Chinese food to. I get filled up and still have enough for a second meal. Panda is not it! The people working at Panda are very nice and friendly, but the food needs to be the reason why I am going there, not because I like the staff. read more

I love Panda Express, my husband thinks you can get more value for your money elsewhere. I agree, except that I love Panda food, especially the orange chicken, mushroom chicken and string bean chicken. So, we come here once in a while. We almost always order Panda Bowls, which consist of one entree on top of a bed of rice or noodles. There is usually plenty of rice and noodles and less so of the entree. They are almost always busy, but just down the walk is a lovely patio to sit and eat on if the restaurant doesn't have room. Our food has always been fresh, not as though it has been sitting too long. Our servers are always very sweet and welcoming. read more

As soon as I walk up to the counter the girl Mabel does not even acknowledge me, after I say "hi" she just glares at me.
