Ugh! So heart breaking!! I LOVE PANDA EXPRESS.... the company! This one is close to my house, it has a drive thru, and it's Panda Express, I should love it! But this one is always letting us down!! I have never gotten my order, and it not been wrong! If you have to go they the drive thru here, here's my tip. When they pass you your food... check it!! Don't move your car, check it while you are still at the window!!! Because they will have forgotten something!! And maybe if enough people do this, it will cause them to be more stringent on order accuracy!! We always order the same thing!! And it's a lottery on who's order they will forget! All the staff is super friendly. The line moves very fast! They just NEVER give you all your food! So please check your order before you leave the drive thru line!!! read more

Went here this afternoon for lunch, and decided to use the drive thru. The lady at the window was extremely rude, and practically threw my food into my car. Gave this place another try..... epic fail. Receipt on left is when I ordered, receipt on right is when I gave up and asked for a refund. After the transaction all I was waiting for was mushroom chicken, it was done 15 minutes later after hearing 3 minutes when I completed the transaction. They pulled my food as they said it was messed up and they had to remake the order when everything was right and was just waiting for mushroom chicken. It was just sitting out too long, as a previous foodservice employee would know. Well guess what low and behold now they were out of beef broccoli. My wife is at Renown so I went through the drive thru on my way home. The young woman order taker was polite. My food came out correct, hot & tasted freshly made. She made sure there was teriyaki sauces and told me they were freshly made and very hot. When I got home 1/2 later the food was still hot and very good. I've returned 3 times since all at different times. Each time I used the drive thru. Every time the woman order taker was friendly. I saw that she opened my order to make sure it was correct each time as well. My wife will be in the hospital for a few more days and I plan on going here again. read more

Tasty, Portion very small though. I got a to go order of rice veggies beef and fire cracker chicken. Got home and was wondering if the box my chicken was put in was a sample box or was actually my entree. I'm still not sure, I paid for entree, but looked like a sample size portion. I only received one of these mini-boxes, was I supposed to get 3 or 4 of them perhaps and maybe i was given my order prematurely? I just don't know. By my measurements (seen in pictures before i ate anything) the amount of food in the box was about 2.5"x2.5". This can't be the entree can it??? read more

BEWARE! About a week ago my Daughter went thru the drive thru to order food. She ordered the chow mein and teriyaki chicken. When she got home she opened the container and started eating. After she started to dig into her food she found a very HUGE cockroach cut in half. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! My Daughter went in to show them but the GM acted like it wasn't a big deal. Been here three times each time the experience is the same terrible in the same way. My fellow Yelpers couldn't have said it any better so I am just piling on at this point. Save the money for management consultants just invest it into these things: 1) Training - your staff isn't following the Franchise formula. Service is bad and cleanliness is terrible. Food is slow. 2) Food - Trying to save money by not having the full Panda is disgraceful and damages your brand 3) Get rid of drive through - the incremental revenue isn't worth the cost. You aren't executing well so focus on your core customers and your food Get the staff from your Moana Loa location on Oahu to come and show you how a Panda should be run and how the food should taste. So why eat at and review a chain when there are lots of local places to review? You see, although it is a chain of cheap Chinese food restaurants, local people do work there and we've got to support them too. Now I much prefer locally owned and operated places but sometimes you are running out of time to cook (and eat for that matter) so you grab something on the go. This location is halfway decent now they they've been open for awhile. They have a drive-thru and, as a busy, working, single mom, I like that! The food is pretty fresh anytime we go there but I can't give it more than 3 stars and maintain a clean conscience. After all, it's fast Chinese food so the expectations are low to begin with. Well for the second time they had no steamed rice....that was a big surprise. Then I got home and opened up the box....lots of food BUT it was dry, over cooked and horrible. What a huge disappointment. The drive-through was anything but express and when we finally made it home with our food I couldn't believe my eyes. My husband went to Panda Express shortly after they opened to get me lunch. He got me the wok steak shrimp and orange chicken. I don't know why customers get charged an extra $1.25 for their "premium" entrees but they get a very small portion of it. As you can see in the photo, I got ONE shrimp and more than half of the portion is bellpeppers/potatoes. On top of that, I got rice that is most likely from the day before because half of it is crunchy/old. I believe that whoever placed it in the box knew that because most of the old rice is hidden on the bottom. He paid $10 for food that is crap and that's not even with a drink. I was hesitant to give them another shot having had a bad experience to begin with but I contacted the manager Emilio and he more than made up for the problem I had at first. I don't think I've ever written reviews on Yelp before, but I had a great experience yesterday and thought that the employees deserved some recognition. I went in around 4:30-5:00 to pick up some dinner for my family on my way home from work. Preston greeted me immediately and asked what he could get for me. He was very nice and very fast. The steamed veggies were out so I opted to wait for a fresh batch. In the meantime, Angela checked me out and she was also super friendly and professional. Preston had gone out to clean some tables and literally ran to get my vegetables once they were done and apologized for the wait. I barely had to wait two minutes. This location hasn't been opened for that long so I wanted to try this place. I ordered just a few items at the drive up window and the wait was over 30 minutes. How is that possible? I understand this place isn't a regular fast food like McDonald's but they should have a better process to operate faster at drive up and be more efficient. After over 30 minutes of waiting they informed us that they ran out of the chicken teriyaki that we ordered and on top of that they got our order wrong too! I'm not expecting top notch service at this place but I was hoping it would be at least fast and efficient. If you are hungry and in a rush, do not use their drive up. The only reason I'm giving two stars is cause the portion size is way to small for the price . The boxes are already raised from the bottom to make the food portions look larger in a box that thin on the inside and yet the portions are still small . Even the rice is small is portion . Growing up I loved panda I remember getting full off the food . Now these days even at this location the portion sizes are small .
